The facilities, ambiance, and service were all excellent. The room was spacious with a well-thought-out layout and comfortable decor. The location is about 1.5 km from both Nagoya Station and the city center's Sakae Station, a short taxi ride away. Overall, I was very satisfied.

Guest UserAlthough this hotel isn’t directly next to Nagoya Station, it only takes a 15-minute walk to get there. The guest room is spacious, cosy and clean. A thoughtful touch—the hotel supply steam eye masks and foot masks for guests! All the staff members are polite and warm during our stay. Overall a wonderful experience here. Thanks to the whole hotel team!

Guest UserEvery time I visit Nagoya, Tokyu Hotel is my top choice. It's a well-established 5-star hotel in the Sakae shopping district, with a drugstore right outside and an airport bus stop nearby, which is super convenient for not having to drag luggage to the airport. However, my experience this time was just so-so. There was a strange odor throughout the entire floor, and while the room was spacious, the air conditioning was ineffective – it ran all day but never cooled down. My comfort level was pretty average, and to top it off, the price had even gone up.

Anonymous UserThe hotel's location is unbeatable, right above the JR station, which is super convenient. Takashimaya is right next door and directly connected to the hotel building, making travel incredibly easy! Although we booked the largest room, it didn't feel that big, possibly because of a pillar in a corner of the room. The curtains in the room had to be pulled manually, which felt a bit outdated. Finally, I have to complain about the hotel's terrible soundproofing. Even though we were placed on the highest floor, our room was in the worst possible spot, directly facing the blower of the building across the street. It was running 24 hours a day and was incredibly noisy, especially at night, making it very difficult to sleep. For such a high-end hotel, the soundproofing was surprisingly poor… The hotel later offered to move us to a quieter room on the other side, but we had several suitcases unpacked, and it was too much hassle to repack, so we declined. We had already requested a quiet room when checking in, yet we were still given a noisy room directly facing the blower. I wonder if this was directed at Chinese tourists or the Ctrip platform.

Guest UserWhat a wonderful stay! Although I've visited Nagoya several times, this was my first time staying in the Sakae district. While it's not as convenient for JR access as the area around Takashimaya, I personally think Sakae offers better, more youthful, and stylish shopping than Nagoya JR Station – there's just too much to explore! The hotel itself is very international, and the lobby's design sets it apart from other hotels. It also offers excellent privacy. Check-in was quiet and orderly. The staff spoke fluent English, were quick and very friendly, providing a great comfort after a long journey. The room was thoughtfully designed with many small surprises – I won't spoil them all; you'll have to discover them for yourselves!

Guest UserMy second time staying at this hotel. It is very convenient for travelers who take public transportation— taxi stop, bus stop, Kintetsu, Meitetsu and JR all within short walking distance on the same side of the road. Louis Vuitton, Dior just one block on the left across the road. Takashimaya also within short walking distance.

Guest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient for getting around and shopping. The room was spotlessly clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was good. The front desk service was warm and efficient, and the facilities were comprehensive. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay with great value for money. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip.

The transportation is incredibly convenient. Even as someone who's terrible with directions, I was moved to see the hotel right after exiting the station, having taken the Meitetsu line from the airport. There was absolutely no need to worry about getting lost. Shopping is also a breeze; Takashimaya is just a short walk away, and it's a quick two-stop ride on the Higashiyama Line to the Sakae shopping district.

The hotel is great, offering a slow-paced, pastoral lifestyle. The breakfast is semi-buffet with a à la carte menu. There's only one restaurant, a mix of Japanese and Western cuisine, and the food tastes good. The coffee, however, is just average. You get a 10% discount if you pay with your mobile phone.

Ling515We specifically chose this hotel for LEGOLAND, and the room was spacious enough. The kids loved the treasure chest game. There was a wide variety of breakfast options, and the food was quite good. The location is excellent if you're visiting LEGOLAND, but it's a bit too far if you plan to go anywhere else, which is why we later moved to a hotel closer to Nagoya Station. The room was very clean, and the service was typical Japanese standard. There are a few restaurants nearby where you can have dinner.
