Wan Chai district is super convenient, lots of local and international cuisine. Hotel is located 5mins walk from various entry points to MTR station. Beds are firm and comfortable, provided two pillow types - soft and firm. Sufficient luggage space. Clean bathrooms, supplied thick, fluffy towels, cans of water and toothbrushes. Glass door to bathroom has no lock and the glass feels slightly translucent when light is switched on. Housekeeper does brilliant job maintaining the cleanliness and is friendly. Check-in service is effortless and efficient.

The environment here is fantastic, and the facilities are all very well-equipped. The service is also excellent; every day, the staff greeted us with a smile and were very attentive. It's not too far from Disney, which is very convenient. And especially the hotel's view!!! It's absolutely stunning.

If you're visiting Lantau Island, Mui Wo, or Silvermine Bay, I highly recommend this hotel. I came here after a day at Disneyland, and it took about 80 minutes to get here (the MTR is fast, but waiting for the bus at night can be tricky). First off, the hotel's location is excellent. It's far from the city's hustle and bustle, with its eastern side facing the sea. From a sea view room, you can open your eyes and watch the sunrise, enjoying the sun and beach. Silvermine Bay Beach is right outside, and Lantau Island is behind you, offering BBQ, fishing, and various water activities – you can play however you like! It's a 10-minute walk to Mui Wo Pier, where a 30-40 minute ferry ride takes you directly to Central and the Observation Wheel, essentially like taking the Star Ferry for a tour of Victoria Harbour. Secondly, the price is very friendly. Just make sure to book a room type that includes tax and breakfast. The value for money is clearly far superior to those crowded, noisy hotels with small beds and no breakfast in Tsim Sha Tsui or Central. And yes, the breakfast is quite good too. The only slight drawback is the charging situation. There are USB ports, but they can be unstable. However, even though there isn't an adapter, there's a vending machine that sells them. Special tip: Remember to bring a deposit (or a credit card for pre-authorization).

I had initially booked another hotel right next door, but later found out it's owned by the same person. For Hong Kong, where space is at a premium, the price for this hotel is really a great deal. The main draw is its convenience; there are minibuses right downstairs that go directly to Kwai Fong MTR station and Tsing Yi station, making it easy to get anywhere. If you walk a few more minutes, you'll reach a bus stop where you can also catch a bus. I'll definitely book this place again on my next trip to Hong Kong.

This hotel is located in Mong Kok East, not too far from the MTR station and conveniently close to bus stops. The biggest advantage for us was the exceptionally spacious room, which is a huge plus when traveling with children! I carefully checked, and thankfully, there were no bed bugs, and the bed was very clean. We even got a free upgrade. The only minor point was the lack of bottled water, only filtered water, but it's drinkable if boiled. Overall, it was excellent, and I would choose this hotel again when visiting with children.

Because the toilet in the first room I checked into was clogged by something the previous guest had thrown in, the hotel immediately moved me to a higher floor. The new room had a higher ceiling and a better view. There was a typhoon on the day I checked in. The front desk promptly advised me to buy food as early as possible and even thoughtfully directed me to a nearby shopping mall! Their attitude was really great 👍🏻

This was my first stay at the hotel. The room was very comfortable and clean. The bedding was good, and it was quiet enough. However, getting the room took far too long; I didn't get it until 5:30 PM. The air conditioning system stopped working in the morning, and it took 30 minutes for the technician to arrive for repairs, which was a bit slow. The swimming pool was clean. For the main pool, children are required to wear life jackets, which is quite inconvenient for kids who already know how to swim, regardless of their age. Please consider changing this rule. Life jackets should only be required if a parent is not accompanying them.

The hotel's location is right next to the Kai Tak Cruise Terminal, which is super convenient for concerts – it's literally just outside the door, and you can see the venue from your window. The MTR station is also very close, making it easy to get to Tsim Sha Tsui and Mong Kok. The room was clean and the soundproofing was excellent. The cleaning staff were exceptionally warm and polite. I'd definitely stay here again.

When choosing a hotel, I always check the bedding first because I have sensitive skin. I also prioritize transportation, location, and room cleanliness, and the Four Seasons Hotel satisfied all my expectations. The staff were friendly, the hotel pool had a great view, and the in-hotel restaurants and bar were also top-notch! The view from the room was also incredibly beautiful, making for a delightful trip. I was worried about the heat or typhoons since it was a July trip, but the weather was fantastic, and the fact that the IFC Mall is connected to the hotel made getting around easy, which made the trip even better. I highly recommend the Four Seasons Hotel! 👍👍👍

I cannot say that the photos of the room are not of the rooms, they definitely are. But wow, this hotel hired an excellent photographer to take these photos! They really know their angles and lighting. This hotel is fine for staying overnight before/after a flight, but I would not stay here for any other reason. I would also look at other options before booking this hotel again, as I didn’t think it was very nice. Pros: - close to airport - there is a free shuttle bus to/from the airport - The AC worked fine - shower was good - I had prepayed and they didn’t ask for a 500HKD deposit, which I was expecting - staff are polite when you finally get to the front of a line - The room is clean Cons: - The rooms are small and nowhere near as nice as they look in the photos - The queue to check in was awful. They need to open more counters to deal with the large numbers of people since they are constantly running shuttle buses. Late at night this was such a big negative that it honestly soured the whole stay for me - The bed is hard and not very comfortable - They provide a reusable bottle for water which you have to get from the corridors. This is apparently a government thing, but the bottles really gave me the ick. They had a tag on them saying they’d been cleaned. But given the standard of this hotel I wasn’t keen to trust it I paid around 500cny for 1 night, which I thought was a good deal. After staying there I think it’s kinda expensive. Yes it’s convenient to be near the airport, but the environment is not nice. My return flight is also late at night, and I considered booking this hotel again (before staying there). The price was over 3000cny for that night though, so I didn’t book. If I paid that much for this quality of hotel I would be very upset. Remember that the hotel being 4* relates to the facilities it has, it doesn’t mean it’s a nice hotel. The hotel has a pool, gym etc, but this is not an advantage for most people, as I assume they’re just having a quick overnight stay. To the hotel, Arriving at the hotel is when people will make their first and lasting impression of the hotel, so you should really try to improve the check in process and reduce lines. If there is a quick and smooth check in, people might focus on the negatives less.
