The room size is big enough and we cant find any hotel have such a size in Nagoya. All the staff are polite and able to communicate in English. This is exceptional compared to my experience in OMO... in Osaka where I needed to use Google translation app for communication. If you really want me to say any room for improvement, I would advice that the cleaning service. This is not about the 3 days deeping cleaning policy. It is about the slippers where they all threw under the seat or table. And I can also find that there are tissue or snacks under the table after cleaning. Anyway, I like this place and will definitely consider it again next time when I visit Nagoya.

This older hotel is still great! Even though it was a holiday and very busy, the service was professional and attentive. Parking was convenient, and our room was upgraded to a very comfortable one with a massage chair. The breakfast was very rich, and the unagi (eel) rice was especially delicious.

This was my second stay at this hotel. Compared with my previous visit about 5–6 years ago, the facilities are starting to show their age. The air conditioner was leaking water, and the bathtub drained very slowly. After just 2–3 minutes of showering, the water had already risen above my ankles, which was quite inconvenient. Other than these maintenance issues, everything else was fine. I hope the hotel will consider improving these facilities, as I otherwise had a pleasant stay.

The hotel's location is excellent. It's right in the Chunichi Building, which is directly accessible from Exit 13 of Sakae Station. You take the elevator from B1 up to the 24th floor for the hotel lobby. The room layout is great; you can fully open three large suitcases. There's an observation deck on the 7th floor where you can enjoy beautiful panoramic views of Nagoya's nightscape. To get to Mitsukoshi Department Store, you can use the underground passage and come out at Exit 16. The hotel is also very convenient for Nagoya Station, just two subway stops away. This will definitely be my top choice for my next visit to Nagoya.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The cleanliness, facilities, and service are all top-notch. The location is super convenient too, Nagoya has so many great shopping spots! There was a slight misunderstanding at first, but the Chinese-speaking staff at the front desk were incredibly patient and reassuring. A big thank you to them, they were so professional! Overall, a 100% perfect hotel!!

I was very satisfied with my stay this time. The hotel is right next to Nagoya Station, making it convenient for travel to and from the hospital. The room was spacious and bright, very clean, and the environment was quiet, perfect for recuperation. The facilities were complete and well-maintained, and the service was attentive and polite. Downstairs, there's a large shopping area with plenty of dining and shopping options. The location is the biggest advantage, and overall, it was a great living experience. I highly recommend this Marriott when visiting Nagoya.

This was by far the most stunning hotel of our trip! As soon as we entered the lobby, we were captivated by the panoramic views of Inuyama Castle, and the surrounding scenery was perfectly integrated. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and well-designed, with every room offering a fantastic view. We were provided with three sets of sleepwear and yukata, which added a wonderful touch of ceremony – I especially loved the pure linen yukata! The Uraku-en Garden was exquisite; walking through it on a rainy day felt like stepping back into ancient times, truly moving.

We specifically chose this hotel for LEGOLAND, and the room was spacious enough. The kids loved the treasure chest game. There was a wide variety of breakfast options, and the food was quite good. The location is excellent if you're visiting LEGOLAND, but it's a bit too far if you plan to go anywhere else, which is why we later moved to a hotel closer to Nagoya Station. The room was very clean, and the service was typical Japanese standard. There are a few restaurants nearby where you can have dinner.

This is more like a service apartment. The room has a stove and even a washing machine, which takes up space in an already small room. The living area feels a bit cramped, with the large bed almost facing the TV directly. The view outside the window isn't great, and I'm not sure if that's because I booked through Trip.com. On the positive side, the VIP lounge on the 18th floor is excellent, with good food and service.

Hotel is easily accessible from Nagoya station, staff are courteous and able to converse in English. The room is spacious and amenitiea are well stock. A surprise that the hotel offer a welcome drink voucher per person for redemption for a drink on the menu, such as juices, coffee, tea, beer etc. There’s Lawson across the road and 7-11 a few steps away. Would stay here again.
