"We chose the Yunju Hotel for our summer escape to Changbai Mountain, and our overall experience exceeded expectations! The location is fantastic, right at the foot of Changbai Mountain, making it cool and comfortable in the summer – a perfect escape from the city heat. The public areas are elegantly designed; the lobby has a strong New Chinese aesthetic, and the tea break area is quiet and pleasant, great for relaxing with a cup of tea while waiting for transport. We received a room upgrade, and the bathroom materials were high-quality. The terrazzo walls looked sophisticated and durable, while the smart toilet and separate shower were clean and tidy. The toiletries provided were comprehensive, and the cleaning was meticulous with no unpleasant odors. The staff provided attentive and thoughtful service, making check-in efficient. It's also very convenient for getting to all the scenic spots. This is definitely my top choice for a summer stay in Changbai Mountain; the environment is serene, the facilities are solid, and it’s comfortable for both travel and relaxation. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit."

"The hotel offers a high-speed rail station pick-up and drop-off service. The driver was patient, introduced local attractions, and gave practical advice. The hotel staff were warm and friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable, and it's very close to the entrance of the Changbai Mountain North Slope scenic area, just a 5-6 minute taxi ride. There's a wetland park opposite the hotel that's worth exploring. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious!"

"The hotel's location is fantastic, with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby! The front desk staff, both the young men and women, were incredibly kind. They even upgraded our room for free since they had availability, and they were so patient and enthusiastic. When we checked our luggage, I had some valuable items, and the lady at the front desk specifically put them behind the counter, which was very thoughtful! The laundry room was also great!"

It's perfect for families with kids, as children can entertain themselves all day long. The guesthouse is clean, and the views and facilities are good. "The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Even if they speak Only Chinese, they tried best to help us. The room was clean and warm. Free laundry 24 hours, Free transfer from/to railway station was provided, no extra charge. Not in city center. Only the driver who was sent by the hotel was terrible (a woman with car with plate number KN002 ). The driver's manners were terrible. I advise you not to use this woman's services."
