Lovely hotel near Wanda Jinfeng mall, surrounded by many pharmacies. The fruit shop downstairs called 小任果 is one of the best fruit chains in Yinchuan with a huge offering of fruits and yoghurt and nuts. We bought these to bring along for our day trips out of Yinchuan. Its nice to stay at Jingfeng district as its quieter than drum tower area. The lobby has snacks, fruit and drinks all day for guests. Coffee was super ! We used the complimentary washer dryer which is a fabulous amenity. We appreciated the free pickup at the airport which we arranged 1 day prior by telephone booking from Shanghai. The reception and the breakfast counter staff were all very friendly and helpful. The toiletries were all upmarket If there is any con - its the plump cleaning lady at the 3rd floor. She appeared unhappy when we asked her to top up the bath wash when it was low and she forgot to top up. She just handed us a bottle to install ourselves. She also didnt wipe the control panel for the room unlike her colleague who does it when she is on duty so we can see our finger prints still on the glass after housekeeping. Small issue though. Cos everything else about the hotel was great

I stayed at the Kempinski Yinchuan for two consecutive nights, and overall, it was a very solid experience – the kind of comfortable stay where nothing goes wrong, and you even get a few pleasant surprises. The location is genuinely convenient. Just cross the road to your right, and you're at the Ningxia Museum. It was perfect for a stroll and then coming back to relax. The room was clean and spacious, and the bedding was just right – not too soft, not too firm. I slept soundly both nights. Service was prompt too; whether I needed water or something delivered, there was no delay. The breakfast bread station really impressed me. Both the croissants and the whole wheat toast were perfectly baked – crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. Paired with a black coffee, it was simply delightful. It's not over-the-top, and there's nothing to complain about. It's the kind of reliable choice where you think, 'I'd definitely stay here again next time I visit.'

The hotel facilities are new and modern, and the location is excellent with a great view. It's situated right in the city center. The service is professional and attentive, especially Doris, who always puts the customer's interests first. A big thank you again to everyone! This stay exceeded our expectations! From the moment you step into the hotel lobby, the warm reception from the staff makes you feel very cordial, and the smiling service throughout the whole process makes you feel like Mia. The room design is simple and stylish, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the sound insulation is first-class. It is especially satisfying to sleep until you wake up naturally! The bathroom has a good dry and wet separation, and the toiletries have a high-end scent. The hotel is in a very convenient location, with restaurants and convenience stores all around. The breakfast has a rich variety, and the freshly cooked local specialty noodles are impressive. The restaurant waiters will also ask about your needs attentively. Special thanks to the front desk for their thoughtful service. They proactively recommended tourist routes and even helped deliver the luggage to the room. The price-performance ratio is very high. I highly recommend it to friends who come for tourism or business trips. I will definitely come again next time!

I was looking for a hotel that would be comfortable for introverts – a place where I could relax, enjoy the scenery, people-watch, observe the wind, birds, and insects, with minimal interaction but genuine service, and quick responses when needed. serendipitously, I found it this time. A few days before check-in, the housekeeper set up a WeChat group to inquire about our arrival method and dining reservations. After check-in, we received reminders and activity notifications. Before bed, we got a night reminder and the on-duty staff's phone number. Throughout, there was no unnecessary chatter or disturbance, and face-to-face interactions were warm and sincere. Upon entering the manor, the May grapevines were still slowly growing, and all I saw was a vast expanse of loess. However, stepping into the lobby, the contrast was striking – an indoor tropical garden! Staghorn ferns, banana trees, vines, orchids, and other plants thrived beautifully; some banana trees even bore fruit. The restaurant on the second floor offered a panoramic view of the Helan Mountains, with the side profile of the Reclining Buddha clearly visible. If the weather was good, we could enjoy the sunset from the restaurant, watching the sun slowly disappear behind the mountains, painting the sky with brilliant hues. While the accommodation already met my expectations, the restaurant's delicious food was truly a pleasant surprise. Perhaps it's my stereotype, but I've always felt that guesthouse restaurants tend to be a bit pricey and the food generally mediocre. Who would have thought that the dinner was so good that my family and I decided to book lunch for the next day before we even finished eating? For dinner, we ordered stewed lamb from Yanchi, scrambled eggs with sand onion, and 'tangmian youxiang' (half portion). For lunch the next day: 'chuanzui' carp, fragrant goji berry shoots, and lamb buns or dumplings? Oh, I forgot… The taste was on par with, or even surpassed, well-known old restaurants in the city. (Two dishes and one staple were more than enough for two people – I was stuffed! Order moderately, don't be as gluttonous as me!) Finally, a big thank you to our housekeeper Niu Niu, store manager Li Yang, and the other staff members. Niu Niu was always enthusiastic and polite in all our interactions, always greeting us with a smile. Store manager Li Yang provided detailed explanations during the evening wine tasting, ensuring everyone felt included (even us in the corner, hahaha!). And to the other young people whose names I can't recall but whose brief encounters left an impression: the girl who led us on the cellar tour; the clear-eyed young man who diligently used a lint roller to pick up stray hairs in each room; and the curly-haired guy who effortlessly lifted our luggage when we got out of the car. Also, the sisters in the restaurant – every single person made me feel genuinely welcome, polite, and never intrusive. I'm already looking forward to my next visit with friends for a longer stay!

This desert hotel boasts an excellent location with convenient transportation. The resort's infrastructure is comprehensive and well-maintained. The owner is incredibly warm and welcoming, providing thoughtful and meticulous service. The room type, environment, and price are all perfectly matched, offering outstanding value for money and a truly exceptional experience. I highly recommend it! Next time I visit the desert, I'll definitely choose to stay here again.

This self-guided desert tour is absolutely amazing! The desert scenery is majestic and magnificent, and the afterglow of the setting sun shines on the golden sand dunes, as beautiful as a painting. The campsite facilities are complete and the staff are warm and caring. The food is diverse, the roasted whole lamb is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and the aroma is overflowing. Camel riding, sand boarding and other activities are super exciting. Moreover, the self-guided itinerary is free and allows you to deeply experience the charm of the desert. Highly recommended, looking forward to coming again next time!

The hotel offers both above-ground and underground parking. The facilities are modern and highly intelligent, featuring excellent hardware. The rooms are well-designed, clean, and tidy, with comfortable bedding, ensuring a pleasant stay. The hotel's service receives widespread praise. The breakfast spread is extensive, catering to the diverse tastes of guests from different regions. It even includes local Yulin specialties like lamb noodles, which guests particularly enjoyed. Additionally, some guests highlighted the thoughtful late-night snacks and exquisite afternoon tea, services that were also highly appreciated.

Very nice of the front receptionists who helped me for check-in. They also give me a free upgrade for the room from Business Queen Room to Executive Queen Room. The room is clean - dust free, water pressure is great for cold n hot water. The mini fridge is also good. The buttons and hair dryer in the room are all in working condition. The handwash, shampoo, body wash smells great! Many local food are around this location. It’s a great stay at Crystal Orange Hotel 👍

We came here specifically because of its reputation. While it wasn't cheap, the experience was truly exceptional. 1. **Stunning Desert Landscape:** The vast desert at dusk, watching the magnificent sunset, was breathtakingly beautiful. 2. **Excellent Entertainment Facilities:** Our room opened right onto the desert, and the hotel provided various toys for children. A single sandboard kept my child entertained with sand sliding all afternoon. 3. **Shapotou Scenic Area Tickets:** We received complimentary transport to the desert area, where we could either play or take a shuttle bus to the Yellow River area. 4. **Impressive Dining:** The dinner buffet with individual hot pots offered a wide variety of ingredients, leaving us feeling very satisfied. Breakfast was also above average, and there was even a complimentary late-night snack service. 5. **Other Amenities:** In the evenings, there were small concerts and stargazing classes. 6. **Room Facilities:** The rooms were comfortable, well-equipped, and quite spacious. 7. **Service Quality:** The service deserves high praise; they were almost always able to accommodate our requests. Overall, it's definitely worth experiencing if you get the chance. For a more budget-friendly option, traveling during the off-season would likely be even better.
