Love this hotel! Thank you Ms. Xinxin for arranging everything for us. Even though, the staff cannot speak English much but they are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is various choice. The room is warm and well-decorated. The hot spring is just amazing, they have both indoor and outdoor. The entance to Changbaishan mountain park is nearby the hotel.

An excellent hotel offering great convenience and thoughtful services. The host was incredibly helpful and attentive. The environment was very cozy, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. They provided free pickup and drop-off services to the high-speed rail station, which was extremely convenient, especially since it’s quite difficult to order a cab in the area. It was a truly pleasant stay, with thoughtful attention to detail that made the experience even more enjoyable.

The hotel crew is friendly and helpful, they do serve ginseng tea as welcome drink at the lobby. Good breakfast

Highly recommended. Spacious and very clean rooms, with an exceptionally warm and welcoming owner. The overall vibe is amazing—you can really feel the care and effort put into this guesthouse. Nightly fireworks with complimentary sparklers create a wholesome, memorable experience. Great coffee (slightly pricey but worth it) and a complimentary savoury breakfast. Note: food delivery takes about 60–65 minutes, though there are many 24-hour food options and massage parlours within 1km. They also provide you with some small craft art, and a small gift when you check out! Booking comes with free breakfast & a warm nice dessert soup! Appreciate the kind thoughts of the owner. Experience it yourself, won’t regret booking them.

The room is clean and specious. The pillow,matress and blanket are also comfortable. The owner was friendly and helpful. He even arranged a car to pick us up from railway station. It only takes a few minutes to Changbaishan entrance gate by walking I strongly recommend this accommodation..

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. The location is perfect for travelers who need easy access to Changbaishan Railway Station, and the park right across the street provides a lovely place for a relaxing stroll. However, the most memorable part of my stay was the outstanding service I received from the moment I checked in. Chen Yuanyuan (陈园园), the hotel staff, was an absolute delight. She is always smiling, polite, and going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. From the beginning, she warmly escorted us to our room and took the time to explain all the hotel amenities in detail. Her thoughtfulness did not stop there. She proactively connected with me on WeChat to ensure quick responses to any requests we had. The next morning, she personally reminded us about breakfast and even offered to come to our room to guide us to the restaurant. Her dedication was evident as she stayed until we were seated comfortably in the buffet area. Even after checkout, her exceptional service continued. She presented us with lovely hotel gifts and waited with us until our taxi arrived, ensuring a smooth departure. Chen Yuanyuan’s service attitude is truly commendable. Her attentiveness, warmth, and professionalism set a high standard for hospitality. She is undoubtedly a role model for her peers and a huge asset to the hotel. This experience reinforced my belief that service in China is truly excellent, and it’s because of staff like her that I will definitely return to this hotel on my next trip to Changbaishan in a different season. Spacious and clean room. Owner was really helpful with our needs such as rides to railway station and anywhere we want to go. Communication mainly done via wechat (with translation). The hotel is conveniently located at the end of the rafting stream and guest would get free ride to the rafting entrance.

Here’This resort hotel was the most satisfying stay of our entire 8-day China trip across Harbin, Changbaishan, Xuexiang, and Yabuli. We stayed in a family residence unit, which allowed all of us to live together comfortably under one household. The resort is extremely clean and well-maintained. Our unit even included a mahjong table and a private hot spring, which made the stay very enjoyable. Although the price is not cheap, it is definitely worth the money. The butler service was excellent — the staff were attentive and always did their best to accommodate our requests. Highly recommended. I’m confident you will have a pleasant and memorable stay here.
