"Exceptional Stay in Changbaishan – Highly Recommended! I recently stayed at a hotel in Changbaishan, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From start to finish, everything was managed exceptionally well, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. The hotel is beautifully maintained, with rooms that are both comfortable and impeccably clean. One of the standout features was the outdoor onsen—an absolutely amazing place to unwind amidst the serene natural surroundings. The decoration in front of hotel with rows and rows of cute snowmen are also very lovely, we took plenty of photos there. Additionally, the free transportation services were incredibly efficient, including a convenient shuttle service to and from the train station and free transfers to the ski site. The staff were all friendly and helpful, even though communication was sometimes challenging as we don’t speak Mandarin. A special shoutout to Ms. Zhang Yong Ping 张永评 (WeChat: Xin Xin 鑫鑫), the guest manager from the front desk department, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless. Ms. Zhang provided us with outstanding butler service and demonstrated exceptional kindness, professionalism, and hospitality. She helped us navigate the complexities of buying tickets and traveling to Changbaishan, ensured we boarded the correct buses, and even made sure we didn’t miss any important connections. Due to high season, we couldn’t secure a room in Building 3 for our second night and had to reserve rooms in Building 2 via an online platform. Ms. Zhang kindly and proactively made arrangements so we could stay in Building 3 throughout our visit—a thoughtful gesture that made a huge difference. Every aspect of our stay was well taken care of, and the staff’s dedication to providing excellent service truly stood out. Thanks to Ms. Zhang and the entire hotel team, our time in Changbaishan was a wonderful experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. We’re grateful for the warm hospitality and look forward to returning in the future!"

"Stayed for two nights and upgraded to a deluxe twin bed, which should be 4 square meters more than what I originally booked. As soon as I entered the door, I saw the stone shrine on the balcony. 😁Maybe because of the mountain, it is a bit different from the traditional five-star, but fortunately the service is good. I bought a package ticket for unlimited access to hot springs, Tianchi VIP ride, and three hours of skiing. My child was over the height limit, so I paid 500 more to share all services. The train station is free to pick up and drop off, and the journey takes 50 minutes. Living on the mountain has relatively few dining options, but the scenery on the north slope is really invincible. It's great that Tianchi VIP doesn't have to queue for 1 hour. Xiao Zhao at the concierge is very enthusiastic, and the car booking and luggage services are very thoughtful. Overall, I am very satisfied. There are many types of breakfast, and the noodles are delicious, especially the spicy minced meat with ingredients is suitable for the taste of Shanghai Xiaolongbao. It is recommended to have more steamed options."

"The room was spacious, the hot springs were exceptional, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options (though not entirely to my personal taste). Most importantly, the butler service (管家莹莹 小張）was outstanding. From the moment of arrival, throughout the stay, and even during outings, the staff provided comprehensive 24-hour assistance. They followed up on every detail and ensured everything ran smoothly, creating a truly welcoming and home-like experience. The level of care and attention made me feel like a valued guest at every turn, leaving a lasting impression on the overall quality of my stay."

"Changbaishan Junlan Academy Hotel is truly an unforgettable stay experience! The hotel has an elegant environment and is full of the scent of books, as if you are in a tranquil landscape painting. The room is spacious and comfortable, with complete facilities, especially the long night view outside the window is refreshing. The housekeepers Xiao He and Tian Ye are warm, thoughtful and meticulous, making people feel warm. The hotel's dining options are also excellent, offering both local specialties and exquisite cuisine. Whether it is a vacation or a business trip, this is a great choice and highly recommended!"

"The Chang Bai Shan hot spring hotel is a great hotel and I would highly recommend it to anyone that wants to visit! They have public hot spring pools that are clean with great amenities.  Around the hotel there is a ‘walking street’ with a great selection of shops within walking distance of the hotel, with a grocery store, a couple of restaurants and a gift shop."

"Although there were a few minor hiccups when we first moved in, over the four days I've been there, I've come to appreciate the attentiveness and professionalism of the B&B. The owner, a native of Northeast China, is warm and welcoming, personally attentive, and the housekeeping service is truly thoughtful and considerate. He picked us up every time we went out. The driver, the front desk staff, the lobby staff, and the maintenance technician were all handsome and capable, especially helpful with luggage and patiently assisted us with any questions we asked. Even to scenic spots, the owner provided a free taxi, making taxis a necessity in Erdaohe Town. Knowing we had an early morning train, the owner even packed several hearty breakfasts. Nestled within the Enduli Cultural Park, the B&B offers convenient transportation and dining options, a tranquil retreat amidst the bustle. The courtyard is lush with greenery, and there's a hot spring and tea table for relaxation. The interior features a minimalist yet sophisticated Chinese wooden design. Fresh fruit, ginseng paste, birch water, and other delicious beverages are provided daily in the room. Enduli also hosts various daily folk performances, and the dining options within the scenic area are excellent. Staying here is a relaxing, relaxing, and comfortable experience."

"This hotel is absolutely very design-oriented, giving surprises everywhere. First of all, I want to praise the service! Really, I was moved! Because the hotel gave me ski tickets, I wanted to ski first and then check in, and I went skiing directly from other hotels. After checking the information, the hotel actually asked the driver to deliver the ski tickets directly to my departure point! The Northeast people are really so enthusiastic! So humane! The breakfast variety is a little less, but it is especially considerate of the stomach of southerners! Rice noodles, steamed dim sum for morning tea, coffee, preserved egg and lean meat porridge, vegetables, boiled prawns, Ito sausages, etc. are all very comfortable to eat. There is also a snowman army in the hotel's yard, and there are more than 300 of them roughly. The hotel's outdoor hot spring is also very unique. At night, soaking in the hot spring and watching the snowflakes falling, I sighed deeply and comfortably! Honeycomb coal bathing pool, duck bathing pool, iron pot stewing yourself, are all very interesting. There are peacocks in the hotel, and four or five alpacas are raised outside. You can ask the front desk for carrots to feed the alpacas. The hotel is also very conveniently located on Baihe Street, one of the three main streets. It only takes about 5 minutes by taxi to find food."

"I came to Enduri this weekend to relax and breathe some fresh air. I stayed at the Floral Luxury Forest Hotel. As a fellow Northeasterner, I couldn't be more impressed. Every single staff member, from the front desk, receptionist, manager, and driver, was incredibly friendly! I highly recommend it! The amenities were excellent value, including afternoon tea, small desserts, and drinks, and the room also had a fruit plate. We went rafting and mountain biking, as recommended by the hotel. The kids had a blast. That evening, we soaked in the volcanic hot springs. The water, which is naturally mountain water, is sulphur-rich and quite pleasant! Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay!"

"I originally wanted to stay at Crown Hot Springs. I didn't want to drive up again after coming down from the mountain, so I booked this one. It gave me a big surprise! The service was very good, and the hot springs were also good! The key point was that the air conditioner in the room was so loud that it affected my sleep. The front desk decisively helped me change the room and upgraded it to a family suite. The service was great! The 900 yuan accommodation fee also included the hot springs, which was worth it! There were toys for children to play in the room, and the children were very happy"
