The location is ideal to get to T5 Heathrow Terminal using the POD transport. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is quite big and there seem to be lots of parties happening. The bar is a sports bar and you can enjoy drinks and food. The corridors are very long. The hotel furniture and interior are a bit outdated, but for a short stay it's ok.

Thistle was close to the airport and very convenient. Easy to check in to, comfortable room and bed, excellent breakfast I would recommend adding it. Staff were lovely and helpful. Second time staying and would stay again! Access to the Heathrow pods was super convenient too

Once inside very pleasant. The Pods make it super convenient for accessing T5P Room was very clean and had full coffee making facilities and nespresso pods and biscuits as well as water. Surprisingly dark and quiet even though it's next to the airport. Also easy access on foot to open country.

The hotel is perfectly located for the Heathrow Pod so you can be in the airport (T5) within around 10 mins of leaving the hotel. The rooms are clean, well kept and the service is good. There is a little shop onsite so you can buy snacks and drinks. The restaurant is a little pricey though.

Although the website said there was parking available , it was full and hardly any spots available . The boom gate was open when we checked in and there was no instructions or information about parking. No one asked us if we required parking on check in. Therefore , we assumed it was free. However we were charged $18 on check out. By the way we checked in at 10:00pm and left at 05:00 am for an early flight.
There was no lifts, we had to carry our luggage up the stairs and we are in our 70s. No one offered to help. The service was poor.

We are stay at this wonderful hotel for one nights.
Here are our honest comments:
1) The location is convenient, just two bus stops away from Terminal 5 by the No. 423 bus.
2) The bedroom is elegant and equipped with modern facilities. It is very clean, comfortable, and comes with high-quality bottled water, tea, coffee, and cookies.
3 )The bedding is also very comfortable for sleeping.
Overall, Keep up the good work and continue to provide high-quality service at a reasonable price for your customers.

A very clean hotel. Restaurant staff were lovely, food was good and not too expensive. Parking was expensive but they all are round there, finding a space was easy enough. 5 mins to the airport in a car. I would stay here again.
