"This was my first time visiting Changbai Mountain, and choosing a hot spring hotel was absolutely the right decision! The hotel is conveniently located right at the North Mountain Gate (the old gate), just a 3-minute walk away. This gate is mainly open to hotel guests, so it's not crowded. Tickets need to be reserved 7 days in advance on the WeChat mini-program. The hotel front desk provides a paper voucher, and after entering the park at your reserved time, you take a shuttle directly to the transfer center. For the return journey, you depart from the new North Gate, and the hotel offers a shuttle service, making the overall travel experience very convenient! You can access the hot spring area directly from the hotel lobby and enjoy unlimited entry during your stay. Soaking in the hot springs after a hike is incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating. The Garden Restaurant on the first floor offers a buffet breakfast with a wide variety of dishes. Dinner is a mini-hotpot, and the set menus are great value for money. Enjoying a warm hotpot after a day of hiking is especially comforting! The hotel's back garden features a petting zoo area. The alpacas are adorably round, and the sika deer are very friendly and super cute! The stay included two complimentary activities: off-road vehicle and cable car sightseeing (at Heping Ski Resort) and adventure溯溪 (at Julong Volcanic Pumice Forest Cold Spring). Both experiences were excellent. You need to book these a day in advance. The hotel issues paper vouchers and arranges transportation. The scenery along the way is beautiful, we had a fantastic time and took many great photos."

"The hot spring was incredibly comfortable; spending Mid-Autumn Festival here was a unique experience. This hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The front desk was very efficient with check-in, the room was spotless, and the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. The bathroom had excellent water pressure, and hot water came quickly. The location is also unbeatable, right next to the subway station with plenty of dining options nearby. It's fantastic value for money, and I'll definitely stay here again next time!"

"My stay at the Lanjing Hotel exceeded all expectations! The hotel is just a hundred meters from the North Scenic Area gate. Our dedicated butler, Li, provided incredibly attentive service and responded super fast throughout our stay. There's a natural volcanic hot spring right within the hotel grounds, so you can just head downstairs for a soak. They also have an exclusive channel to the scenic area, which is both convenient and hassle-free. The breakfast was plentiful, and the room was clean and comfortable. Definitely great value for money, I highly recommend it!"

"This hotel offered the best service I've ever experienced. We were on a road trip, and only realized upon reaching Changbai Mountain that this was a guesthouse located within a scenic area, meaning our car couldn't reach the entrance directly. We had a lot of luggage, and the staff, without any hesitation, helped us carry everything to our room (we were on the second floor). On the day we checked in, I sprained my ankle while out sightseeing. I asked the staff for crutches, and they even borrowed a wheelchair for me from another guesthouse. They continuously checked on me, asking if I was okay and if I needed to go to the hospital, offering to drive me there. The next morning, the staff came to check on my ankle again and suggested I go to the hospital (it turned out I really did have a fracture after getting an X-ray). They continued to monitor my condition and provide excellent service throughout our two-day stay. When we left, they wished me a good recovery and helped us load all our luggage back into the car. The service at this guesthouse is far superior to that of a five-star hotel. As for the facilities, though the guesthouse entrance is small, the location is excellent, close to the entrance and the Water Plaza. We could even watch the evening fireworks from our room. The linens were spotless, and the hot springs were also very clean. We plan to come back next year!"

"The overall experience at this hotel was fantastic! If you contact them in advance, they can arrange a pickup from the high-speed train station, and the location is convenient for getting around. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good. The front desk staff, Xiao Gao, was warm and attentive, and check-in was efficient. The hygiene was excellent, the facilities were comprehensive, and it offers great value for money. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit and highly recommend it! ✨"

"Erdaobaihe Town is about 2 kilometers away from the bustling downtown area with many restaurants, making it convenient to get to Enduoli and Yunding Market. Food delivery is also easy to order, with robots delivering right to your door. Mermaid Pine Park is just across the street. The room facilities and decor are quite good, and the hygiene is excellent. The breakfast looks abundant, but in reality, the variety isn't particularly wide, though the taste is decent. A highlight of the hotel is its hot springs. Besides being free for guests, they also welcome external visitors, so there's a fair amount of foot traffic. The hot springs feature indoor pools on the first and second floors. On the third or fourth floor (I can't recall which), there are many saunas and various themed relaxation rooms, including stone, mugwort, and traditional Chinese medicine saunas with different temperatures. The fifth floor has an outdoor swimming pool area. The management is quite mature; the whole process of getting a hand tag, changing shoes, changing clothes, and returning the tag is very smooth and convenient. Visually, the hygiene also seems good. There are several attentive aunties in the changing rooms who actively guide you. There are small spin dryers in the changing rooms, which are handy. If you rinse your swimsuit and use the dryer, it will dry much faster. Overall, the experience was very good. If you choose to stay in Erdaobaihe, this place offers good facilities and hot springs to enjoy."

"This stay far exceeded my expectations, and I must give a huge shout-out to our butler, Xiao Yu! Xiao Yu was attentive and thoughtful throughout our entire stay. Any requests were handled quickly and efficiently, with great attention to detail. The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transportation and easy access to dining and shopping. The lobby is clean and grand, and the staff are all polite and gentle. Check-in was very efficient. The room was spacious and bright, meticulously cleaned with every corner spotless, and the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation with no unpleasant odors. The mattress was just right, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing for a quiet and restful night's sleep. All facilities were in perfect working order, hot water came quickly, and the breakfast offered a rich variety of fresh options. Overall, the stay was incredibly comfortable, and I highly recommend it!"

"This time our family of three traveled together, and although we only stayed one night at this homestay, we were very satisfied! I've never stayed at a homestay before, and this experience was really great! 👍 Before check-in, the housekeeper added us on WeChat to communicate about check-in time, pick-up time, etc. They were very thoughtful and even prepared children's amenities for our baby. After check-in, no matter what we needed, they actively helped resolve it. The service was five-star! 👍 The hotel's location is excellent, right inside Enduli. It's very close to shopping, dining, and strolling through Qiushaya Park. Recently, there have also been various performances and music festivals. There are shared electric scooters right outside Enduli, making it convenient to get to Genting or nearby clean areas. 👍 The hotel is beautiful, and the room is large and clean. There are also some charming little touches in the hotel that the child loved. The housekeeper saw that we had large luggage and a baby, so they upgraded us to a first-floor garden room. We could also enjoy the hot springs at night, which was very comfortable. The complimentary afternoon tea was also fantastic, the child loved it, and we even repurchased some."

Hygiene: A reputable hotel, so I felt reassured. Service: The breakfast selection was rich and varied, and the service was attentive."
