"Not to mention the hardware, the software is not good either. The experience is really poor. When I came back from playing at night and was about to go to bed, I found that the sheets were very dirty. I called the front desk and asked someone to change them. I waited from about nine o'clock until after ten o'clock, and called to remind me. Four times, I really couldn’t help but get angry later. The whole family was waiting to change the sheets to go to bed. They just kept waiting. I don’t know if it was the front desk or the room cleaning. I was traveling with my children during the Chinese New Year. It's really too bad... and the air conditioner is really noisy... Finally, the location of the hotel is very good, in the center of the city."
