Very tired and not well maintained at all. Carpet in room was full of stains and beware that many of the rooms have either a window facing inside or a tiny window at the top. Service is not great as well, particularly the guys. Wouldn’t recommend this at all as well. Pls stay somewhere else!

Good location and we had a pleasant stay.
Lots of nice restaurants nearby.

Book this hotel to stay and watch The blackpink concert. Hotel was unable to give room at 3pm. Have our room at 4:30pm got upgraded to suite. Room was bright and clean. Breakfast was decent. Staff are friendly and helpful in the hotel. Great location easy to get to Wembley stadium and Westfield shopping centre just 10mins walk.

The hotel is not looked after which is a shame, dirty bathroom, there was no hot water at night, service absolutely slow and not to the standard of a name such as Dorsett.

It is little bit old, and there is no toothpaste and toothbrush.but it is convenient, near the subway station
