AAnonymous UserIt's very close to the North Slope, just a 5-minute walk to the ticket gate. A highlight is their 'iron pot stew' dining experience, a hearty local specialty. I visited in summer, so I'm looking forward to trying it in winter.
Environment: The surroundings feature pleasant greenery.
Service: Warm and attentive.

GGuest UserRight at check-in, we were given two warm bottles of Changbai Mountain mineral water. The room was standard, and the heating was very strong – we had to sleep with the window open. The hot springs, however, are in a separate building, and you have to walk through the lobby on the ground floor to get to them. The lobby and the breakfast area on the second floor weren't warm enough, making it easy to catch a cold after coming back from the hot springs. The hot springs themselves are communal and only have a few small pools; it's not really worth going unless you just want a quick taste of Changbai Mountain's hot springs.

AAnonymous UserEnvironment: This hot spring hotel at Changbai Mountain boasts exceptional aesthetics and design. The courtyard has a 'little Kyoto' vibe, which is fantastic! It's rare to find such a peaceful, high-quality, and beautiful Kyoto-esque environment in Changbai Mountain; it completely exceeded my expectations. The hot spring lounge area is stunning and perfect for photos. It’s ideal for a few days' stay to relax and soak in the hot springs.
Facilities: The facilities are on par with high-end hotels in first-tier cities. I especially loved the slippers and toiletries—they were excellent! 👍
Cleanliness: Impeccable.
Service: They upgraded my room, which I absolutely loved! ♥️

CCongxiaoshitoubianshitou酒店入户很有意境，是從一小片松林走一小段路，進入一個火山石牆和自然景觀包圍的木樑小門進去，會有朝鮮族着裝的工作人員在門口迎接，還會有當地特色的米酒作為歡迎飲品，穿過園林check in也很有儀式感，聞香、茶點、凈手，服務體貼温柔，一下子就進入了度假模式，被照顧的很妥帖安心，空間很藝術、大氣，也是出片的！早餐、下午茶都很不錯，有點本地特色，也很健康，酒店居然還安排了宵夜，是自助的韓式泡麪，正餐可以在酒店預約點單，在長白山除了去景區看極美風光，還可以不出酒店享受這裏的環境和服務還有舒適的氣温，
