was given a free upgrade to the suite room. however, the room was the set up for 3. had to run back and forth. nevertheless, staff was really friendly (-: would stay again!

Location of hotel is near few underground stations, easily accessible and walkable.
Cleaniness of the hotel is average, not exceptional. On our check-in there are flying insects.
Service was almost non-present other than a rather seamless check-in and out process. Calls to front desk are often put on hold or unreachable. When requested for bedroom slippers and dental kits they are not followed up. We’re told that they would be sent up but no one reached out after. And we had to go to the front desk to ask again.
Amenities are rather poor. Room is old, and room thermal heater is not working. For the duration of our 5 nights stay, they were out of dental kits and we were told to go to the supermarkets across the street to get them. Bathroom slippers were also out, and only given a pair on day 2, when we had 3 of us in the room.

Manager of this hotel didn’t know how to solve guests problem but kept saying she didn’t work that day so she didn’t have responsibilities to solve. Also, her attitude was really bad. I wouldn’t recommend stay here, if you want to have a nice holiday in London. The staff of this hotel will ruin your day. DO NOT STAY HERE!

convenient location with walking distance to Shepherd Bush’s Mash station and Big shopping mall Westfield.
Impressive lobby deco and good reception service. However, it should be great if there is cleaner carpet and freezer facility in the room. The phone was not working to connect room service team and I had to visit the reception in person for service request .

The location is good. The westfield shopping is nearby. There is bus stop just in front of hotel entrance. The two stations are within 5 minutes walking distance. Overall, the hotel is clean and tidy. The size of room is acceptable . There are supermarket, Macdonald, KFC, Starbucks, Subways nearby.

Location is great with tube station nearby. Room is neat and compact. However the phone in our room did not work and no one came to fix it despite we requested.
