La música dura hasta altas horas de la noche. No hay quien duerma. Si vuestro plan es levantado temprano para aprovechar el tiempo, este no es vuestro Hotel
Room price with room facilities are not balanced, compared to 350-400 hotels in other big cities, room hygiene is lacking, maybe guests stay less so hygiene is not paid attention to and the air conditioner sounds a bit annoying during sleep, Breakfast is less varied but understandable because the guest is only 1-2orang during the stay of 3 nights, it should be an elevator up to lt.3
One of the undeniable strengths of this hotel is its fantastic location. Situated near the city center, I found it convenient to explore the local attractions, shops, and halal restaurants. The proximity to public transportation made my travels around the city seamless. The rooms were comfortable. However, they don't provide complete amenities on the second night: couldn't find the small towel and sanitary bags.
I stayed at the Zest Ambon by Swiss-Belhotel International in Ambon for one night from Sunday to October 5th. Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. It's incredibly conveniently located right in the city center, within easy reach of the government district, the port, and the shopping mall. Even if I needed a place to eat in the evening, there were restaurants within walking distance. While the room wasn't luxurious, it was clean and bright, with cool air conditioning, stable water pressure, and fast internet, making it a very comfortable stay. The staff was very polite, and the front desk lady was always smiling and helpful in calling taxis and recommending restaurants. Breakfast wasn't very extensive, but it was delicious, especially the Indonesian fried rice, which I ate two days in a row. The hotel's overall atmosphere was relaxed, with bright colors and a lively feel. While it doesn't have a pool or lounge bar, it's practical and affordable. The bed was so soft that I slept soundly all night. Overall, if you're in Ambon for business or a short trip, the Zest is a great choice. It's affordable, clean, and well-located. The only downside is that I was so comfortable that I almost forgot I was in transit before my flight.
Clean room, in the city center, they have cafe offered delicious food and beverages with affordable price.
Suggest: please fix the door at the ladies toilet near the breakfast area, I got locked up and it's a little bit frustrating (after me, i also found a ladies screaming beg for someone's help)

GGuest UserNice surrounding, regularly cleaned, rich and tasty meals, owner ready to help any time. You have to expect a lower standard in the bathroom: no sink and manual flushing of the toilet with water from the tank. But that is common in the area. A slight disadvantage is that during the day the tide is low and the sea in front of the resort is then too shallow for swimming. For good access to the see you have to go behind the cliffs towards the village of Saleman. Or use for swimming mornings and evenings.
Possibility to see villiges nearby - Saleman on foot, Sawai by boat (snorkeling at Ora beach and Sawai cliff on the way).
PPriyanka JesslynNot bad for the price <500, the room cleanliness is lacking, the blanket was used by the previous guest, fortunately the staff was quick to handle the complaint and move to another room
Strategic location, easy to get around
The food in the restaurant is delicious at affordable prices

GGuest UserThe room is not spacious but it's comfy enough. It's clean because it's a new building. However, there's no hanger in the bathroom. The wifi is not working. We got a room on the third floor, but there's no elevator, consider this if you have senior guests. Overall, it's a nice place to stay.

AAnonymous UserWonderfull stay in Kamari hotel. Central location, nice beds, good breakfast, very friendly staff! Just missing a shower curtain, fridge and safe. But for a few nights, it's perfect!
