"Amazing experience!! The staff couldn’t do anymore! They were so helpful and friendly! It was my friends birthday while we were stopping! We arrived to a happy birthday message on the mirror and a little happy birthday chocolate cake and biscuits in our room! It’s the little touches that make all the difference!!! The room was so clean and comfortable!! Definitely had the 5 star experience!! I’m not sure what the lovely doorman’s name is! But he was so nice taking photos for us!! Couldn’t recommend this hotel anymore! Thank you for making our weekend so incredible! ☺️"

"The hotel's location is excellent, and the hygiene service is good. Apart from the second night when the room wasn't as clean as it should have been, the room cleaning was generally very good on the other days.
A significant drawback is that the hotel phone couldn't connect to the front desk service. If I needed anything, I had to go down to the ground floor lobby to speak with staff in person."

Their efficiency in handling my check-in process was impressive, making the experience seamless and pleasant. Melissa’s attention to detail stood out as she remembered my preferences, which made me feel truly valued and at home. Their enthusiasm extended to my departure, ensuring that my check-out process was just as smooth. This level of service reaffirmed my decision to return to The Langham in the future.
During a delightful conversation with Melissa,I learned about her genuine passion for the hotel, and it was inspiring to see someone who genuinely enjoys their work. I strongly believe that employees who love their workplace naturally provide better service, and Melissa is a perfect example of this. Perhaps this is part of The Langham’s charm—not only does it attract guests, but it also creates an environment where employees take pride in their work.
Additionally, I am deeply grateful to Office Duty Manager Nanyu Nanev,who went above and beyond to assist me when I stored my luggage. His kindness and willingness to solve any issues reassured me, making my onward journey much more secure. His efficiency and professionalism left a lasting impression, and I truly respect his dedication to providing outstanding service.

Came with family for a birthday weekend trip. We were all very impressed. Location is excellent- basically in the heart of London with breathtaking views of St Paul’s Cathedral. The hotel itself was outstanding - scaly considering its 4 stars. It’s more like 5 to be honest. Free water on site and in rooms, which is extremely helpful. The hotel is very spacious, modern and beautifully designed. The rooms were very spacious with the BEST shower! There is even a hair dryer and iron provided in the rooms. Spa facilities was amazing- lovely sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. The breakfast had a variety - very accommodating to those who have dietary requirements/ need veggie options. Staff were so kind, helpful and accommodating. Service was outstanding overall and I would most definitely return. Thank you for allowing us to have such an enjoyable experience.

KKaren288This hotel is purely for its convenient location. Don't expect anything at all. The two of us had two large suitcases. Because the elevator was out of service, we had to use the escalator, but the hotel staff did not offer to help. They only assisted after we repeatedly asked them. Then at check-out, the elevator still wasn't fixed. In the end, a staff member just stood there and still didn't proactively help us carry our luggage up one floor.
The room rate on Sunday night was around HKD $2,000, not including breakfast. At that price, it's absolutely not worth it. I think it's worth HKD $1,200 at most. I originally had high expectations for the Sofitel brand, but I don't think I will ever stay at this hotel or any of its sister properties again.

GGuest UserI Highly recommed this hotel, we had an amazing stay , the staff were so friendly and helpful and we had a surprise upgrade and bottle of fizz for my boyfriend’s birthday. The spa staff were very helpful and you can use the pool/steam room amenities before and after check in/out. They provide towels too.
The breakfast was delicious so much choice. The DLR station is less than 5 mins away and there are some lovely restaurants all within minutes of the hotel & there’s a Tesco extra just along the road . The cable car is literally across the road and takes you straight to the O2. Amazing stay , fantastic views of the docklands and will definitely be back .

JjoI had a wonderful time at Hilton London Syon Park. The grounds were stunning, offering a peaceful retreat, and the staff were lovely and attentive. Although the spa was quite busy and required a £25 fee, the overall experience was still enjoyable. The hotel is conveniently located with easy transport links and ample parking, making it a great choice for a relaxing getaway.

GGuest UserPretty good! Excellent value for money. The location is just on the edge of the core area, but for less than 2000, it's really a steal. The room is quite new and even has some smart home features. It's much better than those old, rundown river view hotels that cost several thousand a night.

Rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service was friendly and professional. Overall, a smooth and enjoyable experience. Highly recommended.

GGuest UserGreat location for Piccadilly and the London sights. Breakfast was also fabulous. Staff at the hotel go above and beyond. Special thanks to Radi Dimiatrova and Kariny Cazuza for their careful preparation of our room for our arrival. This was a reunion for me and my daughter and it was a great surprise. Thanks to all the hotel staff who looked after us during our stay and for the bar staff for looking after us with Negronis one night in the piano bar!

CCherylFirst time traveling to London with friends and I booked a room at the Inhabit Queen's Gardens. The location was perfect...about 4 blocks from Paddington Station, which made it very easy to get to. Upon arrival the hotel upgraded my room without me even asking! They put me in a larger room that was super clean...I'm a stickler for things like that. The room had everything I needed. I especially liked their ”spa” touches from the robes, to the soaps, to the shampoo & conditioner. Each day when they turned down my bed...they left a diffuser on with the scent called ”clean.” I loved walking into my room to the fresh scent. The hotel is also vegan. So, no meats at their café. But, I didn't mind at all since the food was healthy, clean and delicious. Note: this is a cashless hotel. So, even if you order a cappuccino you have to give them your charge card. Didn't bother me at all, but others might want to use cash at times. The staff are wonderful. Super friendly and always around to offer you help. Our first night there they pointed us to a wonderful pub literally across the street called the Cleveland Arms. We ended up going there 4 times during our trip! While I did not use their spa services, I would highly recommended this hotel and if I ever return to London, which I hope to do, I will stay here again :)
