I absolutely loved this hotel, it was my favorite among all the places I stayed in Hong Kong during my trip. I can't even be bothered to review the others, LOL. This hotel just has such a comfortable vibe. The moment you step into the room, the aromatherapy scent is so relaxing. It's clean, tidy, and the attention to detail is superb.
The uncle at the luggage storage on my first day was super, super nice. I had bought some braised food and fruits from Shenzhen that needed to be refrigerated, but I didn't see a fridge in my room. So I asked if I could store them in the front desk's fridge. The uncle saw all the stuff I bought and said he wasn't sure if it would fit. I asked, 'Is the fridge that small?' and he very kindly and humorously replied that Hong Kong couldn't afford the luxury of a large fridge. He was warm, enthusiastic, polite, and well-mannered throughout. I've often heard that many people in Hong Kong are very rule-bound and a bit indifferent, so this uncle made me feel incredibly warm on my first day in Hong Kong.
I stayed at several other hotels in the following days, and the Empire Hotel was the only one where both the front desk and luggage storage staff were genuinely enthusiastic and attentive to us, even asking how our stay was.
The hotel rooms are truly super, super comfortable, the surrounding amenities are excellent, and it's super convenient to get to all the attractions and there are so many delicious food options. I had so many places to visit in Hong Kong this time that I didn't get a chance to leisurely explore and eat around the hotel. I've decided that next time I come to Hong Kong, I'll specifically stay at the Empire Hotel, just to relax and enjoy the food. I'll fill the hotel room fridge with delicious treats, sleep until I naturally wake up every day, and order the hotel's breakfast, LOL. Anyway, I absolutely adore this hotel.
The only thing is, on my last day, I forgot to take my fruits and braised food. I really wanted to eat them the next day, and I wanted to punch myself, hehe. Then I thought, 'Leaving them behind means I'll have an excuse to come back again,' LOL. As for hotel photos, I forgot to take any, so I'll just use a few Ocean Park pictures as placeholders, because the Empire Hotel is super close to Ocean Park, and I absolutely love that ❤️

I stayed here during the Dragon Boat Festival. I had asked Trip.com customer service to arrange a quiet, high-floor room near the elevator if possible. Upon check-in, the hotel front desk upgraded me to an executive floor room based on the Trip.com note, and it was indeed very quiet. For Hong Kong, this hotel is quite spacious; there's enough room to open two suitcases simultaneously. They also provide bed rails, which is perfect if you're traveling with kids. The hotel lobby connects directly to a plaza, making dining very convenient. The only downside is if you're traveling with kids and have a lot of stuff on a stroller, it's better to take a taxi. We took bus A21 from the airport (the bus was pretty fast), but after getting off, we had to drag our luggage quite a long way, which was really exhausting.

Every time I visit Hong Kong, I stay at this hotel. The location is convenient, with direct transportation from the airport. It's also easy to get to Macau and Disneyland. The MTR takes you directly to Lan Kwai Fong, and it's excellent value for money!

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The service was excellent too. Oh, and to the doorman at the bar entrance, I lost an umbrella, and he just told me not to worry and to be more careful next time.
Even the cleaning lady on the 28th floor, wow, she was pretty, and did a great job keeping things clean. I really liked her.
Eating on the second floor was also very good 👍.
This hotel is highly recommended. It's close to the shopping mall, right downstairs from Hung Hom and Victoria Harbour, and very close to K11.
Getting around by MTR is also convenient. In Hong Kong, you just take the MTR, and you can get anywhere.
This hotel is just right for solo travelers. It's super easy to get to – just exit A1 from Sai Ying Pun Station, turn right, and it's a short walk away.
The hotel and rooms felt a bit dated.
My only complaints are the long wait for the elevator in the morning and the non-functioning refrigerator in the room; these definitely need improvement.
Aside from that, everything else was fine. The front desk staff were very helpful, and check-in was quick. Plus, there was no deposit required, which made everything very smooth.
The location is excellent for sightseeing. It's conveniently located with easy access to Central and Tsim Sha Tsui via subway and bus, making it perfect for a few days of touring. There are also plenty of restaurants, a 7-Eleven, and a Wellcome supermarket right near the hotel.
I highly recommend the night view from Sun Yat Sen Memorial Park, which is about a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. It was incredibly beautiful, and since there weren't many people, it felt like a hidden gem for night views.

Wonderful hotel! The room was very clean and cozy. We even got a sea view, which was lovely ❤️. We had a layover in Hong Kong and stayed at this airport hotel, then headed downtown for some sightseeing. The lobby is very stylish. The hotel is located one station away from the airport itself, at Airport Expo. There are many restaurants in the building next to the hotel, but they close by midnight. Inside the hotel, you can grab ready-made meals (pasta, noodles, rice, meat) and heat them up right in the lobby, which turned out to be super convenient. You can walk to the airport within the buildings in about 10 minutes. I loved everything about it!

The room was clean and had a bathtub, plus a universal adapter. The smart home system for lights and curtains made for a very convenient stay. Housekeeping was prompt and the service was attentive. The front desk staff gave great recommendations for food and attractions, and every single staff member I encountered was friendly and enthusiastic. The location is also excellent, with plenty of good food nearby. K11, the Art Museum, and the Science Museum are just a few minutes' walk away. I was rushing for an early flight when checking out and forgot to properly check out. I called the front desk, and they kept reassuring me, saying it was fine as long as I hadn't left anything behind. All in all, it was a fantastic stay, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I come back to Hong Kong.

The hotel facilities are complete and clean, and the room size is acceptable for Hong Kong. The staff were quite enthusiastic and provided me with a lot of help. It's just a few steps from Mong Kok MTR station, making transportation very convenient. Langham Place mall, with its many brands, is right below the hotel. There are plenty of shopping and dining options next to the hotel. Overall, I was quite satisfied with this stay.
My only suggestion for improvement is regarding the charging. I brought a travel adapter, but none of the wall sockets in the room worked for it. I could only use the USB charging port on the nightstand, which charged my phone quite slowly.

Great place to stay. Central is near, best place for tourists in hong kong.
Service: online requests were rejected, ignored. Calls were ignored too. But as we get there and got help from female manager all our requests were granted.
4-5 rooms all male so we needed all to be twin single beds.

Hong Kong Disneyland's Hollywood Hotel is truly the ultimate family-friendly destination! The retro Hollywood-themed lobby has such a great vibe, with Mickey and Marvel elements everywhere. My child was so excited the moment we walked in. The room was spacious and clean. We chose the Marvel-themed room, and the Iron Man mural and cartoon bedding details were just perfect – it was a dream come true for my child.

ЕЕлена БунькоThis was my first visit to Hong Kong. I was aware of the common perception that hotel rooms here tend to be very small and that larger, quality hotels come at a high price. I was therefore pleasantly surprised to find that this hotel offers spacious rooms, modern decor, and good cleanliness. Together with its convenient location, it fully met our needs. I would highly recommend it.
BbeibeiloveseaComing to Hong Kong this time, I searched for many hotels on Trip.com, but most rooms were tiny and the facilities were outdated. I finally decided to stay at the Best Western Plus Hotel Hong Kong, and as soon as I entered, I was blown away by the sea-view room on the first floor with a large balcony! Stepping out, you're greeted by an endless expanse of clear blue sea – the view is absolutely stunning! 🌊
At night, I enjoyed the sea breeze on the balcony, watching the starry sky, eating fruit, and having drinks. It was so relaxing I didn't want to leave. Getting around from the hotel is super convenient; there's a free shuttle bus directly to the MTR station, making it easy to go shopping, explore, and try out all the amazing local food.
The buffet breakfast was a bit simple, so don't have high expectations. Once you're near the MTR station, there are so many Hong Kong delicacies that you'll wish you had more stomachs to try them all.
The hotel offers a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle, with a healing sea view and excellent value for money. The experience was fantastic, and it's definitely on my must-stay list for my next visit to Hong Kong. I'll definitely be back!
GGuest UserThe room is on the smaller side, and so is the bathroom (see photo), though the king-size bed is decent (see photo). Amenities include a mini-fridge and a safe. If I had to nitpick, the toilet is a bit old-fashioned, not a smart one, and I'd suggest providing paper toilet seat covers (see photo). On the plus side, the hotel is conveniently located at Tuen Mun MTR, easily accessible from Exit A or F, which is very helpful for travelers unfamiliar with the area.
LLeben.WanMy stay at Rambler Oasis Hotel this time was very satisfying, and the biggest surprise was the unbeatable cargo port sea view! The floor-to-ceiling windows offered a direct view of the blue Victoria Harbour, cranes, and the city skyline in the distance. Watching the port operations during the day and enjoying the sea view at sunset was amazing; every photo I took turned out beautifully.
The twin room was quite spacious for a Hong Kong hotel. Both beds had comfortable mattresses, and the linens were clean and tidy. There was a leisure sofa by the window and a mini-fridge, which was convenient for storing drinks and snacks. The separate bathroom had a wet/dry separation, and the fixtures and towels were clean and odor-free.
The hotel is conveniently located near Tsing Yi MTR station, about a 20-minute walk away, making it easy to travel to Tsim Sha Tsui and Central. There are also local diners and convenience stores nearby. The front desk staff were polite, and the check-in process was quick. The price was reasonable, and if you're looking for an affordable sea view, this hotel is definitely worth recommending!

TTwoRainbows_TravelProThe service was super friendly. The lobby staff are so punctual to serve and help me solve my case. The check in was smooth.
The view from my room gave me an ocean bay view. The night was glistening from urban lights and ships.
The room is clean and cozy. The design of the hotel is nice. The surrounding area is quiet. You can find some good place to shop and eat. The city bus can take you onto the main island if your want more.
GGuest UserThe hotel service is top-notch, and they automatically extended our check-out time. The bathroom amenities smell wonderful. The room view and overall environment are superb.
The water park is just a 5-minute walk away. The hotel has an infinity pool and a slide for kids, which is perfect for little ones.
The shuttle bus makes it convenient to go out for food in Wong Chuk Hang, though the shuttle bus itself had a bit of a strange smell.

GGuest UserThe service was exceptional. Firstly, they genuinely helped me solve a problem: my husband has a herniated disc, and the hotel promptly switched to a firm mattress. We extended our stay for two more days, and they prioritized giving us a twin room. Secondly, from the front desk to the concierge, to the pool and spa, every staff member we encountered was genuinely courteous and polite, making us feel comfortable and happy.
The room layout was well-designed. In the twin room, each bed was very large, so for a couple with a child, even without an extra bed, two people on one bed would be perfectly fine. I had a complimentary extra bed for my 12-year-old son, and that bed was also very comfortable. So, it offered excellent value for money!
The hotel's location is superb. Even if you don't go out, there's plenty to do within the hotel. It's connected to a shopping mall, the heated pool is incredibly clean with beautiful views, and the drinks and snacks are of good quality. The therapists at the spa are professional, and if you don't opt for a massage, you can still enjoy spa facilities like the steam room for free.
Breakfast was decent. There was a good variety, and the quality was acceptable, but it lacked a distinctive character.
Overall, our stay at the Four Seasons Hong Kong was an excellent experience! I would choose to stay here again in the future!
MMaxiangcaiI was very satisfied with this stay. The check-in process was smooth from the moment I walked in. The front desk staff were patient and polite, and the手続き (procedures) were handled very quickly. The room was spotless, the bathroom was dry with no water stains, and the bedding was soft and skin-friendly. The blackout curtains and soundproofing were excellent, making it very quiet at night, which ensured a great night's sleep.
The air conditioning, hot water, and WiFi in the room all worked stably, and the amenities were complete and sufficient. The hotel's location is excellent, close to the subway and commercial areas, making it very convenient for getting around and finding food. Housekeeping was prompt and the service was great. Overall, the value for money far exceeded other hotels in the same price range. It's my top choice for travel, and I've already saved it. I'll prioritize staying here again next time.
