The stay at Crowne has been perfect. View from the hotel is beautiful. It’s an all in one location, the kids refused to leave the hotel. Both Xiaodu and Ying Ying has been superb in assisting with our needs. Service is impeccable. Thank you for the awesome stay. We’ll definitely be back!

Our stay at the Crowne Plaza Hotel near Changbai Mountain was delightful. While the room was slightly dated, it was clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere amidst the stunning mountain views.
The staff (小张和小邹) offered excellent service, and the dining options featured a tasty mix of local and international dishes. One of the highlights was the outdoor hot spring, which was awesome in the freezing winter!
With easy access to hiking trails and scenic spots, it’s a perfect blend of luxury and nature. Highly recommended for a rejuvenating getaway!

We stayed 2 nights in Crowne Plaza and it’s a wonderful experience! They assigned assistant 莹莹 and 小杜 during the stay and both of them have been very helpful and patience with all our enquiries, from travel itinerary, facilities, feedbacks and transport arrangement. They also sent us ginger tea and fruits when we ended our activities. We are carefree during this period and just enjoy ourselves in Changbaishan. The hotspring is very well maintained and pet paradise is contented as well. Will definitely visit again!

Very nice place to stay already for the second time 👍🏼 would recommend it for everyone who likes a very clean hotel with a great hotspring, sauna and relaxation.
The hotel staff also helped us book the tickets to the Changbaishan mountain with a VIP access (where you don't wait in lines).
There is a small animal park behind the hotel - very nice for the small kids!
The breakfast was delicious!!

Best hot spring hotel in changbaishan. Hot spring is very clean. Hotel service is good. Restaurant breakfast is full of options. Manage to see the first snow this year.

Very wonderful mountain view is available from the room. Enjoyed hot spring and had simple but happy dinner in the hot spring. First floor’s interior for breakfast was elegant and beautiful.
Don’t forget the free bus to the train station which available with pre-booking in the front. Happy to have a super good service from the hotel teams 👍

Great service with personalised hospitality by penny and yuki. Beautiful surroundings. Nice pet zoo. Very easy to access changbaishan. Breakfast has many varieties. Highly recommend
