In particular, Shuling at the front desk should be given a big thumbs up. Although the room I stayed in for the first time was not bad, it was a bit close to the road. I couldn't sleep as a light sleeper. After Shuling knew it, she immediately helped us change rooms, helped with the luggage, and sent earplugs. She was very patient throughout the whole process.
