The garden suite is a private, cozy studio suite with private ensuite bathroom, it's own private entrance and private arbored deck overlooking a quiet garden in a quiet neighborhood convenient to the airport, neighborhood restaurants and bakeries and cafés, and many regional amenities. The carrera marble bath tiles are heated for winters, and the deck and garden have seating areas for summer. Like a little hotel room, this queen-bed studio suite is ideal for 1 or 2 who would like an entirely separate space, but don't need a full kitchen. The room features microwave, mini-fridge, teakettle & basic flatware - ideal for simple breakfasts or reheated leftovers. This suite is attached to the back of our rebuilt victorian home, and was specifically designed with a separate entrance and a small hotel-room-like space for your privacy and independence. The suite is off of our Southern-facing garden, away from the street, with your door opening off of your own arbored deck with cafe table and chairs overlooking the garden. This suite is perfect for travelers who, not needing a full kitchen, prefer a private and well-appointed bedroom and bathroom to call their own during their stay, with a private entrance and deck that allow for independent check in and check out and all of the amenities that you would expect in a higher-end hotel room, including snacks and refreshments, tea and instant coffee, a microwave, mini-fridge, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, fresh towels and bedding and thoughtful, simple furnishings. The room and deck face south and east, with a lot of natural light and air. Our small studio guest suite offers a bedroom and bathroom accommodation that is simpler than an entire apartment or house property, but with all of the advantages of a totally private space for parties of one or two that prefer privacy and independence.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 18.About events:No events allowed.

Welcome to the William B. Waters House, a 1911 gem just across the Fremont Bridge from downtown, combining new renovation and modern amenities with the charm and character of vintage Portland. The home is in the cultural center of the city, 5 minutes to downtown, 5 minutes to the hot Alberta Arts District, and 5 minutes to the equally trendy Mississippi street restaurants, cafes and bars. You'll enjoy a very spacious, renovated, 1st floor apartment, with living room, dining room, kitchen, one bathroom and two bedrooms with king beds, plus a bonus side room with daybed.
