MM305019****The hotel is located inside Enduli, and the staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful. We drove there and parked in the North 2 parking lot, which is the closest. The hotel provides a shuttle service for pick-up and drop-off, which is very convenient, though it's also just a short walk. The room was very spacious, and the environment was elegant. I'd definitely come back if I have the chance.
The hotel also provided tickets for the 'Cloud Top Heavenly Palace Light and Shadow Show', which is very close by, so we could enjoy the light show in the evening.

CChangyousifangThis Mercure hotel (Huazhu Group) is excellent. It's very new and all areas of the hotel look comfortable. The front desk staff were all enthusiastic and diligent, recommending local delicacies and specialty shops. The lobby has a unique design with artistic flair (the murals are copyrighted), offering coffee, tea bags, and ginseng-infused water. Breakfast was also very good, with ample variety and quantity, and featured local specialties like rice sausage, beef soup with rice, Korean side dishes, and thin pancakes, and the baked sweet potatoes were delicious. The hotel is not in the town center, which is perfect as it's quiet and has a large parking lot, ideal for self-driving. We stayed for several days, waiting for suitable weather to go up the mountain. In town, we enjoyed the autumn scenery by the Erdao River, had iron pot stewed fish and ginseng chicken soup, both perfect for the cooler weather. Next time we visit, we'll try a different season and would happily stay here again.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel staff were incredibly patient and helpful. They assisted us with booking a car, and the driver they recommended was excellent. After check-out, they even stored our luggage for free. We took a chartered car to the West Slope for rafting, and my child's shoes got wet. When we returned to the hotel, the staff kindly provided free slippers for my child and lent us a hairdryer to dry the shoes. It was such a warm and thoughtful gesture, and I'm very grateful! We met so many kind people during our trip to Changbai Mountain, and the frozen pears at the small shops in town were super sweet.

The owner was exceptionally kind; not only did they pick us up and drop us off at the high-speed rail station, but they also drove us to nearby attractions and recommended great local restaurants that didn't disappoint. Their service was thoughtful and attentive throughout our entire stay. We're definitely locking this place in for future visits!

They offered pick-up from the high-speed rail station and VIP access to scenic areas, making it incredibly convenient and hassle-free during the National Day Golden Week holiday. Highly recommended! It saved us a lot of time and was perfect for families with children. The Northeastern Chinese cuisine at the guesthouse was also delicious, and our whole family was very satisfied. The view from the guesthouse's observation deck was also fantastic, offering panoramic views of Changbai Mountain.

Before check-in, a dedicated butler will contact you to arrange your pickup. They even thoughtfully provided a fruit basket. During your stay, you can ask them about any nearby attractions or dining recommendations. On our second day, after breakfast, it was super convenient to visit Changbai Mountain with the VIP pass. Coming back in the evening to enjoy the volcanic hot springs provided by the hotel truly made the experience complete! My family took so many photos in front of the hotel, and everyone had a wonderful stay. đ

3313d9I stayed here in Dalian, and it was excellent and very convenient. The community was quiet, with complete facilities, and pet-friendly. My beloved pet could play happily downstairs, and parking was super convenient. There was a buffet breakfast, which wasn't available when I booked, but the owner kindly added it for us. The breakfast was perfect for usâhome-style, light, and delicious. I would definitely stay here again if I had the chance. Changbai Mountain isn't very big, so getting around is easy. I think this community has the best locationâquiet yet convenient. The air quality is superb; the air throughout Changbai Mountain is always fresh. 100% satisfied! Thank you, owner!

GGuest UserThe hotel is clean and hygienic, and the staff are warm and patient. You can enjoy the hot springs; although there aren't many pools, soaking in them is very comfortable. The transportation is also convenient, with the Meiren Song Scenic Area right across the street, and it's not far from the Rime Rafting. It's a 10-minute taxi ride to the Edelweiss Camp, which has a small reindeer park. The entrance fee is cheap and includes a portion of food to feed the elk and sika deer. There's a snowman at the hotel entrance, and I don't know who built it, but it's wearing a scarf and a hat â very pretty! Overall, it offers good value for money.

MM741677****The front desk staff were quick and professional. We even got a room upgrade! The hotel's location is great, close to the North Scenic Area, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The breakfast had a good variety and tasted delicious. The environment is exquisite and comfortable, and the hygiene is clean and tidy. The hotel staff were exceptionally nice, especially the front desk lady. During the 817 Rice Festival, it was impossible to find a taxi, so the hotel even arranged a car to pick us up.
