"Here's a brief review of my experience staying in the Garden King Room at Anlan International Hotel (Huangguoshu Street RT-Mart branch). * The Garden King Room itself was nice. A small door led to a private courtyard with well-maintained greenery, creating a quiet and pleasant atmosphere. * The room was clean, the bedding was soft, and the hot water and air conditioning worked properly. * The location was convenient; there's an RT-Mart downstairs, so you don't have to go far for food or shopping. * The paint and renovation smell in the hallway and lobby was very strong, almost pungent upon entering. It's likely due to poor ventilation after the renovations, which might be uncomfortable for those sensitive to odors. * The breakfast was disappointing. They probably didn't anticipate the high volume of guests; the food was replenished slowly and the selection was limited. If you're only staying in the room, the experience is passable. However, the renovation smell in the public areas and the breakfast issue definitely affected the overall experience. The scenery here is absolutely breathtaking – no complaints there! However, because the bungalows are located on the mountain, we did encounter a few small bugs. When it rained at night, the raindrops hitting the roof above our heads were a bit noisy. The shallow end of the pool isn't really for swimming, as it only comes up to an adult's knees, so it's more suitable for kids. The deep end, on the other hand, is too deep to touch the bottom, which makes it feel unsafe for non-swimmers – a real dilemma! The evening campfire and iced tea experience was truly wonderful. The roasted sweet potatoes, roasted tofu, and roasted chestnuts were all delicious. There was also a live singer until 9 PM, which was very pleasant. The food at the restaurant was also very good, especially the homemade cucumber water and carrot juice, which tasted incredibly pure. This guesthouse is also fantastic for photos – every shot turns out beautifully! Plus, it's right next to Baling Bridge, and Dripingtan Waterfall is just below.

To all the staff at Huangguoshu Yaojia Fanshe Cliffside Boutique Homestay: Our entire stay at the homestay was filled with warmth and thoughtfulness at every turn. We were truly touched and wanted to express our heartfelt gratitude through this letter. First and foremost, a special thank you to our butler, Cao Cao. She was always available, helping us carry our heavy luggage up to our room halfway up the mountain. She handled every big and small matter meticulously, always thinking of everything for us. She was incredibly reliable and attentive. We also want to thank Manager Tian. Even before we arrived, she sent us detailed travel information, proactively provided contacts for car services, and meticulously explained the itinerary for our current and next destinations. She planned our trip in advance with exceptional care. Finally, a big thank you to the two lovely service ladies who proactively came to our room to change our bedsheets and pillowcases. Their attention to detail made our stay comfortable and reassuring.

Many online reviews mention that this hotel is old, and it's true that the facilities aren't new anymore. My room had a small hallway upon entering, with a door on each side – one to the bathroom and one to the bedroom. The bedroom door was warped and wouldn't close properly, but since there's an outer main door, it wasn't an issue. Plus, the room was very clean. The location is absolutely fantastic; you can enter the scenic area directly from the hotel's entrance without needing to take a shuttle. I entered the Great Waterfall scenic area at 7 AM, including the Water Curtain Cave, and by 8:15 AM, I was already having breakfast in the hotel restaurant. This advantage makes the slightly older facilities completely acceptable. The hotel also offers shuttle service to and from the bus station, which is a huge plus. The only drawback is that the hotel's dining options are very limited and overpriced. After one meal, I really didn't want to eat there again, and there were no other dining choices nearby, which was a bit inconvenient.

The hotel is nestled on a hillside, offering absolutely breathtaking views. From my room, I could see both the Baling River Bridge and the surrounding mountains. The infinity pool boasts an incredible view of the Dishuitan Waterfall. The service was outstanding. When we couldn't get a ride from a remote scenic spot, even though it was peak season and they were incredibly busy, the owner still drove out to pick us up and bring us back. We really appreciate that! It was such a lifesaver. Highly recommended.

The desks and chairs in the rooms are the perfect height, and the lighting is adjustable, making it comfortable even when working on documents late into the night. The subway station is right downstairs, and the high-speed rail station is only 15 minutes away, so catching an early train is no problem. Even more commendable is the soundproofing; even in rooms facing the street, it's exceptionally quiet at night, ensuring a good night's rest. This camp is very large and the environment is OK, but some facilities feel a bit broken when walking inside, the maintenance is not good, and no one cleans the fallen leaves behind. When I passed the car, I found that the ditches that passed the water were rotten with two big holes. The car can just walk from the two holes. It's a pity to me. The good thing is that this hotel is right next to the attraction, that is, about 100 meters to the visitor center. If the service attitude is good, the facilities inside are not good, and some equipment in the bathroom is old and damaged. The best part is that the car can be parked at the door of the house.
