Amazing decision to go to Yinchuan for Dragon Boat Festival since it has the best weather and the cleanest city in China. Kempinski in this city is one of the best. The hotel is in the middle of the city, so there are multiple destinations to tour. For my trip, I did not go to the sand dune area. I focused on the ride share to the touristy movie film park snd neighboring theme town. The hotel is also near the growing 801 Creative Park, Night Market, and just a walk from the Ningxia Museum. So many more local and traditional spots. Bring an extra shopping bag. The hotel has a great view of their master plan development, delicious food options from the cafe to the German restaurant, and coffee/tea lobby lounge. The staff is bilingual and the grounds are immaculately clean. Sleeping and facilities really comfortable. Nicest locals all around. Thank you for a great stay.

Really good and clean room which is always appreciated. The staff didn’t speak english but we were able to communicate with a translator. They were helpful and always on a good mood. It is really close to the south bus station. Some good restaurants nearby.

The future cabin design of the Mars base is great, with a smart toilet, plenty of hot water, Dyson hair dryer, L'Occitane toiletries, and a rich welcome fruit plate. It can be said that it has everything. Unfortunately, we encountered extreme weather during the two days we went there. We felt the power of the sandstorm and spent half of the time playing in the room. It was considered a bad stay haha. Fortunately, the wind stopped at night, and we watched two nights of bonfire parties in a row. The children liked it very much. When the wind stopped during the day, we took the time to go sandboarding. The children loved sandboarding so much. It was super fun. On the third day, it finally cleared up. We went to Tonghu Grassland Scenic Area to brush the project. It was still very cost-effective with a 50% discount. 150 per person, you can play four projects: horse riding, camel riding, surfing car, and motorcycle. The housekeeper Xiaodong took very thoughtful care and provided us with great convenience. He deserves a five-star praise.

Although there are not many breakfast varieties, the taste is very good. The B&B also provides meals, but it needs to be booked one day in advance. The portion is full and the taste is also very good. Service: The butler will add you to WeChat early and answer questions online throughout the whole process. There is also a butler group, which provides a one-to-one saturated service, and most needs can be solved in time. Inform the butler of the arrival time, and the butler will drive the shuttle bus to the door of the winery to receive you. Room: Free upgrade to the starry sky duplex king bed room A, while retaining the viewing balcony, it is also equipped with a loft directly connected to the rooftop terrace, which is a good place for night stargazing. The room has comfortable bedding, and is equipped with a relatively hard buckwheat pillow and a softer latex pillow. The mini bar is free, and the tea room is equipped with local eight-treasure tea bags. Building: It is both a B&B and a winery. There is a large vineyard between the welcoming gate and the accommodation area. It is summer, and the low grape vines are beginning to sprout and bloom. The -1F of the main building is the wine cellar and brewing workshop of the Chateau de Chadolan. You can contact the housekeeper to make an appointment in advance, and the tour is free. Thanks to Master Zhou of the winery, the explanation is very detailed, and many of the explanations are refreshing. I also tasted the original wine directly from the fermentation tank, which is a rare and special experience. I heard that the B&B will open an outdoor swimming pool in summer, which must be good for watching movies. Unfortunately, the schedule is relatively tight and I didn’t have time to visit it properly. Location: At the foot of the Helan Mountains, close to Manpu Town and Zhenbeibao Western Film City, both of which are 15 minutes away by car. There are many wineries around, including Liushi Winery, Walfeng, Xiamu, Turandot and other wineries, all within a 30-minute drive. Go north to the Helan Rock Painting Scenic Area, which takes about 30 minutes.

Wellness themed hotel with spacious rooms and very helpful staff. The surroundings are really nice including the river and several parks. A few staff spoke good English and really helped this non-mandarin speaking guest a lot, especially to call taxis. The housekeeper on my level was also very sweet and friendly and efficient. Would happily stay there again.

We booked a room at Hyatt House. Rebecca enthusiastically checked us in. Seeing that my order only included one breakfast, she sent us another one and also gave the child a small camel doll as a gift. The room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities. Parking was convenient and travel was stress-free. I was very satisfied with my stay.

I took my kids back to my hometown and passed by. I specifically found a new hotel. I have stayed in Orange hotels in other cities before and had a good impression of Orange hotels. As expected, I was not disappointed. I arrived at 8 or 9 in the evening. There are many foods near the hotel. The hotel staff sent fruits, slippers and toothbrushes for the children. It was super thoughtful. I asked about the breakfast time the next day the night before and sent breakfast to the room. This is the first time I have seen breakfast delivered to the room in all these years. It is very rich and delicious. Hot mineral water was also sent when checking out. I really recommend that you can stay there when you need it ❤️

The room was great, with an unbeatable beautiful view right outside the window. There were free sand toys available for guests on the way out, which was a nice touch. The hotel staff were all very kind, attentive, and enthusiastic. There were also many free parent-child activities, making for a very fulfilling schedule. We even borrowed astronaut costumes and took some photos ourselves – every shot in the desert looked amazing. What's especially worth mentioning is that the hotel's photography team offered three complimentary travel photos. Since we brought our own DSLR, we just used ours for a few shots, and the photographer was incredibly professional, with fantastic results – we were absolutely delighted! After so many trips, the lens always only captured my husband and child, but this time, I, the mom, finally got to be in the photos, which made me so happy!

The environment is great, the stay was comfortable, and the breakfast was good. It's a bit far from the city center, so driving is not a good option. The staff seemed understaffed, especially during check-in, when the number of people was so high that it felt overwhelming. I was embarrassed by the gift the security guard gave me. But you can really feel the simple people of Ningxia. It's great that the kids can make their own crafts. The night porridge was also very thoughtful! Recommended

The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept all night until dawn. Xiaoyan at the front desk was very enthusiastic and took the initiative to help upgrade the room type. The breakfast is rich in variety and tastes great. I will definitely choose this one next time, highly recommended! I feel the heart (the heavy luggage I brought when I came, the lobby staff helped me carry it to the room), and I was very touched by the inadvertent details.
