It was our first time in this hotel and we came here with our two children and we love this hotel it was amazing days and we are leaving hotel happy we play all the time dart with my children and entertainers was so nice to us we love to say it was wonderful holiday hope see u again guys

Overall we had a great holiday. The hotel has lots of positives but also some negative points. It is close to the airport and taxis were available to get around. There was a bus stop right outside although we didn’t use it. The reception area is great and has been nicely refurbished. It is a good place to sit and relax after dinner with a bar close by. There is a lovely terrace area too. The pools are excellent, lots of shallow areas for younger children and a fantastic splash park and slides. Never any issue getting sun loungers where we wanted. Food was good, although a little repetitive in the buffet but always something tasty to eat. Service is variable though and most often drinks are self service during meal times. The Italian a la carte was very good and the lunch spots all offered something different. The beach wasn’t great but the pier was lovely (particularly at night). Would not recommend the water activities offered at the beach as the safety aspects are not aligned to UK standards. We did receive a full refund after an incident occurred. Fortunately no one was injured. We didn’t take part in the activity programme and only saw some of the evening entertainment but what we did see was good. The drinks were good with plenty of options and waffles at 4pm were great. Would have been nice to have the baked potatoes on offer earlier in the day as they are only available between 3 and 4. We had a swim up room. The room was nice and well equipped however the bathroom was terrible. It has not been refurbished to anywhere near the standard of the rooms. There is evidence of this throughout the hotel - the hallways are not fully refurbished and many areas were still under construction. There is also a large construction site next door. This did not affect us as our room was on the other side of the hotel but the cranes could be seen throughout the complex. Housekeeping was consistent throughout and minibar filled daily. The complex in general is well kept and the grounds are lovely. The hotel is large and there is plenty of space to walk around. Despite the ongoing improvement work we still had a great holiday although it does take away from the 5* feel that you would expect. We also used the spa - the massages were very good and reasonably priced and the spa facilities (steam, sauna, rain room, salt room and hammam) that you could use at any time were good. Would recommend the hotel to others with school aged children due to the excellent facilities on offer.

This was my review as I stayed here…. “I am currently here with my friend and we are having an amazing stay….. I’m not calling people liars, but I am not seeing any of the negative events… We have been here 5 nights and have another 5 to go. The staff have been lovely from checkin, restaurant, bar and guest relations. We have a Delux Twin Pool View room. The food on offer is great, with so much choice. You have the main restaurant which is buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Other restaurants included in the AI is the ones down by the beach and it’s all freshly prepared to order, these restaurants later become À la carte . If you are Jet2 staying for minimum of 7 nights, you get one free visit to À la carte (excluding steak restaurant, which is €39pp). We have booked the steak restaurant and Gusto which is seafood. We are doing the Pier cabana tomorrow, right at the end and it’s €130 for the two of us, includes waiter service for drinks and food, mini bar and safe, we have it for 10:30 to 17:30. The lobby bar is 24hrs. Then you have 2 poolside bars. Irish Pub downstairs. We have just booked massage spa treatments and for 50mins deep tissue massage, it’s discounted to €75pp. Taxis are available to go to Antalya City and the desk in reception will organise, it’s €85 for the return trip and the driver stays at the drop off point and waits for you. Takes about 45mins. You get a WhatsApp message from Guest Relations on your first full day and you can message them any requests and they are really helpful. The pools available are the massive main one, Olympic adult pool, children’s pool and water park. All very cold 😂 We have had no issues getting sun loungers either. Lots going on in the evening with entertainment. Shops and doctors on site aswell. The hotel used to be a different brand and before the season started underwent a full rebrand and refurbishment …. In some parts of the hotel, basic stuff are still being fixed, but nothing that affects your holiday. The weather is also fantastic ….. average during day is 22-24 degrees currently.” I have since returned and would definitely return to this hotel….

Fantastic experience! Very clean spa and new. The rain shower is something unique, the salt room also. Great sauna and steam room. New gym. Very friendly multilingual staff. Diana is so nice, and Rumeysa also. The manager Memet was very attentive to not only my needs but also my other guests. Bekir was very helpful explaining each service they offer and gave me a tour of the facility. Ilayda was the greatest ever! Her hands were strong but soft.... not the typical rough hands like other places. And Lovely Gül is amazing!
