I was here for the Jishukan High School Jishusai festival and forgot my slippers, so I just wore the hotel's. My room had a direct view of Toyohashi Station platforms, but the soundproofing was excellent; I didn't hear any noise at all. The breakfast was quite extensive and very delicious. Not only did it have all the usual offerings, but also local specialties like Toyohashi curry udon and chikuwa (fish cakes), and there were even two different kinds of chikuwa! They were really tasty, and it meant I didn't have to go out and buy the now-pricier chikuwa. My only slight disappointment was that the curry udon was cold. Also, the entrance on the first floor that connects to the station was under renovation, and it wasn't as obvious, similar to the steps where Lao Ba eats takoyaki.

This was my first trip to Nagoya, and I thought this hotel looked good online. After checking in, I was truly impressed with the overall experience. It really lives up to its five-star rating with excellent quality, a great location, and clean rooms. The overall vibe was fantastic. The hotel lobby is also very grand, and getting a taxi nearby is super convenient. Plus, there are plenty of options for dining, shopping, and transportation right behind the hotel.
I stayed after the night pool in Laguna.
Since the toll road will be closed at 20:00, I had to check in by then, so I was harassed before staying, but after check-in, I was kind and polite to serve customers. Even though I arrived late, I was very impressed with the detailed response such as confirming the breakfast the next morning.
From this year, I was convinced that I could see my best in the renewal.
In addition, the service of pear 🍐 and the water area are renovated and beautiful, and the price is cheap and very satisfied.
Thank you very much for your help this time.
Cospa is good and highly recommended.
Also, thank you next time.
I stayed at this hotel on the first day of my trip. The overall facilities were very nice and the service was great.
The room was also very clean, and the lounge was especially impressive.
Guests were able to use it for free within a set time, and it was great to be able to relax while enjoying various alcoholic beverages and coffee.
The gym facilities were also great.
If I visit Toyohashi again, I would like to stay a little longer. Thank you!

The staff's service attitude was excellent. For breakfast, they had chicken wings and Oden.
The room I chose this time had a separate bathroom and toilet, so the toilet wouldn't get wet when showering.
The hotel's location is superb, with a mall and restaurants downstairs. If you love shopping, you probably couldn't cover it all in one day. It's only a 45-minute drive from Nagashima Outlet (Anpanman, amusement park) and Legoland.
However, parking isn't included in the hotel fee, and it costs 2200 yen per day (as of January 2026).
We really love this hotel. Location is great as it is next to a garden and historical tea house. It's a short walk to Inuyama Castle and we do have the castle as our lovely breakfast view.
The room is big and comes with a balcony with a nice view of the surrounding area. There is also an onsen at the hotel with indoor and outdoor baths!
Hotel is also a short, scenic walk from the train station. I would love to come back again!

The airport shuttle drops you off right at the hotel entrance. Since I arrived early, the front desk attendant kindly offered to store my luggage. When I returned in the evening after exploring, I checked in. My room was on the 16th floor, as requested, and the bed was set up exactly how I wanted it. Despite facing the street, the room was incredibly quiet; I couldn't hear any noise from outside or the hallway.
The hotel is conveniently located just a 6-7 minute walk from Fushimi Station, which is only one stop away from both Nagoya Station and Sakae Station. The hotel exudes an old-money charm, but it's exceptionally well-maintained, elegant, and spotless. The staff greeted every guest warmly. The room was quite spacious, and having a walk-in closet was a great bonus. It was cleaned daily, and the mini-fridge drinks were complimentary. The toiletries were Bulgari.
Across from the hotel is Shimo-en Park, and the airport shuttle stop is right by the park, making it very convenient for families with multiple pieces of luggage or elderly members. Overall, the Nagoya Kanko Hotel left a profoundly positive impression on my trip to Nagoya.

The hotel is right next to JR Nagoya Station, making transportation incredibly convenient. The surrounding commercial area also offers excellent facilities. Upon entering the hotel, I was immediately impressed; the lobby is spacious, upscale, and beautifully decorated, already exuding a strong Christmas atmosphere. The front desk service was exceptionally warm, attentive, and detailed in their explanations—truly a testament to a grand hotel's standard of service. The room was compact but very clean, tidy, and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. I'm very satisfied. I'm looking forward to returning to the Meitetsu Grand Hotel after my trip to Takayama and Gero to kick off my Nagoya city tour and shopping spree! I'll definitely recommend it to friends.

The room was pretty clean, but there was a persistent smell that bothered me throughout my week-long stay. That was quite frustrating. The facilities were good, and the location was excellent. There's a famous toast shop nearby, and it's super close to the subway, making it easy to get around by foot or public transport. It's also near the Meitetsu shopping area, and you can catch buses here for the outlets or even Shirakawa-go. Convenience is definitely the main selling point. For a business hotel, the basic amenities are perfectly adequate.

Hotel is pretty aesthetically well designed. Love the interior and the lifestyle vibe. Staff are friendly and helpful. Recommended for couples that are having a short vacation at Nagoya, walking distance to a nightlife street.

66665****The facilities are brand new and spotlessly clean. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We also appreciated that children stay free of charge and breakfast is complimentary. The only minor downside is its distance from the subway station, which is about a 10-minute walk. However, a taxi ride is quite affordable, usually costing around 20-something RMB.

GGuest UserMy stay at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional and exceeded all my expectations. The service was impeccable; every staff member was incredibly attentive, professional, and genuinely warm, making me feel truly valued.

Fflam73Fantastic theming in the rooms and hotel generally. Great for our 2 and 4 year old boys. The gifts inside the Treasure Chest are great. The breakfast buffet was also quite good. We also spent two nights at Disney Resort Toy Story hotel and found the Legoland Hotel to be better. The only things I think could be improved would be the sound proofing of rooms - our kids slept at 8pm and you can hear all the kids/people talking and walking in the hallway outside. The water play area also gets booked out literally one minute after it opens (12pm) so we had no chance to use it even though I was on the website at 12.09pm. It feels a bit like false advertising of a hotel feature when it’s not even possible to access.
MM34403****1. The hotel boasts an excellent location in the Sakae shopping district, surrounded by numerous department stores and offering convenient transportation. If you're coming by subway, take exit 13 (which only has stairs) – but don't climb the stairs! Don't climb the stairs! Don't climb the stairs! Instead, walk straight ahead until you see a mall entrance, go inside, turn right, walk all the way to the end, turn left, and walk straight through the automatic doors. You'll then be on B1 of the hotel! The check-in desk is on the 24th floor.
2. The hotel room's design is quite clever, featuring many hidden storage spaces, which is rather interesting. The room is very clean, and the amenities are comprehensive. Both the daytime and nighttime window views are fantastic! Oh, and there's a FamilyMart convenience store and a drug store on B1, which is very convenient.
3. Nearby landmarks include the Nagoya TV Tower and the famous Atsuta Houraiken for hitsumabushi (grilled eel over rice, served three ways). If you want to go to Takashimaya at JR Station, it's just two subway stops away.
All in all, I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit!
AAnonymous UserFront Desk staffs were very helpful and they helped to make restaurant reservations. Room was spacious and clean. Location is good and is close to JR Nagoya. Overall good hotel, if price is a little bit cheaper, it will be better value for money.
Mmxzyuyu119This was my second stay here. The room isn't huge, but it has a great view, and the bathroom is spacious with both a tub and a shower. The breakfast selection isn't extensive, but it's good that all three Nagoya specialties are available. This time, I specifically chose the executive lounge. In the afternoon, there were desserts, and in the evening, cheese, cold cuts, and fruit. All the alcoholic drinks were self-pour; there were no freshly mixed cocktails.
KKuailechuxing339The hotel's location is excellent. It's a quick ride on the Meitetsu Limited Express from the airport. It's situated at a massive transportation hub with JR, subways, a bus center, and shopping malls all around, making travel incredibly convenient. Everything you could want for dining, entertainment, and shopping is right on your doorstep – I'm very satisfied.
The room is quite spacious for Japanese standards. While the facilities are a bit dated, they are well-maintained. The lobby is always bustling with people, a sign of a thriving business. Do note that the two bottles of water in the fridge are chargeable.
Right across from the hotel are luxury boutiques. There are also plenty of subway and bus options to get to Nagoya Castle and Atsuta Jingu Shrine.
