This is a basement apartment. The center floor is occupied by the owners and their Bordoodle Pup. They endeavor to be quiet when the Porthole is in use.... However, you will, unavoidably, hear footsteps and limited sound and and occasionally barking from "Winnie". (If this is a potential problem for you, you should not reserve this unit. )NOW FOR THE GOOD STUFFthe apartment is the best three- room "motel suite" in the county - (minus the motel..... we checked). You will love the privacy with the outside covered patio. It's perfect for storing your bicycles. PORTHOLE is great hideaway for a good nights sleep in the King sized bed.
