The first room I got was unpleasant. The hallway at the floor and inside the room was had a cigarette smokes. I was stay up for a whole day. Inside the room was shocked me! A lot of mirrors surrounding inside the room. On the next day I spoke with front desk and they changed the room to me as what I booked originally. Better view and cleanliness. More options and convenience to take the public transits. More selections for the restaurants and shops. 

Hotel transportation: Very convenient for both Hung Hom MTR and public buses. Hotel hygiene: Pretty good, small and exquisite, didn't find any dust. Hotel facilities: You have to bring your own toothpaste and toothbrush. Disposable slippers were provided. The bedside power outlet couldn't charge anything, felt like it was broken. Hong Kong hotels can't be compared to those on the mainland; they're just like this, and so are the prices. I especially want to mention the luggage storage. I had a travel bag that I was carrying, and when I stored it, the front desk staff insisted I put it on the floor, which made me quite uncomfortable. It wasn't a suitcase or something that could only be placed on the floor.

The hotel's location is great, especially the beautiful sunset views across the way. There are plenty of dining options nearby. But most importantly, if you have an 8 AM flight, you can easily make it by taking the 5:30 AM shuttle from here! The front desk lady was very polite and professional, and even upgraded our room to a spacious 30 square meters. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

We booked this hotel because we had an early flight from HK airport. First good points were that the room looks clean and they have a shuttle to the airport and to an MTR next to a shopping mall, this is handy as there are not much around this airport hotel that is within easy walking distance. Then we had an issue! When we moved a chair there was a large life cockroach hiding by the skirting. We called the reception and we were offered another room. We were told that they have changed us to a premium room but the cleaning weren't great. As I walked into the bathroom to wash my hands there were couple of hair and a dust particle in the basin. It looks like the housekeeper flicked the cleaning cloth into the basin and forgot to wipe clean afterwards! Shame as it is a handy airport

We are traveling overseas to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and this hotel made our stay truly unforgettable. Although there was a communication issue with Trip.com at first, the hotel staff went above and beyond to take care of everything for us, even staying attentive late into the evening. Thanks to their kindness, we were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade and a lovely cheesecake for our anniversary. Their genuine care, professionalism, and warm hospitality deeply touched us. We are truly grateful and will definitely remember this experience. Highly recommended, especially for special occasions.

The front desk staff speaks Mandarin, and the service was excellent. They upgraded me to a bigger bed, and there's coffee available in the lobby. The room itself is very spacious, much larger than the Tsim Sha Tsui Excellent Hotel branch. The only downside is that the bathroom only has a bathtub, which isn't very convenient for those who don't frequently use one.

I stayed at the Regal Airport Hotel for one night to be close to Hong Kong International Airport, and it was very convenient. The hotel is directly connected to the airport, making getting to and from my flight extremely easy and stress-free. It’s about a 30–60 minute drive to Hong Kong Island/Central by Uber, which was manageable for a short stay. The room was a comfortable size for one or two people and well-suited for a brief overnight stay. Overall, it’s a solid choice if you’re looking for maximum convenience near the airport, especially for early departures or late arrivals.

The room was decent, quite new by Hong Kong standards. The restaurant, however, was just okay. The waitstaff were excellent, but the food quality itself was average. Breakfast was nothing special; the so-called 'premium' buffet was actually quite ordinary. If you're not a fan of durian, there's really not much else worth eating. I can't understand why the chef is so obsessed with durian, it's quite baffling.

The sea-view room was absolutely stunning! You get amazing ocean views, and it offers a great deal of privacy. Plus, you can order takeout from nearby, which made it super comfortable and relaxing. This was my first time staying at this hotel, and I'd definitely stay here again.

I looked at many hotels in Hong Kong, and knowing that rooms tend to be small, I chose this one as it seemed a bit more spacious. Overall, it was decent. The bathroom was a tad small but very clean, which was better than expected. However, if you're traveling with a lot of luggage, it can be quite a hassle. The hotel is situated on a steep hillside, meaning you'll have to climb quite a few stairs. While it's not far from Central, it's definitely not recommended for those with mobility issues or heavy bags. For Hong Kong, where space is truly at a premium, this hotel is quite good.
