"very accessible from anshunxi station, but we decided to take didi there as there were some stairs to climb when we arrived. took less than 5 minutes! the staff, 丹丹 was very kind and recommended many places to go for eating and shopping. there was also a robot that would send up your ******* food too! also the washers were really clean and the laundry detergent and disinfectant came in small packets which was perfectly hygienic. :) overall a good stay with good view. room was spacious. 丹丹 happened to be there when we checked out and left us a small gift too ❤️"

"The most satisfying thing about this trip to Anshun is to stay at the all-season hotel! The overall atmosphere is elegant and healing, not as noisy as ordinary hotels, and it makes people relax as soon as they enter the door. The room is particularly well lit and ventilated, the layout is neat and warm, and the sanitary details are particularly in place. The staff service is particularly gentle and meticulous, the check-in is fast and efficient, the whole experience is very good, the service is not deliberate, very comfortable, and people feel at home. The location is super convenient, the transportation is smooth, whether it is to visit the city or go to the surrounding scenic spots is very convenient. The bedding is moderately hard and soft, the sound insulation effect is excellent, the night is particularly quiet, and the quality of sleep is super good. The facilities are complete, clean and tidy, the maintenance is very new, the breakfast tastes refreshing and delicious, and the overall price is super high! It is the first choice for travel to Anshun. It has been collected and will continue to stay next time!"

"First off, the service was truly excellent. The young lady at the front desk (didn't catch her name tag, my eyesight isn't great) on duty on the 2nd was particularly helpful. We booked a room with only double breakfast for our child, and she immediately sorted it out when we asked, even offering a small gift. Secondly, the hotel's location is superb, very close to the ancient city and the food street. However, being near the food street does cause traffic congestion, and with the local government's somewhat outdated traffic management and general civic awareness, honking late at night is a common occurrence. If you're a light sleeper, you might want to ask the front desk for earplugs. As for breakfast, those accustomed to the standards of hotels in developed southern regions might find it unappetizing. Be careful of the height difference between the bathroom and the entrance, as it's easy to trip. Overall, the hotel is quite good. Parking is free for hotel guests, but because of the excellent location, finding a spot can be a hassle, although the parking attendants are very responsible."

"The hotel service was excellent, no doubt about it. The staff helped with our luggage and provided shuttle service from the attractions – very satisfactory. However, the cleanliness was terrible. There seemed to be no maintenance, or the cleaning staff wasn't thorough enough. There was a lot of hair behind the exam area. We booked a family suite for 900 yuan, which didn't seem worth it, mainly because of the poor hygiene. The toilet door was even installed backwards; when we opened it, we bumped into the toilet. I sincerely hope the owner can improve management and pay attention to details to build a good reputation."
