The hotel is very close to the high-speed exit, the temporary room is booked, but it is still very satisfactory. The room was on the mountain. The room originally booked was a bit far from the parking location. Seeing our family, we changed a room. It was closer to the parking point and convenient for picking up luggage. The service was warm and thoughtful, the dinner at the hotel in the evening was good and cheap, and the breakfast was simple but delicious.

It was my first time to travel to Anshun. I kept choosing hotels on the high-speed rail and finally decided to choose Wyndham. As expected, I was not disappointed. When I entered the lobby, the front desk lady smiled sweetly and greeted me in a friendly voice. She was also patient when checking in. They introduced us to fun and delicious places in the surrounding area, bus routes, etc. The takeaway we ordered was delivered directly to our room by the hotel robot, which was a great experience. The lighting design of the room makes people feel very warm. The room also has smart Xiaodu voice control for air conditioning, curtains and TV switches. Clean and hygienic. The breakfast variety is very rich. This is the most satisfactory hotel to stay in this time. I highly recommend it

GGuest UserAbsolutely amazing. I’ve spent most of my adult life traveling the world. Staying at all types of hotels. Mostly 5 star international hotels as I aged. This hotel by far exceeded my expectations. The staff and service are amazing. The VIP driver (didn’t get his name) amazing. Food recommendations amazing. Free laundry service. You guessed it, amazing. The rooms cleanliness and the hotels aethstetics well above par. Located walking distance to the waterfalls entrance, it is conveniently located. Not to mention a music and fountain light show across the street in the park with a beautiful view every night was an unexpected delight. So glad we found this gem. I usually don’t write reviews but this is well deserved and definitely is a 5 star stay!

As a French chain brand, Mercure's quality is still very guaranteed. The quality is quite good in the same price range in Anshun! There is free parking on the ground, which is very convenient! The room is clean and hygienic! The breakfast time is 6:30-10 o'clock, which is very reasonable! Another thing is that I found that I forgot the sunscreen at the hotel after checking out. I called the front desk and they helped to mail it for free. The quality and service are absolutely first-class! The service is so good that I can't say anything

GGuest UserEvery time I travel, the accommodation environment is the most important for me. I like the homestay I booked this time. The overall decoration style is literary and artistic, warm and refined, and the proper card is stuck in my aesthetics. Every detail is perfect, giving people a comfortable, relaxing and natural feeling. It is no wonder that the boss and his wife are learning art when chatting. Parking in the small courtyard is very convenient and the garden is super beautiful. Sitting in the garden blowing a small wind, drinking a cup of latte, swinging a swing, not to mention more comfortable, it has not been enjoyed for a long time. The most memorable thing is the breakfast made by the boss, the green pepper meat mixed powder, with a fried egg, a pinch of onions, that is very delicious. I must focus on the boss, the enthusiasm is real, and I take the trouble to introduce us to the surrounding attractions and snacks. Overall, a very happy trip, next time you come to Anshun to play and live in your home.

SSmit_94Wow! Where do I even begin…?! Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived until we left, we experienced friendliness from all the staff members. They were all always eager to help and most of them can speak a little English but the translator works wonders as well and they were all very patient with using it. We initially only booked for one night but once arriving at the hotel and seeing the premises and rooms, we knew we had to immediately book another night as it exceeded our expectations. Unfortunately, the room we were in wasn’t available for the second night but the staff upgraded us to a better room for the second night with one of the most amazing views! Breakfast was served as a buffet, it’s not very big but it has everything you need and it was delicious! There is a tea experience daily after 6:30pm where you can sit around the fire and grill some nuts, potatoes, sweet potatoes and snack on fruits while sipping on some iced white tea. On the 4th floor of the main building there is also a tea room where you can make your own tea and sip on it while enjoying the magnificent views from the viewing deck. On our second day, Jiao Jiao, the manager of the hotel, took us to the Baling River museum of bridges as well as to the viewing point of Dishuitan Waterfall. She was so helpful, friendly & kind. This hotel will forever be special to us as we got engaged here on our first night so we will definitely be back for many more visits in the future. I honestly couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. If you find yourself looking for a place to relax and unwind, look no further! Book this hotel, you won’t regret it! Special thank you to all the staff that helped us during our stay - 小陶、小万和小绒 - you were all so attentive and went above and beyond. All I can say is thank you!! See you again soon!

Service: Reservation, front desk, tea room (especially the cleaning lady in the waterfall viewing tea room is super nice), restaurant, hot spring and team staff are very friendly, and the supply pick-up and other services are timely👍
Avoid: The travel photography staff is very bad. First, they try to figure out whether you will spend money. ”Will you wear makeup?” ”Will you wear clothes?” ”The room only includes one set of clothes, will other people wear it?”... Then they look ugly..., and finally they didn't take the photo. Whatever, I have to fight wits and courage when I come to vacation, and there is no scenery that must be photographed in the hotel, forget it😤
Environment: I originally expected that the resort hotel would have a walking and strolling part, but the hotel actually does not have this part
Food: After arriving at two o'clock, you can only order simple meals, but a pasta also takes half an hour to wait, the production is a bit slow, and the taste is hard, plus the service fee is more than 100 yuan, the cost performance is not high
Advantages: Of course, it is close to the scenic spot, it is more convenient to play, you can enter the scenic spot many times, and it is not so tiring to play with children

BBeibianpiaoguodexueThe hotel environment is excellent. It is in the Great Falls Scenic Area, with a fast access for direct entry. After breakfast at 8:30 in the morning, we went to the Great Falls Scenic Area first, walked down the mountain to the Water Curtain Cave first, and then walked to the bottom to experience it up close. There were not many tourists along the way, and finally took the elevator back, which was really great. Then we returned to the visitor center to transfer to the Tianxing Bridge. The whole trip was around 14 o'clock, and finally went to Doupotang. All the attractions were done in one day, without wasting time. The hotel's service was also superb, with welcome fruits prepared and luggage delivered to the room. The restaurant's dishes were also delicious. I strongly recommend staying at this hotel when visiting Huangguoshu. We stayed for two nights and it was really comfortable

The housekeeper will pick you up and drop you off when you go out, which is very convenient. It is also convenient for dining. It is recommended to stay for two nights.

The hotel is very modern, very clean, the front desk staff members were very enthusiastic, they provide pick up and drop off service to and from hotel to all the facilities within the town. We called the hotel when we arrived at the bus terminal, and the hotel car came immediately to pick us up. In fact, we were even offered to be dropped off and then picked up at the nearby old village 石頭塞, a fascinated old town about 2kg from the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel! Thank you for your excellent customer service.

EEatPrayTravelWe stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. We chose the hotel based on good reviews from past guests and its proximity to the minibus station from Anshun and the shuttle bus to the waterfall park.
However, we were surprised that hot water is only available from 1930 - 2230! And even when conforming to their time frame, we had to call each time to inform them that no hot water was coming. A staff member would then show up on our floor to turn on the hot water. Secondly, our room was downgraded from top floor to the lowest floor, and the reason being it was low season and they only have that one floor in operation. Last but not least, no housekeeping was performed during our 3 day stay - trash was not cleared, toilet paper and water were not replenished until we called and requested it. The hotel seemed to be functioning with very minimum staff in attendance. The front desk lady who checked us in was very efficient in replying to our numerous messages and sorting out the problem.
One positive comment: basic breakfast offered was good. The soup noodle was tasty.
