Amazing
GGuest UserDisappointed with the food
While Ramsey grill served an excellent a bennet soufflé the Beef Wellington was extremely average with a paste for what should have been a mushroom mixture
No Kippers on the breakfast menu a quintessential English breakfast was a disappointment too
Staff excellent especially the door men who are now celebrities and rightly so
LLexinotlexieI recently stayed at the hotel and the overall experience was great, especially Melissa and Angie at the front desk who made me feel at home with their professionalism and hospitality.
On the day of my arrival, I arrived late to the hotel, but Angie, the front desk clerk, still smiling, quickly helped me check in and patiently explained the hotel facilities to me. On the third day of my stay, Melissa, the front desk staff, patiently assisted me with the renewal procedures and kindly gave me an umbrella. Although the hotel was very busy at that time, I admired her affinity.
They maintained a high level of professionalism throughout their stay, from answering my questions to helping with restaurant reservations and transportation, and were meticulous, reflecting the excellent service standards of a five-star hotel. Of course, the location of the hotel is really good, the comfort of the room is also very good, every night I have a better sleep, especially the sound insulation, which makes me very comfortable.
My heartfelt thanks to the Langham Hotel, especially the wonderful staff at the front desk, for making my trip even more perfect. I would definitely visit again and highly recommend it to other travelers! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Amazing
东东尼哥The hotel is in an excellent location, SW1. People who know the UK know that it is close to Chinatown, Downing Street, Big Ben, and art galleries. The rooms are not big, but they are enough and clean. The problem is the shower room and the water temperature. The breakfast environment is first-class, the service is authentic, and the food is OK, but not first-class. I give it 85 points. I think I am qualified because I have stayed in 5-star hotels in central London 3 times.
MMackyMFacilities: Excellent and new, with spacious rooms and comprehensive amenities.
Hygiene: Meets star-rated standards.
Environment: Everything is great, except for some traffic congestion due to road construction nearby. It's not far to get to the city center by taxi.
Service: Very good, the staff are enthusiastic.
DDzj1122Corinthia is stunning in every moment.
After searching around, this one is highly recommended by everyone! It's really amazing. After getting off the bus, the staff came over immediately to help with luggage and open the door. The first impression was perfect.
Check-in at the front desk was also very fast. We arrived at the hotel after one o'clock and normally checked in at three o'clock. The room had been cleaned in advance. The staff took us into the room and introduced some specific facilities in the room. Soon the suitcases were delivered to the hotel for us. The elevator is very unique. There is a clock above to show the floor, which gives people a very different feeling.
The hotel's service is meticulous. I believe that many times if you need room service, it will be a headache if you don't know clearly or there are some obstacles in communication. But here you only need to scan the code on the hotel table and you can communicate in real time directly through What's app. It's super Incredibly convenient. I asked for an ironing machine and adapter and they were delivered quickly. The hotel's slippers are also very special, very thick and feel good on the feet.
The rooms are all equipped with bathtubs and heaters. It is a spa hotel after all. It is known as the best spa hotel. The spa facilities are really great. There is an elevator directly leading to the spa area on the room floor. The sauna pool and soaking pool are very comfortable. I come here every day to soak in it at night. Nine o'clock, if only it could be later.
The breakfast was great, the fruit was fresh and the eggs were excellent.
Of course, everything can't be perfect. There are still some small details. Most of the hotel employees are friendly and will say hello and cordial greetings when they see you. However, there are also some employees who will not say a word when they see you. Looking up and down, this makes people feel a little uncomfortable. The room we stayed in seemed to be connected to the room next door due to structural problems. We stayed for three nights. The sound from the opposite side was louder on the second night, which affected our rest. We contacted the hotel as soon as possible the next day, which was also very good. They took care of it and originally said they would change our room because we had too much luggage and really didn't want to move it. The hotel said they had communicated with the guests next door. Sure enough, the last night was very quiet and we spent it happily. The hotel also expressed its opinions. Sincerity, you can feel their attitude.
All in all, it was an overall very satisfying trip. If I come to London next time, I will choose this place again.

Great
MM503059****The hotel's architecture beautifully blends ancient and modern styles, creating a stunning look! The interiors are elegantly furnished, and the service is impeccable. Both the front desk and restaurant have staff who speak Chinese, so there's absolutely no need to worry about language barriers. The location is truly excellent. It's right behind the London School of Economics, and you can walk to King's College and the University of London in about 15 minutes in different directions. The British Museum and National Gallery are also just a 20-minute walk away. For shopping, Oxford Street and Covent Garden are only 10-15 minutes on foot. Getting around by subway or bus is very convenient, and there are plenty of Chinese and Western dining options nearby. The hotel's own breakfast and other meals are also fantastic.
TTiffany_tiantianThe waiter was very friendly and gentlemanly. He helped with the luggage when we entered the room, asked us when we left, helped us load the luggage, and called a taxi. We arrived at 11:00 pm that day, and they upgraded our room. The view was very good. Like other high-end hotels, you need to order breakfast one by one. If you have reservations for museums and attractions, try to get up early. The location is very convenient. Picadilly Circus subway station is downstairs. It is very convenient to take buses, subways and taxis. You can go downstairs at any time for shopping, which is comparable to Wangfujing Street. My friend said that the city center is quite chaotic. We were lucky not to encounter theft and robbery during our half-month stay. Maybe it's more low-key to wear a jacket and a messenger bag every day. In short, I recommend this hotel.
GGuest UserThe room was very nice and clean, with a British-style decoration. The location is excellent, within walking distance of major museums, churches, and attractions. It is right next to Green Park, and the balcony offers views of Big Ben, the Thames, and the London Eye. The overall service, facilities, and hygiene are all excellent!

Very Good
EEd WongHands down the best hotel we've stayed so far this year. Location was perfect and accessible to all places, the bars were beautiful, rooms were clean, but most importantly the staff was exceptional. From the day we checked in until leaving a week later they have taken great, great care of us. Well done team, we'd love to come back soon
GGuest UserMy son and I recently had a wonderful stay at the London Marriott Hotel Park Lane! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, we both had the same feeling as we returned home. Thank you guys you are amazing! The doormen and concierge were especially helpful, giving great advice about football match. Highly recommend this place.
