Free washer and dryer - but you have to pour the detergent (provided by hotel) in on your own
Room toilet is super smelly we dont know why (even after we spam the fragrance dropper) - minus 20 points
Has supermarket, some food options and massage nearby
Relatively quiet at night
Hotel is not fully non-smoking (guests can still smoke in lobby and room corridor and even in hotel rooms lol ashtray is provided in all the rooms lmao) - minus 20 points since it is not non-smoking as indicated on the website

Ok location, cleanliness is ok but hotel has cigarette smell. Staff are kind and friendly. Hotel breakfast is not bad for the area.

Location of the hotel was great , atmosphere is 👍👍 .. rooms is clean and most catch my eyes is every rooms still have tea set so is great if u want to have a tea in your rooms at night.. hotel also manage to have arrange all my booking together at one level which make me very easy to take care my elderly relatives..breakfast not bad but replenish was bit slow.. overall we are very happy with our stay there , will surely book again if we are going next round for our yearly visit to Xiamen!

I went to the hotel on 12.31 for my birthday and New Year's Eve. I was really annoyed. There was no Bluetooth speaker, no Xiao Ai smart speaker, and I couldn't even play the birthday song. The most annoying thing was that I asked the front desk for a lighter to light the candles, but there was none (I made three calls before they reluctantly sent it to me). The experience was very bad. The price of a star hotel, the service of a hotel. Very bad
