GGuest UserFacilities: For a B&B, it truly meets five-star hotel standards; the facilities are incredibly comprehensive. The front desk upgraded our room, and I especially loved the upgraded balcony – you just open the door and there's the snow!
Cleanliness: Spotless.
Environment: The lobby is very elegant and immediately puts you at ease. The street right outside has everything you need for dining, entertainment, and shopping.
Service: A big thank you to all the staff, both male and female, who served us from check-in to check-out. They made us feel right at home. I'll definitely choose Huazhu again on my next trip to Changbai Mountain.

MM500908****Extremely satisfied! The room was spacious, and the owner was lovely. The hotel also has many animals, and a different breakfast is served every day. They can also help book various activities, which was a lot of fun and very comfortable. You can even set off fireworks in the courtyard at night! I highly recommend everyone to stay here.

**Facilities:** The facilities are all very new and complete. The all-wood decor gives a very comfortable and pleasing aesthetic.
**Cleanliness:** The cleanliness is excellent. The surrounding areas are very well-maintained, and every nook, cranny, and surface is wiped clean. The cleanliness inside the room was beyond reproach – very nice.
**Environment:** Overall, it's a very serene and relaxing place, incredibly pleasant, perfect for small gatherings. The surroundings are peaceful and quiet, and the snowy scenery outside with the trees is truly beautiful.
**Service:** The staff here provide excellent service, paying great attention to detail. They even noticed small things for me. They were cheerful and smiled a lot. They were very professional when explaining all the benefits.
**Overall:** This hotel offers great value for money. It includes VIP access to the mountain, so there's absolutely no need to queue. They also offer high-speed rail transfer, picking you up directly from the station to the hotel. The breakfast is delicious. They even gave us a complimentary hot spring experience, and this hot spring is truly beautiful and so comfortable; a soak left me feeling completely refreshed.

MM9955****Traveling during the off-peak season, the hotel was excellent, and the front desk was incredibly responsible, taking care of everything. The hotel even has its own shuttle service with drivers who pick you up and drop you off wherever you need to go, and they even help you bargain! Much appreciated. Soaking in the hot springs while it snowed, then hitting the slopes at 8:30 AM – it was a fantastic experience.

入住前管家就主動聯繫，根據我們的時間和興趣定製了鬆散不累的動線。推薦了民宿車程10分鐘的麓角村，原始靜謐很出片；下午用贈送的230元代金券選了峽谷浮石林，全程無縫銜接。
❷ 接送服務是硬核便利
高鐵站接+北景區集散中心送全包。尤其在北坡，自己叫車不確定性強，民宿按時接送，省下的不止是錢，更是心安。
❸ “祛班味”圍爐煮茶，不是擺拍道具
在獨立茶室自己動手烤橘子紅薯，茶葉選擇多，氛圍鬆弛。能真正坐下來聊聊天、發發呆的體驗，在匆忙的旅行裏太難得了。
❹ 最戳我的隱形服務：免費借羽絨服和雨傘
長白山天氣多變，民宿前台常備乾淨羽絨服和雨傘供客人免費借用。上山那天突然降温，借的羽絨服成了救命裝備。這種不聲張卻實實在在的貼心，比任何華麗詞藻都動人。

智能聲控、星空觀景窗、熱乎的早餐……這些標配它都做得紮實。早上躺着看雪景喝熱牛奶，度假感瞬間拉滿。

GGuest UserThe room is spacious and clean, and the toiletries and towels are disposable. The quality is very good and must be praised! On the left side of the hotel is the wetland and flower sea, directly opposite is the square, and on the right side is the military safety factor! It only takes 10 minutes to walk to the distribution center on the north slope of Changbai Mountain in the morning, which is so convenient! Highly recommended! Finally, the hotel service and pick-up service were heartwarming and the staff were enthusiastic. They even helped us contact us to charter a car to Yanji! Everything went smoothly on the trip, it was great👍👍👍

GGuest UserRight at check-in, we were given two warm bottles of Changbai Mountain mineral water. The room was standard, and the heating was very strong – we had to sleep with the window open. The hot springs, however, are in a separate building, and you have to walk through the lobby on the ground floor to get to them. The lobby and the breakfast area on the second floor weren't warm enough, making it easy to catch a cold after coming back from the hot springs. The hot springs themselves are communal and only have a few small pools; it's not really worth going unless you just want a quick taste of Changbai Mountain's hot springs.

AAnonymous UserFacilities: Very complete, has everything you need. The decor is also very artistic, fitting well with the Changbai Mountain scenic area.
Hygiene: Found a strand of hair in the fried rice at breakfast. For a four-star hotel, that's really unacceptable 😂, just like a fly-ridden diner.
Environment: Quite good and beautiful.
Service: The staff at the lobby and bathhouse are all very enthusiastic, answering all questions and always happy to help. A short-haired staff member even enthusiastically told us how to best explore the area, as we hadn't planned anything, and was very patient. However, there's a manager or someone at the front desk who always seems very impatient when answering questions – I've truly never seen such an attitude 😂, and it wasn't even a difficult question. Also, the driver: if shuttle service is provided, why can't it be perfect? He also seemed impatient and didn't help with luggage when we got out. He even honked furiously just because we didn't know how to close the trunk 😂. This hotel should be one of the better ones in the area, so it would be a shame to lose out because of these small issues. Overall, the service from the other hotel staff was quite good.
