London Hotels with Balcony

The Peninsula Hotel has always felt like a second home to us, no matter where in the world we are. It was wonderful to return again this time. On our previous stay, the front desk manager provided exceptional service that left a lasting impression on us. During this visit, we also utilized the concierge's mailing service. They were incredibly professional and patient, resolving our issues promptly. In total, four concierge staff assisted us during check-in and check-out. My daughter was so grateful that she gave each of them a £10 tip—they truly deserved it. The hotel's Chinese restaurant was excellent as well. The staff there were incredibly warm and clearly took pride in their work, creating a delightful atmosphere. I should also mention that the rooms were spotlessly clean. I'd like to share that we've been avid fans of The Peninsula Hotel's afternoon tea since the hotel opened. We've enjoyed countless afternoon teas and breakfasts here over the years. However, I must note that during peak afternoon tea hours, when the restaurant is bustling with guests, the service can be slow. We often find ourselves waiting quite a while for assistance. During breakfast, there have been some issues, too. We've experienced order mix-ups, and on one occasion, the food wasn't fresh. During my most recent breakfast, the fruit bowl I ordered contained moldy blueberries and rotten strawberries. A blonde, fair-skinned staff member noticed the problem but didn't offer an apology. Instead, she simply said they wouldn't charge me for the fruit bowl. I just smiled and didn't press the matter further, but I believe that outstanding service should always be a top priority for The Peninsula. Compared to stays at The Emory and Maybourne Hotel, whose staff showed remarkable warmth and attentiveness, I think there’s room for improvement. Nevertheless, I sincerely hope that The Peninsula continues to thrive and elevate its service to new heights. 首先我想Peninsula Hotel，在全世界都是我们的另外一个家 ，这次再回来觉得很棒，上一次入住的时候酒店的前厅经理负责人为我们提供了非常好的服务，这让我们记忆深刻。我们这次还使用了礼宾部的邮寄服务，他们非常专业非常有耐心，第一时间帮我们解决了问题。在我们入住以及退房时候一共有4位礼宾部酒店同事帮助了我们，我的女儿感到很感激分别给了他们每位10英镑的小费，他们值得收到。酒店中餐厅也没非常好，工作人员非常热情，他们为自己在那里工作感到荣耀，这是非常不错的工作氛围.(酒店中餐厅同事Mr J 很用心查看了我女儿以前入住记录喜好，非常细心，在我们当天用餐没有点甜品的情况下，在我们离开餐厅后，让厨师准备了一份我女儿喜欢的水果送到房间，很用心）值得一提的是客房的卫生也做的非常干净。这里想和你们分享下，我们其实一直都是Peninsula Hotel下午茶的爱好者，从你们酒店开业至今我们在那里享用了很多次下午茶，以及早餐，但是我想她们可能太忙碌了，下午茶时间客人很多，服务人员不足够及时服务，总是要等待很久，早餐时间，有出现过点犯错误，以及视频不新鲜，在最近一次早餐我点了水果碗，蓝莓是发霉的，草莓是腐烂的，一位金发白皮肤漂亮Ms，在发现问题后，她没有表达歉意，只是说我们不收这个水果碗的费用。我只是微笑没有再说其他的，我想对于Peninsula来说好的服务是最值得关心和在意的问题。相比入住The Emory，Maybourne Hotel ，她们全体工作人员的热情和关怀，真的很值得认可。希望Peninsula 越来越好 。

We are 100% satisfied with our 5 nights stay with Cheval, the best service apartments hotel in London overlooking tower of bridge and tower of london. WE FEEL LIKE HOME. The best location in London. 2 mins walk to Tower of London 5 mins walk to tower bridge. A pier infornt of the hotel which takes us toany attractions by uber boat. The restaurant downstair is fabulous and we celebrated our son's 17th birthday. They serve best pasta. We booked 2 bedrooms apartments and were assigned 7 G very spacious room with fabulous river view.The rooms are equipped with highest facilities great amenities [ top quality shower gel lotion slipper, bath ropes 3pin plug and super super comfortable bed and pillow. ] Their kitchen is very modern equipped with dish washer, fridge and all utensils. They have very big laundry room. We booked Cheval Grand Edinburgh as well for 2 nights stay. Worth the price.

Super satisfied, the address is perfect, Buckingham Palace and Hyde Park are nearby, Regent Street, Bond Street, Chinatown are all within walking distance, Harrods taxi is about 9 pounds The toiletries used are byredo, you can bring less It's just that the decoration is relatively early, the lighting is a bit dim Mineral water is also very generous, and slippers were not given at first, but after asking once, they were given every day The luggage handling at the door is also very proactive, seeing our stroller, they will take the initiative to move it, and seeing that we have a lot of boxes, they will also seriously suggest whether to take a taxi or Uber

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment for a week as the location is perfect and our room is spacious. We can cook our meals. We enjoy our holiday comfortably here as we feel like home. The lounges upstairs are superb with stunning views on the Thames as well as Canary Wharf. I’m sure I’ll come back soon. Highly recommended!

Overall quite satisfied, the breakfast was particularly great. Room size and layout are a bit of a mystery, but that seems to be the case across UK hotels. The location is excellent. It's not far from Piccadilly and Buckingham Palace within walking distance. There are many delicious Western restaurants around. I will consider this place next time I go to London.

The hotel's location is perfect,, providing easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and the underground. We were pleased to receive a room with a fantastic view overlooking the square where the street performances were. However, we were disappointed with the cleanliness standards. The wooden floor was quite sticky, and we could hear the sound of our sandals when walking. There was visible dirt on the drawer too which made us hesitant to unpack our belongings. Overall, while the location and view were excellent, the cleanliness could use significant improvement.

Checked in very late, around 00:30, was happy to pay virtually whatever as have heard good things and was nearby. Was upgraded to suite #1404 by a lovely member of staff at reception. Beautiful room with amazing view of Westminster. Will defiantly be back :)

Very thoughtful and well mannered services. Especially the very kind and gentle man at the front desk. He always took care of the guests first and eventually made them feel comfortable like their home and their problems can be figured out whatever the guests problems were he did his best to solve. I misunderstood what he said so I got the wrong room which had two single bed and I already took a shower in the bathroom. He kept saying don’t worry and gave me couple of suggestions and finally I chose I had a extra bed so that my son could sleep on his own bed. Also, I was dead tired from a long journey and he did sympathized how I felt and tried to give better service like asking housekeepers any available rooms for me and my sons to have some rest. I do appreciate your thoughtful services.

BoTree is one of the best I have stayed by far in London. You are greeted by the friendliest team from the guest relations to the concierge and even the bartenders. They all left me a lasting impression and I will be back definitely! Special shout out to Bam, the best guest relations officer I have met. Thank you Marco and Simone from the concierge team as well. They are the best persons to go to if you need good suggestions to go in London.
