The Peninsula Hotel has always felt like a second home to us, no matter where in the world we are. It was wonderful to return again this time. On our previous stay, the front desk manager provided exceptional service that left a lasting impression on us. During this visit, we also utilized the concierge's mailing service. They were incredibly professional and patient, resolving our issues promptly. In total, four concierge staff assisted us during check-in and check-out. My daughter was so grateful that she gave each of them a £10 tip—they truly deserved it. The hotel's Chinese restaurant was excellent as well. The staff there were incredibly warm and clearly took pride in their work, creating a delightful atmosphere. I should also mention that the rooms were spotlessly clean. I'd like to share that we've been avid fans of The Peninsula Hotel's afternoon tea since the hotel opened. We've enjoyed countless afternoon teas and breakfasts here over the years. However, I must note that during peak afternoon tea hours, when the restaurant is bustling with guests, the service can be slow. We often find ourselves waiting quite a while for assistance. During breakfast, there have been some issues, too. We've experienced order mix-ups, and on one occasion, the food wasn't fresh. During my most recent breakfast, the fruit bowl I ordered contained moldy blueberries and rotten strawberries. A blonde, fair-skinned staff member noticed the problem but didn't offer an apology. Instead, she simply said they wouldn't charge me for the fruit bowl. I just smiled and didn't press the matter further, but I believe that outstanding service should always be a top priority for The Peninsula. Compared to stays at The Emory and Maybourne Hotel, whose staff showed remarkable warmth and attentiveness, I think there’s room for improvement. Nevertheless, I sincerely hope that The Peninsula continues to thrive and elevate its service to new heights. 首先我想Peninsula Hotel，在全世界都是我们的另外一个家 ，这次再回来觉得很棒，上一次入住的时候酒店的前厅经理负责人为我们提供了非常好的服务，这让我们记忆深刻。我们这次还使用了礼宾部的邮寄服务，他们非常专业非常有耐心，第一时间帮我们解决了问题。在我们入住以及退房时候一共有4位礼宾部酒店同事帮助了我们，我的女儿感到很感激分别给了他们每位10英镑的小费，他们值得收到。酒店中餐厅也没非常好，工作人员非常热情，他们为自己在那里工作感到荣耀，这是非常不错的工作氛围.(酒店中餐厅同事Mr J 很用心查看了我女儿以前入住记录喜好，非常细心，在我们当天用餐没有点甜品的情况下，在我们离开餐厅后，让厨师准备了一份我女儿喜欢的水果送到房间，很用心）值得一提的是客房的卫生也做的非常干净。这里想和你们分享下，我们其实一直都是Peninsula Hotel下午茶的爱好者，从你们酒店开业至今我们在那里享用了很多次下午茶，以及早餐，但是我想她们可能太忙碌了，下午茶时间客人很多，服务人员不足够及时服务，总是要等待很久，早餐时间，有出现过点犯错误，以及视频不新鲜，在最近一次早餐我点了水果碗，蓝莓是发霉的，草莓是腐烂的，一位金发白皮肤漂亮Ms，在发现问题后，她没有表达歉意，只是说我们不收这个水果碗的费用。我只是微笑没有再说其他的，我想对于Peninsula来说好的服务是最值得关心和在意的问题。相比入住The Emory，Maybourne Hotel ，她们全体工作人员的热情和关怀，真的很值得认可。希望Peninsula 越来越好 。

Very good. The experience of staying here is very good in every aspect. I am very satisfied. I like it very much.

The room facilities are indeed high-end and exquisite, and the bed is very comfortable The location is also very good. It is the most satisfactory one among the three hotels we stayed in (The Shard, Bulgari, and Mandarin). However, the service feels not as warm and sincere as Wenhua

The rooms were modern, clean, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was particularly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. Staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to help with any requests. One of the highlights was the easy access to shops, restaurants, and transport links. Whether you’re in Stratford for business or leisure, this hotel is a great choice. Highly recommended!

Check in was super smooth and very friendly. The room itself was small, but big enough our needs for the week. The staff were nice, but not very aware of surrounding issues. My son got locked in the downstairs toilets and was screaming and screaming and not one member of staff moved an inch until my wife went looking for him, only then did the staff on reception move to see what was wrong, unfortunately that left a nasty taste in my mouth as it showed me a clear lack of care towards not only customers but to children. The rooms were clean and tidy, it did take 5 nights for the bedsheets / duvet covers to be changed, they were made daily but not swapped for fresh ones. Towels were plentiful and swapped daily tough. The daily breakfast was nice with a selection of fresh fruits, cereals and croissants, They also had a selection of hot food such as sausage, bacon, mushrooms, scrambled egg and even vegan sausages if you like them. My only complaint was the scrambled egg were not seasoned at all and required quite a lot of extra seasoning. You could also make fresh toast with a selection of different jams and Nutella. And also get fresh coffee, tea or hot chocolate, although each day one of the 2 machines were broken, it seemed to change each day. They also had fresh orange and apple juice, But the machine seemed to be broken quite alot of the time and they provided it in small dispensers, unfortunately these tasted watered down. Overall the room is nice, decent breakfast, pretty good location and the price not that bad but I expected a bit better.

The Zedwell Hotel is very conveniently located, right in the heart of the bustling and noisy Piccadilly Circus. Surprisingly, the rooms are exceptionally well soundproofed. I believe the windowless concept contributed to a peaceful, undisturbed sleep. The room itself is extremely basic—just a bed, toilet, and towels. There’s no kettle, hot water, or tea/coffee provided. Housekeeping is not included during the stay, although the cleaning staff did knock on our door on the second day to confirm our check-out time. The shower area tends to get quite wet as it’s only separated by a small partition. I stayed in a room for three people, and it was fairly spacious. However, a key point to note: the hotel does not offer complimentary luggage storage. They charge £15 per bag, which can be quite costly and inconvenient if you're travelling with family as you have to find alternative storage nearby. We also opted for and paid for late check-out, but unfortunately encountered an issue. When we returned from breakfast, we were unable to access our room due to a technical fault with the key cards. It took over 30 minutes for the staff to resolve the issue and allow us back in—essentially losing part of our paid extension, we were not clear if the time could be extended due to their error. I hope the hotel can improve the clarity and flexibility of their processes to better support guests in such situations. Overall, if you’re looking for a minimalist stay in a central location and don’t require luggage storage, extra amenities, or early check- in (15 min early, without a fee) or late check-out options(without a fee), Zedwell could work well. Otherwise, you might want to explore other nearby hotels that offer a little more comfort and flexibility.

The location is amazing and the rooftop restaurant has awesome views. All the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. I can't praise them enough. The room was very clean and the AC was fantastic 😅 My son has food allergies and I am vegan but we managed to have a decent breakfast and they had plenty choice of dairy free milk. The only thing would be a small shelf/storage in the bathroom because there was nowhere to put toiletries, but wasn't a big deal. And there was no TV, I didn't care about that, but my teenager felt differently haha. I'd definitely stay again.

I stayed at this hotel for three nights (10th,11th and 12th June 2025) during a vacation in the UK. Check in was very smooth. The location of the hotel is fantastic, as it is close to a lot of the major tourist attractions near the South Bank of the Thames River, and the underground stations of Blackfriars and Southwark are also within a few minutes of walking. Room was clean, but I am not sure why I was given an ”accessible room” as I do not recall asking for one at the time of making my reservation. Basic amenities were available, but no cupboards, locker etc. Breakfast was good. The price was, I think, on the higher side, given the amenities available. Would stay there again, given the location.

Excellent hotel situated at the heart of London. Clean and well-kept rooms, very spacious. Wonderful staff. Will definitly stay with Tower Suits again!

The hotel location is very convenient to public transport and lots of different restaurants nearby to choose from. There's also a restaurant and bar inside the hotel if you don't fancy going out. The place is very clean and tidy. The only thing I'm not so impressed with is the way the staff talk or interact with the guests. Not very friendly at all and no smiles. There was only one person that was really nice and I think he was the manager.
