The room is big and amenities all great! The only thing is room is under central air conditioning. At this season, hotel yet to turn on the air conditioning to cold. The room temperature is 27 Celsius degree and is way too hot for a hotel room.

The first time I took my children to the desert to live in a tent, the experience was good. The facilities are complete, the small butler service is warm and thoughtful, the car is picked up and sent on call, and we also prepared mineral water and shoe covers in advance. The desert project played the B package, which was very fun. There is a bonfire party and fireworks in the evening, and the atmosphere is very good. The temperature difference between day and night in the desert is very large. The tent is very cold at night. There are electric blankets in the room, but the tent is still a bit leaky. If you take your children to watch the stars at night and watch the sunrise in the morning, you need to prepare thick clothes in advance. Overall, it is very good.

Facilities: The stargazing tent facilities are excellent. I visited in winter, and it wasn't cold at all inside, very warm, and the hot water was great. Cleanliness: It was very clean. Despite being a desert hotel, there was hardly any sand in the room; it was impeccably cleaned. Service: The butler contacted me in advance and met me at the entrance. They explained how all the facilities worked and also sent WeChat messages beforehand with the daily activity schedule, which was fantastic.

Of all the camps in the area to choose from I highly recommend staying at this particular one. The manager Wang Shiquan and his team are incredibly good hosts and made sure I had everything I needed. As a foreigner I felt incredibly welcomed and included. The tents are of really good quality and very roomy. The beds are really comfy too. The activities are also plentiful with quad biking, camel riding and sandboarding. Shapotou is very close by too with much to do. Ningxia is definitely an underrated province and I highly recommend anyone to come and see it and experience the kind hospitality of it's people from this camp. Thank you for a great stay.

This stay was perfect! The location of the hotel is excellent, 10 minutes walk to the Drum Tower, the surrounding dining and shopping are all available, and the quiet is not noisy. Check-in at the front desk is super efficient and takes the initiative to help with luggage. The bedding in the room is soft and makes people sleep well all night, the bathroom is dry and wet, the hot water is sufficient, and there is afternoon tea and welcome fruit. Health details 🈵 points, clean star people express extreme comfort. From check-in to check-out, the whole process is comfortable, the price is full, and the next time you come, you must buy back!

The hotel rooms are clean and tidy, with meticulous attention to detail. The food is also delicious and varied. Li Jiyan's service is exceptional, and I'd stay here again. The location is excellent, with the shopping district just downstairs, making it easy to eat and get a taxi. The service was also excellent. I highly recommend staying here.

Xiao Li was very enthusiastic and provided excellent service. He took us on a thrilling desert off-road adventure. We arrived just in time for sunset, and climbed up a sand dune to witness the beautiful sunset, as well as a lively bonfire party and fireworks display. It was all great, and I would definitely come back again if I had the chance.

The environment is great, the stay was comfortable, and the breakfast was good. It's a bit far from the city center, so driving is not a good option. The staff seemed understaffed, especially during check-in, when the number of people was so high that it felt overwhelming. I was embarrassed by the gift the security guard gave me. But you can really feel the simple people of Ningxia. It's great that the kids can make their own crafts. The night porridge was also very thoughtful! Recommended

The bathroom's separate wet and dry areas were a thoughtful touch, and the Hilton-standard cleanliness put me completely at ease. The breakfast buffet offered local specialties like the incredibly flavorful and chewy Aocai noodles. The self-service coffee machine made a latte that was just as good as anything you'd get at a cafe! The location was super convenient too; it took less than half an hour by taxi to get to the Shapotou Scenic Area. In the evenings, I could unwind at the gym. The free laundry room was a lifesaver for travelers needing to refresh their clothes, and the printer in the lobby's business center was free to use. I even discovered that the room's power outlets had built-in USB ports! I've already recommended this hotel to all my friends planning a trip to Zhongwei. Whether for a business trip or a desert adventure, it's the perfect choice!
