The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures, very clean and cozy, ensuring a great night's sleep. Communication was prompt and helpful, and it offers excellent value for money, making it a great choice for accommodation. It's also very convenient for visiting Changbai Mountain. The hotel even includes a complimentary hot spring experience. The hotel's surroundings are fantastic, with a wooden boardwalk leading into the forest. Special shout-out to Front Office Manager Zhang Yongping, who was incredibly welcoming and immediately sent over important information!

This two-story tatami room is perfect for families with kids. The complimentary afternoon tea was generous, and there were plenty of dining options in the scenic area. Cars aren't allowed into the area, but there's a shuttle service available. In the mornings, running, cycling, or just walking along the Erdaobai River is incredibly pleasant; the cold water from the melting ice and the warm air create a beautiful misty atmosphere. I even got to hold a real fox! Plus, you can watch fireworks right from your room at night.

The luckiest thing about Changbai Mountain is to book this homestay! Originally, the journey was super happy, but when I drove by myself, I accidentally dropped the car into the ditch. At that time, people were panicked. I contacted the boss as soon as possible. I didn’t expect the boss to help contact the rescue without saying anything. I immediately followed up the communication and stayed with us to solve the problem. It was really safe! The environment of the homestay itself is clean and comfortable, and the location is convenient. The boss and family are very warm and caring. It is not only a store, but also like a family to help deal with emergencies. This kind of service to send charcoal in the snow is really rare! Friends who come to Changbai Mountain can rest assured, absolutely do not step on thunder, full score recommendation!

The service was impeccable. The hotel even arranged a free shuttle down the mountain. Although breakfast was served late, the hotel handled the situation perfectly, ordering breakfast from the restaurant and having it delivered to my room. My skin felt very smooth after soaking in the sulfur hot spring. The room was spacious and even had a private hot spring bath. Everything was just perfect.

2-hour rafting/skiing (choose one): The rafting was absolutely beautiful, and the rime ice was stunning. Plus, the location is super convenient, just a ten-minute walk from the guesthouse. The guesthouse also has alpacas, deer, and rabbits that are very friendly and cute. The room was comfortable and clean. While the location is a bit out of the way, that's exactly the quiet environment we were looking for. The owner can also help arrange a taxi, which is very handy. One time, we needed to go out but couldn't find a car, so the owner, who had just woken up, personally drove us there. Thumbs up!

The room is spacious and clean, and the toiletries and towels are disposable. The quality is very good and must be praised! On the left side of the hotel is the wetland and flower sea, directly opposite is the square, and on the right side is the military safety factor! It only takes 10 minutes to walk to the distribution center on the north slope of Changbai Mountain in the morning, which is so convenient! Highly recommended! Finally, the hotel service and pick-up service were heartwarming and the staff were enthusiastic. They even helped us contact us to charter a car to Yanji! Everything went smoothly on the trip, it was great👍👍👍

Traveling during the off-peak season, the hotel was excellent, and the front desk was incredibly responsible, taking care of everything. The hotel even has its own shuttle service with drivers who pick you up and drop you off wherever you need to go, and they even help you bargain! Much appreciated. Soaking in the hot springs while it snowed, then hitting the slopes at 8:30 AM – it was a fantastic experience.

Upon check-in, the front desk agent upgraded us to a Pine View room, and what a sight it was – beautiful pine trees as far as the eye could see from the window. We stayed for 3 nights and received 3 hot spring tickets. Although my child isn't a fan of hot springs, they absolutely loved the kids' water play area. During our stay, it was also my child's birthday, and the hotel surprised us with a welcome fruit platter and even complimentary birthday noodles when we went for dinner at the restaurant. All the hotel staff were incredibly enthusiastic and generous with their hospitality. The only minor drawback was the low water pressure in the shower, which made bathing a bit less comfortable.

Right at check-in, we were given two warm bottles of Changbai Mountain mineral water. The room was standard, and the heating was very strong – we had to sleep with the window open. The hot springs, however, are in a separate building, and you have to walk through the lobby on the ground floor to get to them. The lobby and the breakfast area on the second floor weren't warm enough, making it easy to catch a cold after coming back from the hot springs. The hot springs themselves are communal and only have a few small pools; it's not really worth going unless you just want a quick taste of Changbai Mountain's hot springs.

Great experience with the hotel stay. Room are big and comfortable. Great breakfast variety but taste is average. Have lot of fun activities within the resort like snow slide and snow mobile ginseng expeneruces with good guides bring us around. People around the area friendly. Except for impatient pickup driver as we are slight late due to network problem while we in mid of liaisng with hotel on pickup location at carpark, nearly collision with bus during our ride to the hotel. Drop off driver is very friendly and helpful. We had a very tasty and delicious dinner at the BBQ resturant that hotel offer us a voucher for our dining. Attraction Tianci is closed per reception.
