àžàžàž° àčàžàčàžàž”àčàžąàž§àžàž±àžGreat atmosphere. We got a 5-person cabin, and it was much larger than a 4-person sleeping pod. It came with a fridge, kettle, and a table, which was perfect. The women's bathroom has 5 stalls and 4 showers. The kitchen is spacious, but you'll need to bring your own cooking utensils like pots, pans, plates, glasses, and spoons, as well as dish soap.

GGuest UserI was a bit disappointed. I was expecting this to be a 5 star place, but there were a lot of things that were definitely not 5 stars. The robes were grey and didn't cover bigger people. One of them had pilling all over it, I didn't want to even wear it. The bathroom door squeaked loudly, so if one person got up to the toilet in the middle of the night, it woke the other person up. There were instructions on how to use the spa bath, but not on how to put the plug in. It didn't just plug in normally. We weren't able to use it on our first night which was very frustrating as it was one of our main attractions. I rang housekeeping the next day. Someone came and had a look and said that you had to turn a know on the side of the spa, how would anyone know that? The lock on the door to outside was broken and a small slide lock had been put on. Why not fix the main lock? I used the toilets to the side of the library and when I washed my hands, the tap was all loose and wobbled round. All these things are little but show that the lodge needs to have things fixed or updated. For $300 per night, you expect the best. The worse thing was on our last morning, we got to breakfast about 8:45, the restaurant closes at 9:30 am. There was continental and scrambled eggs and bacon. At about 9:00 am they stopped bringing out anymore bread to toast. No more croissants, eggs or bacon were brought out. There were about 6 tables with guests and everyone kept going up and checking, but they didn't refill. People were saying, they must have run out of food! But for some reason the waiter kept lifting the lids to the egg and bacon to see what was in there, but of course there was nothing as he hadn't refilled it and he was the only waiter!! I was really disappointed and wouldn't recommend it, unless you are getting a really good discount.

GGuest UserThis is a fantastic hotel. Due to flight issues, I checked in late at night, but the lobby was incredibly warm and comfortable, with a beautiful and pleasant atmosphere. The environment is truly outstanding. It faces a large park, offering lovely views, and the transportation is convenient as it's right in the city center and very close to the airport. The lobby fireplace was cozy, and the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, treating guests like family. The room was very clean and tidy, hygienic, and comfortable. It was spacious, and the bedding was excellent â clean and very comfortable to use. The bathroom was great, and the room overall was very spacious, neat, bright, and grand. Everything felt relatively new. I would definitely stay here again next time. It offers great value for money.

YYuanqiqiuThe location is excellent, just a 10-15 minute walk from the airport. McDonald's, KFC, and a supermarket are all within a 5-minute walk, and the Antarctic Centre is also right next door. I stayed in a female dorm capsule bed. It was clean, and the shared bathrooms were decent. There's also a common area with a kitchen, including shared refrigerators, microwaves, pots, pans, and cutlery. You can relax on the sofas or hammocks. My bunk had USB ports and power outlets, and there's a locker with a combination lock underneath. For this price and environment, it's a perfect score.

GGuest UserIt was pretty good, though the location isn't ideal. It took us about 20-30 minutes to walk from the train station. Getting to the airport required a taxi, which was easy to hail. What stood out to me was the dryer â the room had an individual one that worked really well. On our second stay, we got a combo washer/dryer in the same room type, and that wasn't as good. So, if you need laundry facilities, try to get a room with a separate dryer. I didn't have breakfast. Check-in at the front desk was smooth and quick. The room was quite clean and hygienic. It's a new hotel with large, bright windows. The price wasn't too expensive, I remember paying around 700-800 RMB a night, even in the peak season of January. That might be because I had pre-purchased a package voucher. Overall, I'd definitely recommend it; it's good value for money. I didn't take any pictures of the room.

FFayreWe are couple with a 5 year old girl. We paid SGD697.85 (Singapore dollar) for staying 2 nights in this â2 bedroom apartmentâ as stated.
3 points here to explain the terrible experience.
1. tv remote is not working. I donât mind the owner making excuse like â replied customerâs message within 20minsâŠ..â but they actually took 29mins to reply (19:10 till 19:39). In fact, they didnât manage to change the tv remote in the end. So I stayed 2 nights without using the TV!
2.there is no clear and obvious description that this â2 bedroom apartmentâ is actually an adjoining unit which means when u walked into the front door then there are 2 doors link to split parts of the apartment. The problem of adjoining units are thin walls are used to split the apartment into 2 small units. When u stay in this kind of apartment, u have to endure all kind of noises from whoever staying in neighboring rooms. We had 2 days enduring guesting from the other room shouting, slamming the door, kids screaming like crazy both early in the morning and afternoon!
3. When I reflect this bad experience with trip.com customer service, this hotel responded like they have no fault at all and played with words. This attitude makes us feel like being fooled. We paid money to expect to stay in an apartment with privacy and quiet environment but indeed we had such a bad experience!
In this market, if itâs an adjoining unit, they should not charge at the rate as if itâs an entire apartment.
Iâm alright that they rejected to refund the extra amount they charged. Just have to reflect the facts in the review.

The location is unbeatable â literally just a short walk from the airport terminal, making it incredibly convenient, especially for travellers with young children. We stayed for one night with our toddler as we had an early morning flight the next day, and it was the perfect choice. Being able to rest properly without worrying about airport transfers made our journey so much smoother.
The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped for our family. Everything was clean and thoughtfully laid out, giving us a relaxing stay before our flight.
The staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay. A special mention to the concierge team, who kindly gifted our toddler a cute little Kiwi bird plushie. It was such a thoughtful gesture and brought a huge smile to his face. Small touches like these really make a difference and leave a lasting impression.
Overall, we had a very comfortable and pleasant stay. Great service, fantastic location, and family-friendly hospitality. We would definitely stay here again the next time weâre in Christchurch.

The cathedral is right downstairs, and it's not far from the lakeside market or the Cardboard Cathedral, all within walking distance. The sightseeing bus stop is also close by, and the Avon River gondola rides are nearby too. Taking a taxi to the Botanic Gardens, the University of Canterbury School of Fine Arts, and the art gallery isn't far either. Both New Brighton Pier and Sumner Beach are about 10 kilometers away by taxi, similar to the distance to the airport, and Uber fares are reasonable. Overall, I'm satisfied. Just a minor note, it seemed like the shampoo and other amenities weren't checked and might have run out without being noticed.

CChak Heng AndrewThis hotel stay was an absolute delight, offering the perfect blend of convenience, stunning views, and high-quality amenities. The location right by the waterfront was simply breathtaking, and the proximity to the whale watching center was an added bonus.
While the unit was on the second floor, which required carrying our luggage upstairs, the view from the elevated position was well worth it. There was also the option of requesting a ground floor unit if stairs are a concern.
The check-in and check-out process was a breeze, with clear instructions provided and a designated key return box for added convenience. Having an assigned parking space just outside the unit was also a thoughtful touch.
But the true highlight of this hotel stay was the shower. The water pressure and temperature control were absolutely perfect, making for a luxurious and refreshing experience. And being able to watch the sunrise from the unit was the icing on the cake.
Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a tranquil, waterfront retreat with top-notch amenities and stunning views. The combination of the convenient location, well-appointed unit, and exceptional shower made this an unforgettable stay.
