"I booked this hotel a while ago as i was doing a run event on Sunday in Central London, the hotel itself was OK, a bit expensive but I suppose it's London. I booked a Superior King Room, well I am sorry, to me it felt like a standard room and the bed was a small double not a king bed and even more annoying was that, when I booked it i asked for breakfast to be included and when I checked in, i asked the lady what time breakfast starts and she said 7am, great I had to leave at 8am to go to my event. I went down at 7.15am on Sunday to be told, oh sorry Sir we do not open the breakfast area until 8am on the weekends, *** ........ Now well pissed off. Honestly opening a breakfast bar in Central London at 8am, what a joke, not impressed and I definitely will not be staying there again."
