Environment: Very clean, I felt safe bringing my toddler here. The tatami mats are low, so there's no need to worry about the kids' safety. Room: The two-bedroom suite is very spacious, perfect for two people. It's also incredibly close to the scenic area. If you want to get an early start exploring Changbai Mountain, this is definitely the hotel to choose. Service: Annie assisted me this time. She contacted me in advance to confirm service details and even prepared welcome fruits. There were blueberries in the room's courtyard that my child could pick and taste. Facilities: The most unique feature is the hot spring tickets, which were incredibly good value – far better than I expected. The pure volcanic hot spring was wonderfully relaxing.

We stayed at the Suiseki Hotel in mid-October, and overall, it was a great experience. The room was spacious and clean, with complete amenities like a microwave, kettle, and refrigerator. They even thoughtfully provided bath bombs and toiletries. The bathtub was large, perfect for a relaxing soak. It was a shame the sauna was under maintenance, so we couldn't try it. The landlady and staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming. Since we were foreign tourists and didn't have local phone numbers, the hotel couldn't reach us and even worried that we wouldn't be able to find the place. The hotel's location is a bit secluded, making it hard to get takeout delivered. However, the room had instant noodles and snacks available for purchase, and you could also order hotpot and Northeastern Chinese dishes. We tried the cold noodles, and they were quite good. In the morning, the surrounding scenery was beautiful. We took many photos while walking back from the Suiseki rafting. Overall, the hotel offers a comfortable environment and attentive service, making it ideal for travelers looking to relax and escape the hustle and bustle. Oh, one last thing: the breakfast was delicious! Especially the millet porridge! 🤤

2-hour rafting/skiing (choose one): The rafting was absolutely beautiful, and the rime ice was stunning. Plus, the location is super convenient, just a ten-minute walk from the guesthouse. The guesthouse also has alpacas, deer, and rabbits that are very friendly and cute. The room was comfortable and clean. While the location is a bit out of the way, that's exactly the quiet environment we were looking for. The owner can also help arrange a taxi, which is very handy. One time, we needed to go out but couldn't find a car, so the owner, who had just woken up, personally drove us there. Thumbs up!

Traveling during the off-peak season, the hotel was excellent, and the front desk was incredibly responsible, taking care of everything. The hotel even has its own shuttle service with drivers who pick you up and drop you off wherever you need to go, and they even help you bargain! Much appreciated. Soaking in the hot springs while it snowed, then hitting the slopes at 8:30 AM – it was a fantastic experience.

Our stay at the Changbai Mountain Gem Hotel was absolutely perfect – I have to give it high praise! When we checked in, the front desk staff were incredibly warm and offered us a free room upgrade, which was a wonderful surprise. The hotel is located away from the noisy commercial areas, making it exceptionally quiet and ideal for resting before heading up the mountain. Our room was spotless, the bedding was soft, the facilities were comprehensive, and there was plenty of hot water. It also has its own private parking, which is very convenient if you're driving, and it's a short distance to the North Scenic Area of Changbai Mountain. The staff were gentle and polite, responding promptly to any requests, and there were no hidden charges. Overall, it's excellent value for money. We had a peaceful night's sleep and were full of energy for our hike the next day. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Changbai Mountain!

Great experience with the hotel stay. Room are big and comfortable. Great breakfast variety but taste is average. Have lot of fun activities within the resort like snow slide and snow mobile ginseng expeneruces with good guides bring us around. People around the area friendly. Except for impatient pickup driver as we are slight late due to network problem while we in mid of liaisng with hotel on pickup location at carpark, nearly collision with bus during our ride to the hotel. Drop off driver is very friendly and helpful. We had a very tasty and delicious dinner at the BBQ resturant that hotel offer us a voucher for our dining. Attraction Tianci is closed per reception. Thank you for making our stay wonderful.

This hotel have spacious service apartments, rooms are big, clean, hotel staff is always helpful. 10 min car ride from chang bai shan railway station. Issues I faced : there is a huge taxi shortage in the city during the peak tourist season, one days even i had to walk 3.3 kilometres in - 15 degrees temperatures to reach to downtown , DIDI and T3 service works here but taxi waiting is normally 40 min to 1 hour long. As a forigner the Hotel location was little odd for me and lots of precious time wasted in taxi waiting, breakfast location is 300 metres far from room, which was not convenient as me and family didn't want to walk in - 20 degree temperature to eat breakfast, I stayed 5 days, but only 2 days I dare to go for breakfast. For stay this place is so good, so clean, warm. If you have your car, then no issue at all. 这家酒店有宽敞的服务式公寓，房间很大，很干净，酒店工作人员很乐于助人。 距离长白山火车站 10 分钟车程。 我遇到的问题：旅游旺季期间，城市出租车严重短缺，有一天我甚至不得不在零下 15 度的气温下步行 3.3 公里才能到达市中心，滴滴和 T3 服务在这里可以使用，但出租车等待时间通常为 40 分钟到 1 小时。 作为外国人，酒店位置对我来说有点奇怪，很多宝贵的时间浪费在出租车等待上，早餐地点距离房间 300 米远，这很不方便，因为我和家人不想在零下 20 度的气温下走进去吃早餐，我住了 5 天，但只有 2 天我敢去吃早餐。 住宿方面，这个地方非常好，非常干净、温暖。如果您有车，那就完全没有问题。

Here’This resort hotel was the most satisfying stay of our entire 8-day China trip across Harbin, Changbaishan, Xuexiang, and Yabuli. We stayed in a family residence unit, which allowed all of us to live together comfortably under one household. The resort is extremely clean and well-maintained. Our unit even included a mahjong table and a private hot spring, which made the stay very enjoyable. Although the price is not cheap, it is definitely worth the money. The butler service was excellent — the staff were attentive and always did their best to accommodate our requests. Highly recommended. I’m confident you will have a pleasant and memorable stay here.

This hotel is great! It's super close to the high-speed train station, making transportation incredibly convenient. There are also tons of dining options nearby, so it's a really good place to stay. While there are other hotels in the area, it's hard to find one that's as clean, spacious, and has such a high-quality feel as this one.

Check-in Dates: December 7th (Check-in) to December 10th (Check-out) Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. Although the hotel facilities are a bit dated, they were well-maintained, and the rooms were clean and tidy, making me feel very comfortable. The hotel staff deserves the most praise; everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. We had originally planned to visit Changbai Mountain, but the mountain was closed due to weather, disrupting our plans. We are very grateful to the hotel manager, Fang Lin, and our driver, Zhang Ming, for proactively helping us rearrange our itinerary. They recommended and assisted us with activities such as snowmobile rides, horse-drawn sleigh rides, skiing, and ice fishing, ensuring our trip was still exciting and fulfilling. We are from the south and this was our first time in Northeast China, and we had never tried frozen pears before. When Zhang Ming saw this, he specially treated us to frozen pears, making us feel incredibly thoughtful and cared for. Throughout the entire trip, the staff promptly helped resolve any problems we encountered; their service was truly excellent. Overall, I would highly recommend the hotel.
