GGuest UserTraveling with a baby, we decided against ascending to Tianchi Lake from the west slope and opted for Building 1 at Lanjing North Slope instead. I have to say, that was a brilliant decision! The hot spring is right in Building 1, and it's also close to the food court. Plus, the shuttle service for pick-up and drop-off is super convenient. All the staff members were incredibly nice, and our butler was fantastic! They even helped us plan out our entire itinerary.

MM500908****Extremely satisfied! The room was spacious, and the owner was lovely. The hotel also has many animals, and a different breakfast is served every day. They can also help book various activities, which was a lot of fun and very comfortable. You can even set off fireworks in the courtyard at night! I highly recommend everyone to stay here.

**Facilities:** The facilities are all very new and complete. The all-wood decor gives a very comfortable and pleasing aesthetic.
**Cleanliness:** The cleanliness is excellent. The surrounding areas are very well-maintained, and every nook, cranny, and surface is wiped clean. The cleanliness inside the room was beyond reproach – very nice.
**Environment:** Overall, it's a very serene and relaxing place, incredibly pleasant, perfect for small gatherings. The surroundings are peaceful and quiet, and the snowy scenery outside with the trees is truly beautiful.
**Service:** The staff here provide excellent service, paying great attention to detail. They even noticed small things for me. They were cheerful and smiled a lot. They were very professional when explaining all the benefits.
**Overall:** This hotel offers great value for money. It includes VIP access to the mountain, so there's absolutely no need to queue. They also offer high-speed rail transfer, picking you up directly from the station to the hotel. The breakfast is delicious. They even gave us a complimentary hot spring experience, and this hot spring is truly beautiful and so comfortable; a soak left me feeling completely refreshed.

入住前管家就主動聯繫，根據我們的時間和興趣定製了鬆散不累的動線。推薦了民宿車程10分鐘的麓角村，原始靜謐很出片；下午用贈送的230元代金券選了峽谷浮石林，全程無縫銜接。
❷ 接送服務是硬核便利
高鐵站接+北景區集散中心送全包。尤其在北坡，自己叫車不確定性強，民宿按時接送，省下的不止是錢，更是心安。
❸ “祛班味”圍爐煮茶，不是擺拍道具
在獨立茶室自己動手烤橘子紅薯，茶葉選擇多，氛圍鬆弛。能真正坐下來聊聊天、發發呆的體驗，在匆忙的旅行裏太難得了。
❹ 最戳我的隱形服務：免費借羽絨服和雨傘
長白山天氣多變，民宿前台常備乾淨羽絨服和雨傘供客人免費借用。上山那天突然降温，借的羽絨服成了救命裝備。這種不聲張卻實實在在的貼心，比任何華麗詞藻都動人。

GGuest UserThe room is spacious and clean, and the toiletries and towels are disposable. The quality is very good and must be praised! On the left side of the hotel is the wetland and flower sea, directly opposite is the square, and on the right side is the military safety factor! It only takes 10 minutes to walk to the distribution center on the north slope of Changbai Mountain in the morning, which is so convenient! Highly recommended! Finally, the hotel service and pick-up service were heartwarming and the staff were enthusiastic. They even helped us contact us to charter a car to Yanji! Everything went smoothly on the trip, it was great👍👍👍

GGuest UserThe hotel service was absolutely wonderful! When we checked in, the front desk saw we were cold and immediately offered us warm bottled water. Our room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. When we went to the hot springs, the staff member managing the area was so enthusiastic. She constantly reminded us to be safe and even specially guided us to try the outdoor hot springs, which was a 100% amazing experience. Despite the cold weather, we truly felt the warmth and hospitality from the hot springs staff. She even helped us take a group photo – fantastic! 👍 Breakfast was also excellent, with delicious food and even frozen sliced pears. Next time I come to Changbai Mountain, this hotel will definitely be my first choice.

MM741677****The front desk staff were quick and professional. We even got a room upgrade! The hotel's location is great, close to the North Scenic Area, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The breakfast had a good variety and tasted delicious. The environment is exquisite and comfortable, and the hygiene is clean and tidy. The hotel staff were exceptionally nice, especially the front desk lady. During the 817 Rice Festival, it was impossible to find a taxi, so the hotel even arranged a car to pick us up.

GGuest UserI went there on New Year's Day. The villa is particularly beautiful. In the mountains, it's so beautiful when it snows! ! ! ! ! ! When I booked Tianhuofeng, the room gap was quite large. My friends had to pay attention to room allocation when traveling. The room is a bit dark, but very beautiful! ! ! All are wooden. The hotel gave away ski tickets and hot spring tickets. For the hot spring, I chose Lanjing Ecological International! ! Super super pretty! ! The service in the villa is very good and the people are very nice! ! Recommended! ! ! It is recommended to drive there by yourself.
