I was here for the Jishukan High School Jishusai festival and forgot my slippers, so I just wore the hotel's. My room had a direct view of Toyohashi Station platforms, but the soundproofing was excellent; I didn't hear any noise at all. The breakfast was quite extensive and very delicious. Not only did it have all the usual offerings, but also local specialties like Toyohashi curry udon and chikuwa (fish cakes), and there were even two different kinds of chikuwa! They were really tasty, and it meant I didn't have to go out and buy the now-pricier chikuwa. My only slight disappointment was that the curry udon was cold. Also, the entrance on the first floor that connects to the station was under renovation, and it wasn't as obvious, similar to the steps where Lao Ba eats takoyaki.

The Nagoya Tokyu Hotel, part of the Tokyu Hotels group, boasts high-end facilities and offers exceptional customer service. It provides excellent value for money and is ideally located within the Sakae business district. With over 500 rooms and comprehensive conference facilities, it frequently hosts large business groups and events.

I stayed after the night pool in Laguna. Since the toll road will be closed at 20:00, I had to check in by then, so I was harassed before staying, but after check-in, I was kind and polite to serve customers. Even though I arrived late, I was very impressed with the detailed response such as confirming the breakfast the next morning. From this year, I was convinced that I could see my best in the renewal. In addition, the service of pear 🍐 and the water area are renovated and beautiful, and the price is cheap and very satisfied. Thank you very much for your help this time. I stayed at this hotel on the first day of my trip. The overall facilities were very nice and the service was great. The room was also very clean, and the lounge was especially impressive. Guests were able to use it for free within a set time, and it was great to be able to relax while enjoying various alcoholic beverages and coffee. The gym facilities were also great. If I visit Toyohashi again, I would like to stay a little longer. Thank you!

The staff's service attitude was excellent. For breakfast, they had chicken wings and Oden. The room I chose this time had a separate bathroom and toilet, so the toilet wouldn't get wet when showering. The hotel's location is superb, with a mall and restaurants downstairs. If you love shopping, you probably couldn't cover it all in one day. It's only a 45-minute drive from Nagashima Outlet (Anpanman, amusement park) and Legoland. However, parking isn't included in the hotel fee, and it costs 2200 yen per day (as of January 2026).

We really love this hotel. Location is great as it is next to a garden and historical tea house. It's a short walk to Inuyama Castle and we do have the castle as our lovely breakfast view. The room is big and comes with a balcony with a nice view of the surrounding area. There is also an onsen at the hotel with indoor and outdoor baths! Hotel is also a short, scenic walk from the train station. I would love to come back again!

The airport shuttle drops you off right at the hotel entrance. Since I arrived early, the front desk attendant kindly offered to store my luggage. When I returned in the evening after exploring, I checked in. My room was on the 16th floor, as requested, and the bed was set up exactly how I wanted it. Despite facing the street, the room was incredibly quiet; I couldn't hear any noise from outside or the hallway. The hotel is conveniently located just a 6-7 minute walk from Fushimi Station, which is only one stop away from both Nagoya Station and Sakae Station. The hotel exudes an old-money charm, but it's exceptionally well-maintained, elegant, and spotless. The staff greeted every guest warmly. The room was quite spacious, and having a walk-in closet was a great bonus. It was cleaned daily, and the mini-fridge drinks were complimentary. The toiletries were Bulgari. Across from the hotel is Shimo-en Park, and the airport shuttle stop is right by the park, making it very convenient for families with multiple pieces of luggage or elderly members. Overall, the Nagoya Kanko Hotel left a profoundly positive impression on my trip to Nagoya.

This was my third stay at this hotel, having first visited last spring. It's incredibly convenient for exploring Nagoya and as a transit point. Check-in is on the 11th floor in the hotel lobby, and the staff are always polite and enthusiastic. This time, my single room was significantly larger than the previous ones. The facilities are comprehensive and spotlessly clean. Right opposite the hotel elevators in the lobby, on the third floor, is the Meitetsu Bus Center, which has buses to places like Shirakawa-go and Takayama. It's also very close to the Kintetsu and Meitetsu lines, as well as the Shinkansen. The area is bustling with various shopping malls, supermarkets, and restaurants. All in all, this is my top choice when staying in Nagoya.

Booked a twin room with two 1.1m beds for 2 nights. The beds were pushed together but the middle wasn't flat, so we ended up making a bed on the floor for the child. The bathroom and toilet are tiny, but cleanliness was fine. Breakfast was also pretty good, and the overall facilities are decent and quite new.

Environment: The surrounding area is convenient, with a subway and a shopping mall! Service: The hotel staff are very friendly! Overall, I'm very satisfied with my experience and will definitely stay here again!
