An absolutely wonderful stay! This hotel-style B&B is right in the heart of Enduoli, and the location is fantastic. It's surprisingly quiet at night once you close the windows. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and proactive, asking in advance if we needed reservations for the Tianchi distribution center or the high-speed rail, providing excellent and attentive service. There's also a hot spring bath – though not huge, the water quality was great and very clean. Plus, we received welcome desserts and afternoon tea vouchers to enjoy coffee and treats at the nearby cafe. All in all, it's a hotel I would definitely recommend to friends!

This hotel, which opened 26 years ago, has a very Japanese-style interior. It's owned by the same proprietor as the Doraku Hotel. There's a public hot spring bath, and I specifically asked the staff who said the hot spring water is transported here by vehicle. You can tell the owner's meticulous attention to detail from the in-room amenities and items in the public hot spring area – all top-tier brands. The complimentary amenity kit and toiletries exceeded my expectations. The hotel is designed to mimic a Japanese garden, similar to Kyoto, and there are no elevators inside. If your room is on the second or third floor, you'll need to climb stairs, but the front desk staff will help carry your luggage to your room. Upon checkout, they'll also assist with bringing your luggage down to the parking lot if needed. Overall, it's a hotel that offers a fantastic experience.

This was the best hotel I stayed at during my ten-day trip to Northeast China. Even before we arrived, the hotel manager called to ask when we would be there. On both the arrival and check-out days, security guards helped with our luggage – the service was incredibly attentive and meticulous, and the environment was spotless! Thumbs up! 👍 Staying at the hotel also included free access to the hot springs, which would normally cost 268 yuan per person. The complimentary fruit selection was the most varied I've ever seen in a hotel. The breakfast was also plentiful, especially the beef soup – so flavorful and with plenty of meat, I could easily drink several bowls! Haha~ The hot springs were incredibly comfortable, with many indoor and outdoor pools, all very clean. As soon as I got in the water, a staff member helped me arrange my slippers, making me feel a little embarrassed to leave them lying around when I went to another pool! Although it's thousands of miles away, for truly amazing hot spring experience, you have to go to Changbai Mountain, and specifically, the Linxi Volcanic Hot Springs. The hotel has everything: food, accommodation, and entertainment. I definitely want to come back next time and stay for two more nights!

Our original booking was upgraded to a suite by the excellent Manager Han, which exceeded our expectations by 100 points! My mother was very satisfied, and it was the first surprise of our trip. The suite had two bedrooms and two bathrooms, which was very convenient and offered a good sense of independence. There was also a bathtub, perfect for someone like me who loves a good soak. Overall, the service and facilities were excellent. The front desk staff and housekeepers were all very polite, and Manager Han, of course, went above and beyond, even helping us with a late check-out until 2:00 PM. So grateful! Just a small suggestion: the hotel has a gym, but it wasn't listed under the facilities on Ctrip, which was a slight disappointment as we didn't bring any workout gear. Everything else was 100 points!

The owner was very hospitable, and there were always drivers available at the entrance who were ready to answer any questions or help with travel plans. The aunties at the hot springs were also very warm and helped with towels. The indoor bath was cleaned daily, and overall, everything was quite good. The only issue was that the toilet wasn't clean upon check-in, but the front desk attendant came quickly to address it. Overall, it was a good experience, and I recommend it.

2-hour rafting/skiing (choose one): The rafting was absolutely beautiful, and the rime ice was stunning. Plus, the location is super convenient, just a ten-minute walk from the guesthouse. The guesthouse also has alpacas, deer, and rabbits that are very friendly and cute. The room was comfortable and clean. While the location is a bit out of the way, that's exactly the quiet environment we were looking for. The owner can also help arrange a taxi, which is very handy. One time, we needed to go out but couldn't find a car, so the owner, who had just woken up, personally drove us there. Thumbs up!

Right at check-in, we were given two warm bottles of Changbai Mountain mineral water. The room was standard, and the heating was very strong – we had to sleep with the window open. The hot springs, however, are in a separate building, and you have to walk through the lobby on the ground floor to get to them. The lobby and the breakfast area on the second floor weren't warm enough, making it easy to catch a cold after coming back from the hot springs. The hot springs themselves are communal and only have a few small pools; it's not really worth going unless you just want a quick taste of Changbai Mountain's hot springs.

This is clearly a very traditional and grand hotel. They gave us a fridge magnet and upgraded our room for free. Unlimited access to the hot springs for 2 adults and 1 child: Good. Hygiene: A reputable hotel, so I felt reassured. Service: The breakfast selection was rich and varied, and the service was attentive.
