Great location on the center of town, helpful staff, clean comfortable rooms but on the expensive side considering the available amenities. Transportation drops you a block and a half away because traffic is not allowed to the door. Breakfast was included with my package and I upgraded for $30 to a plaza view. Front desk staff, especially K, was top notch.

The hotel is very new, looks chic and is well located. The service was very friendly and helpful; we had a tour that started at 3:00 a.m. and the reception staff has offered active take-away breakfast bags at the check-in. They were also at the reception at 3 p.m. for us. Unfortunately we had no hot water in the washing venue in the morning and the water was not running properly.
