Amazing hotel! Perfect location for the Albert Hall or South Kensington to get into central London. From check in to checkout the team could not have been more helpful. Beautiful rooms and a great compact gym area. Every detail has been thought through which was nice. The bar had its own terrace area and the service and food was superb. Would definitely return here.

The hotel is very comfortable, everything is very pleasant and well located, it's 10 minutes from Aldgate station.

【A Must for Business Trips】The location is perfect for work! It's close to the business district and subway station. The room has a spacious workspace with plenty of power outlets. The printing and copying services are efficient, and the soundproofing is excellent, so you won't be disturbed even when working late at night. Hotel Review: Ideal for Short Stays, But Needs Improvement for Longer Visits Overall Rating: 7 / 10 We stayed at this hotel for 8 nights, which gave us a comprehensive look at the overall service and facilities. While there were several positive aspects to our stay, a few operational and communication issues prevented it from being a seamless experience. Check-in & Service Communication Prior to our arrival, I had explicitly notified the hotel about our late check-in and requested that our room be prepared in advance—specifically asking for the sofa bed to be opened and made up as a third bed. However, when we arrived at midnight, the receptionist was completely unaware of these requests. The room was not ready, and there wasn't even a pillow for the third bed. We managed for the first night, and after reminding the staff again on the second day, the pillows were finally provided. Unfortunately, having to remind the staff multiple times for basic requests was a recurring theme throughout our stay. Housekeeping Issues Housekeeping was another area where professionalism was lacking. On the 3rd or 4th day, we asked a member of the cleaning staff to clean our room, but due to a language barrier (the staff member spoke no English), communication was quite difficult. When we returned that evening, the room had not been cleaned at all. The next day, we spoke to someone who appeared to be a housekeeping supervisor and gave our room number again. Disappointingly, the room was skipped a second time. It wasn't until the evening of our 6th day that Matina at the front desk stepped in and helped us resolve the issue immediately. We truly appreciated her assistance, but waiting until day 6 for proper room service was frustrating for an 8-night stay. Breakfast Breakfast started off fine, but because we stayed for a long duration, the lack of variety became very noticeable as the same items were served every day. The eggs were particularly disappointing: the boiled eggs were heavily overcooked and inedible, and the scrambled eggs were poor. Other items were fine, but it lacks variation for long-term guests. Room & Amenities The room itself was very nice and spacious enough for three adults to settle in comfortably. The only downside inside the room was the lack of wardrobe/closet space and no designated area or rack for suitcases. Location & Neighborhood The location is excellent. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel with direct links to many key spots. Earl's Court Station is a pleasant 10-minute walk away, and having a large Tesco supermarket right next to the hotel was a major advantage. The neighborhood felt safe and charming. Final Verdict If you are planning a long stay, be prepared to encounter some service and housekeeping friction. However, for a short visit of 3 to 4 days, it is a very solid and convenient option.

I recently stayed at Novotel London Canary Wharf and it was one of the most enjoyable hotel experiences I’ve had in London. From the moment I checked in, the atmosphere felt modern, welcoming, and effortlessly comfortable. The highlight of the stay was definitely the view from my room. Waking up to the Canary Wharf skyline and watching the city lights come alive at night was incredible. The floor-to-ceiling windows made the entire room feel bright and spacious, and the panoramic cityscape gave the stay a real luxury feel. Another standout experience was visiting Bōkan, the hotel’s restaurant and rooftop bar. The views from up there are absolutely breathtaking , you get a stunning panoramic perspective of the whole of London, from Canary Wharf to landmarks across the city skyline. Whether during sunset or later in the evening, the atmosphere is unforgettable. The combination of great food, drinks, and those sweeping views made it one of the best parts of the trip. The hotel amenities were also excellent. The pool was clean and relaxing, perfect after a long day exploring or working in the city. The gym was well-equipped with everything needed for a proper workout, and the sauna added an extra touch of relaxation that really elevated the overall experience. Overall, Novotel London Canary Wharf delivers the perfect mix of comfort, modern luxury, amazing facilities, and spectacular London views. I’d happily stay there again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Canary Wharf.

Excellent beds, room and service. Whole family enjoyed the stay and fresh, healthy breakfast was a big highlight for us all. Staff were kind and helpful. One offered fresh lemon slices for hot drinks because one of the children had a runny nose. This was very much appreciated. Ladies Only timings for pool and gym would be much appreciated in future! Children were shocked to find a grown man undressed walking around the changing rooms. This is unacceptable and hotel staff should take care to avoid these problems by adding signage for appropriate dress code in a family friendly hotel.

The location is perfect, close to many supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, and souvenir shops. Plus, if you're a Queen fan, you're just a 4-minute walk from Freddie Mercury's house. The only downsides I can mention are that they don't speak Spanish and there are no Spanish channels on the TV. Also, the buffet didn't have much variety, although the food was good, it was missing things like olive oil and other types of fruit. It's decent, but there's room for improvement.

I've lost count of how many times I've stayed here, always drawn back by its great value for money and excellent service. First off, the location isn't central, but there's a subway station right across from the hotel, making public transport super convenient. The hotel also has its own parking lot, so it's a good option if you're driving. It's not far from Wembley, either, so it's a solid choice if you're here for a concert. Plus, there are lots of restaurants across the street, mostly fast food, but there's this one Turkish place that's really good. Honestly, a few times we've booked this hotel just for that restaurant! There's also a cinema nearby. The room facilities show some wear and tear compared to a few years ago, but it's within a reasonable range. There's air conditioning in the room, and you can adjust the temperature yourself. Just note that the hotel doesn't provide toothbrushes, toothpaste, or slippers, so remember to bring your own. We didn't eat at the hotel, so I can't comment on the dining. They do have their own restaurant, though. The front desk service is excellent. Staff members who've seen us before even greet us specially – they're very friendly. If you need anything, you can just call the front desk directly, and they're pretty quick to respond. Overall, it's a hotel with great value for money.

had a wonderful stay at Hampton by Hilton. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The room was modern, quiet, and well maintained. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The breakfast had a good variety and was fresh and delicious. The location was convenient, with easy access to transport and nearby facilities. Overall, it was excellent value for money and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

This is a 'decent' hotel. Yes, that's the word. The facilities aren't brand new, but the mattress in the room is still comfortable, the towels are still soft, the toilet paper is still thick, and the hygiene standards are consistently good. The breakfast is a classic English breakfast, meeting the expected standards for a four-star hotel. The location is excellent, situated in a wealthy area of London with very convenient transportation; the subway station is right next door. And the price, especially during the off-season, offers fantastic value for money. Backed by the Millennium Hotels Group and Singaporean capital, it's surprisingly good – the hotel's own restaurant serves authentic wonton noodles and Hainanese chicken rice! Plus, guests get discount coupons! If I had to summarize in one sentence, I'd say this is a well-managed, old-fashioned but not outdated hotel.
