The room was spacious and very clean. We visited during a cold snap with temperatures around -30 degrees Celsius outside, but the room stayed wonderfully warm. The amenities were comprehensive; since we were traveling with a child, they even provided a kids' toothbrush set and slippers. The service was exceptionally thoughtful. The complimentary pick-up/drop-off service to and from the station, plus the shuttle, made getting around worry-free. They even had ginger tea and jujube tea available at the entrance. The complimentary afternoon tea was also delicious!

This hot spring hotel exceeded our expectations! The natural hot spring water was at a perfect temperature, washing away all the fatigue from our travels. The facilities were brand new and spotless. The duty manager was incredibly warm and attentive. The surrounding scenery was lovely, and it offered great value for money. Our whole family had a really comfortable and enjoyable time. Just returned from Changbai Mountain, I must share this treasure homestay that made me ”brainless” throughout the whole journey. I recommended the B&B to the village of Lingjiao, which is a 10-minute drive away. Very satisfied with the reservation. Free upgrade to the balcony room, out of the terrace can overlook Changbai Mountain. The hotel's breakfast is generally the same, there is nothing to eat, barely mixed. Very clean, the room is big. Erdaohe Town is very small and it is convenient to go anywhere. It’s almost a second to go out and take a taxi.

Had a fantastic trip to Changbai Mountain during the May Day holiday! So lucky that Tianchi Lake was open. The hotel was incredibly comfortable – the room was spacious, bright, clean, and the bedding was super comfy. The service was warm and attentive, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The outdoor hot spring is definitely worth experiencing, and the facilities are great. It was an amazing trip!

Traveling during the off-peak season, the hotel was excellent, and the front desk was incredibly responsible, taking care of everything. The hotel even has its own shuttle service with drivers who pick you up and drop you off wherever you need to go, and they even help you bargain! Much appreciated. Soaking in the hot springs while it snowed, then hitting the slopes at 8:30 AM – it was a fantastic experience.

I highly recommend the Mingrui Cangu Hot Spring Resort Hotel, a hidden gem at the foot of Changbai Mountain! It definitely deserves a five-star rating! My entire stay was full of pleasant surprises, right from the complimentary pick-up service from Changbai Mountain High-Speed Rail Station, which already showed the hotel's thoughtfulness. The staff were warm and attentive, and the check-in process was efficient and thorough. They patiently explained the hotel facilities and provided tips for exploring the surroundings, making me feel right at home. The hotel is nestled amidst the natural beauty of Toushan Village, with stunning snowscapes that are perfect for photos. Its design seamlessly blends ecological elements like water, wood, ice, and stone, making you feel like you're in a paradise on earth as you walk through the premises. The air is so fresh and invigorating. The indoor and outdoor hot springs are an absolute highlight. The pools are clean, and the ginseng scent is wonderfully authentic. Soaking in the outdoor hot springs in winter while watching the snow fall creates an incredibly atmospheric experience. The staff in the hot spring area were also incredibly enthusiastic and paid great attention to detail. The mountain view room I stayed in was spacious and spotless, with impeccable hygiene. It offered fantastic views of the mountains, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The hotel's dining was another delightful surprise. Breakfast offered a wide variety, and the local corn noodles were authentically delicious. For other meals, the ingredients were fresh, and the prices were fair. Even when I arrived late, the restaurant thoughtfully delivered food to my room – so considerate! The hotel's amenities are also comprehensive, including free recreational activities. Its proximity to the North Slope of Changbai Mountain makes getting around incredibly convenient. From the service to the environment, from accommodation to the hot springs, every aspect of my stay exceeded expectations. The next time I visit Changbai Mountain, I will definitely choose Mingrui Cangu Hot Spring Resort Hotel again!

The hotel's location is fantastic, very close to Changbaishan High-Speed Railway Station, and they even offer a complimentary shuttle service. The hotel environment is also superb, from the front desk staff to the service personnel, especially Zhao, our front desk manager, who was incredibly attentive and provided excellent advice. Although we didn't get to see Changbaishan this time, which was a bit disappointing, the hotel experience was 100% satisfying! Northeast China truly is amazing, and I welcome friends from all over the country to visit Changbaishan and stay at the Puyue Hotel! (P.S. The hot springs are also fantastic and very kid-friendly).

After arriving at Changbai Mountain, I heard from local businesses that the hot springs here are famous. I looked it up and found this hotel to be the best value for money. Plus, I was very pleased with the environment! It was so warm indoors during winter.

The hotel is very beautifully designed. It gives modern and cozy vibe at the same time. The staffs are very helpful and friendly, always at our call for services. They helped us booked the ticket to Changbai mountain, canceled and rebooked the tickets due to weather conditions. The hotel is close to all the parks by the river and to the town where you can find good restaurants. Overall it’s a very pleasant stay for us.
