I was here for the Jishukan High School Jishusai festival and forgot my slippers, so I just wore the hotel's. My room had a direct view of Toyohashi Station platforms, but the soundproofing was excellent; I didn't hear any noise at all. The breakfast was quite extensive and very delicious. Not only did it have all the usual offerings, but also local specialties like Toyohashi curry udon and chikuwa (fish cakes), and there were even two different kinds of chikuwa! They were really tasty, and it meant I didn't have to go out and buy the now-pricier chikuwa. My only slight disappointment was that the curry udon was cold. Also, the entrance on the first floor that connects to the station was under renovation, and it wasn't as obvious, similar to the steps where Lao Ba eats takoyaki.

The staff's service attitude was excellent. For breakfast, they had chicken wings and Oden.
The room I chose this time had a separate bathroom and toilet, so the toilet wouldn't get wet when showering.
The hotel's location is superb, with a mall and restaurants downstairs. If you love shopping, you probably couldn't cover it all in one day. It's only a 45-minute drive from Nagashima Outlet (Anpanman, amusement park) and Legoland.
However, parking isn't included in the hotel fee, and it costs 2200 yen per day (as of January 2026).
This hotel is about a 15-minute walk from Higashi-Okazaki Station. Everything else is very good. The breakfast has a lot of variety compared to other hotels and is very good. You can see Okazaki Castle from the large bath!
It is a hotel with no problems at all. It was in front of the station and the room was very clean. Perhaps it was renewed, the unit bath was also very large and comfortable. Speaking strongly, I think there are a little few amenities, but I think it is the average of business hotels. It was very comfortable.

The triple room wasn't cramped at all, and the location was excellent, making it convenient for getting around and shopping. The bathroom was also quite satisfactory; it's not small for Japan. The only minor downsides were the lack of a wardrobe and a very small fridge.
A super great stay experience
The hotel has an incomparable sea view. I met a Japanese couple on the beach next to them to take wedding photos. It must be a romantic place. The hotel staff knew that we were foreigners and tried their best to communicate with us in non-Japanese. It was really very considerate. Several of them touched me. I will talk about the small details here. 1. The hotel provided us with a room that matched my birthday. 2. The hotel arranged for us a very attentive little sister Zheng to pick us up. 3. The hotel provided us with a direct link to Xipu Station. The highlight of the check-out bus was that the driver was worried that we wouldn't be able to take the bus. He arranged tickets for us to take the tram. How could such a service not be memorable? In addition, the hotel's hot springs, private baths, and meals are all top-notch. Thank you for your attentive service. I can only express it in one wordđđ»

The location is great! From the central exit of Nagoya Subway Station, turn right, go down two sets of stairs, and you'll find an elevator lobby. Take that elevator to the 1st floor, then switch to the elevator across from it to the 11th-floor lobby for check-in. I was relieved that my large suitcase could open and lay flat in the room, and there was also a full-length mirror. The cleanliness was excellent, with no strange odors. My room faced the street, but it wasn't noisy, and I could see the TV Tower across the way. Taking the elevator directly to the 3rd floor leads you to the bus station, which is very convenient for traveling to other cities. The only minor issue was that the Wi-Fi was unstable and would disconnect automatically.

Front Desk staffs were very helpful and they helped to make restaurant reservations. Room was spacious and clean. Location is good and is close to JR Nagoya. Overall good hotel, if price is a little bit cheaper, it will be better value for money.

The Nagoya Tokyu Hotel, part of the Tokyu Hotels group, boasts high-end facilities and offers exceptional customer service. It provides excellent value for money and is ideally located within the Sakae business district. With over 500 rooms and comprehensive conference facilities, it frequently hosts large business groups and events.
Fantastic theming in the rooms and hotel generally. Great for our 2 and 4 year old boys. The gifts inside the Treasure Chest are great. The breakfast buffet was also quite good. We also spent two nights at Disney Resort Toy Story hotel and found the Legoland Hotel to be better. The only things I think could be improved would be the sound proofing of rooms - our kids slept at 8pm and you can hear all the kids/people talking and walking in the hallway outside. The water play area also gets booked out literally one minute after it opens (12pm) so we had no chance to use it even though I was on the website at 12.09pm. It feels a bit like false advertising of a hotel feature when itâs not even possible to access.

GGuest UserThe facilities are brand new and spotlessly clean. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We also appreciated that children stay free of charge and breakfast is complimentary. The only minor downside is its distance from the subway station, which is about a 10-minute walk. However, a taxi ride is quite affordable, usually costing around 20-something RMB.

MM502128****The hotel isn't far from the subway, but there's no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage up the stairs, which could be an issue if your bags are heavy. It's located on the bustling Sakae shopping street, directly across from Matsuzakaya Mitsukoshi, and just a 10-minute walk from Osu Shopping Street. The hotel is relatively new, with spacious rooms and complete facilities, though they don't offer a common area for guests to relax and have coffee. The restaurant is good, with delicious seafood and meat.
Aapril408We really love this hotel. Location is great as it is next to a garden and historical tea house. It's a short walk to Inuyama Castle and we do have the castle as our lovely breakfast view.
The room is big and comes with a balcony with a nice view of the surrounding area. There is also an onsen at the hotel with indoor and outdoor baths!
Hotel is also a short, scenic walk from the train station. I would love to come back again!

GGuest UserThis hotel offers great value for money. Although it's a bit far from Nagoya Station, it's conveniently located right next to the Aonami Line, providing direct access to the subway. The hotel environment is excellent, and the views are unique. The rooms are quite spacious for Japan. The breakfast selection is also very rich, and the food tastes good. Overall, it's truly commendable! đ
