I absolutely loved the OWO Raffles Hotel in London. It was luxurious and comfortable, with a fantastic location just a 15-minute walk from attractions like Big Ben, the London Eye, Chinatown, and art galleries – incredibly convenient. The hotel also boasts several excellent restaurants, offering Chinese, Western, and Japanese cuisine, all with delicious food. Definitely worth staying at.

It was indeed a very nice hotel, with excellent facilities, first-class service, and a perfect breakfast; they even gave us a tour of the hotel. Unfortunately, I forgot to bring cash for tips that day.

The room air conditioning was set to a maximum of 24 degrees Celsius, which was a bit chilly. The curtains and TV controls are mostly on a tablet, which isn't very convenient for older guests. Check-in was a good experience. Breakfast service was inconsistent and sometimes took a long time. Service charge is not included in the prepaid room rate.

It's a great place with Chinese hospitality, so there's no need to worry about check-in. It's right across from the Royal Horse Guards and Downing Street, and it's very close to Chinatown on foot. It's a very comfortable location.
