1.) Breakfast was superb, especially the rice vermicelli soup with clam. The other dishes were also delicious. 2.) The room was spotlessly clean and beautifully designed. 3.) The staff were very helpful and polite. 4.) You must buy the Chinese tea recommended by the front desk—it's not only very nice but also cheaper than buying it from a wholesaler

Receptionist was swift in checkin in process. Clean room and toilet. Toiletries and one time use-pack were all new and stocked up. Would recommend. Despite being on high end budget hotel, services and all are superB.

Outstanding
This has been the most amazing, luxurious and relaxing stay I have experienced. The beautiful gardens, architecture, spaciousness, features, lighting and water design details and attentive staff made us feel most welcome. The secluded tranquility was what we needed to unplug and recharge. We enjoyed the hot spring baths, breakfast and dinner and the massage therapies. Highly recommended and hope to visit again.

The hotel is very clean, with helpful and friendly staff. It’s in a great location—close to Anxi Railway Station and many tea-culture attractions. Breakfast is good, the rooms are comfortable, and parking is convenient. Overall, very satisfying stay and great value.

We got here late at night and so our experience of the surrounding area isn't a whole lot. But we passed by the nearby city core and there was a lot of action at night, so I assume the location is food. There is electrochromic glass between the bed and the washroom (only the single queen bed one), and it was kinda cool. We did get the breakfast (as an add-ons) and the selectionis better than our previous hotel. Pictures tell a thousands word. Take a look.

I really like this hotel. I came with my family and kids, and being able to drop the kids off at the kids' club truly freed up my hands. The service is excellent, the room is clean and tidy, and all the facilities are well-equipped. It'll definitely be my top choice for future trips.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms are nice with all the ammenities you'll need. Our friends stayed in the room with big screen and lazy boy coach. It was a perfect place to watch sports. The hotel has a rooftop tea garden area (pictured in photos) that was great for gathering with friends I forgot to take photos of the room, but it's standard and very nice

This is my first time staying in this hotel, and it is an old three-star hotel. It is halfway up the mountain, with a wide view, a comfortable environment and convenient parking. There is food just down the road.
