"The rooms were tidy and clean, and the facilities were convenient. The breakfast was also quite good. Since we were traveling with children and the elderly, we requested connecting rooms, and they carefully confirmed and arranged them according to our needs. The toiletries in the room were well-stocked for the number of guests. Parking spaces were reserved in advance in front of the hotel. Overall, the service was very satisfying. The hotel is close to the musical fountain and a food street, so the location is excellent. The front desk staff (a lovely lady) recommended local delicacies, and every single one was a hit. I would choose this hotel again next time. The rooms were very spacious, and the bathroom was also reasonably located, not disturbing our rest. The bedding was clean and tidy. We even received complimentary museum tickets for our multi-night stay. The hotel's location is particularly good, close to the Edelweiss Reindeer Park and the Wetland Flower Sea, so you can enjoy flowers and scenery right outside. It perfectly met the needs of our family trip with both children and seniors. The hotel is also very close to the North Slope Transit Center, making it convenient for walking or taking a taxi. The Cloudtop Market is also within walking distance. The hotel offers high-speed train pick-up and drop-off, and they thoughtfully called to confirm. Since we were driving, we just drove there directly. The hotel is also very quiet at night; you can hear the sounds of insects and enjoy the night view, yet the streetlights are bright, so there's no concern for safety. I would choose this hotel again next time."

"The room facilities were decent, though the room itself wasn't very big. I received a free upgrade to a room with a bathtub, which I didn't actually use, but it was worth about 200 yuan more. The shower water pressure was very low, and it was too hot, making temperature adjustment difficult. The service, however, was excellent. Responses were prompt and efficient, and the butler was very patient, answering all my questions. The complimentary transfers to the scenic area and high-speed rail station were very convenient. The hot springs were also great, with many pools and a nice environment, and unlimited access. It's less than a five-minute drive from the North Slope entrance of Tianchi, which is incredibly convenient. The only area that could use improvement is breakfast. There wasn't much variety, and it ended at 10 AM; extending it to 10:30 AM would be better. When I went at 9:30 AM, most items weren't being refilled. There was no chicken soup, and very few hot dishes. The tofu pudding was too soft and shapeless, and the braised sauce lacked flavor. There were no desserts like cream cakes or even packaged yogurt. For a hotel of this price and caliber, it was a bit disappointing. This might be due to the hotel's remote location (about a 40-minute drive from Changbaishan Station), making ingredient sourcing difficult. The hotel's bunnies were incredibly cute and would chase you for food. I didn't have time to try the complimentary溯溪 (stream tracing), but I saw other guests wearing the gear, and it looked quite professional. I'd suggest adding more activities like rafting or ginseng digging, as the location is quite remote, and staying for several days could get boring. Overall, I still recommend it!"
