Guest UserWe stayed at this hotel for a total of 7 nights. The first two nights were in a Royal King room facing the lawn and Kensington Palace, which was quieter. For the remaining 5 nights, we stayed in a slightly cheaper Classic King room facing the street. The view was better, and occasionally we'd hear police cars or ambulance sirens, but it didn't disturb our sleep.

_alalei_【A Must for Business Trips】The location is perfect for work! It's close to the business district and subway station. The room has a spacious workspace with plenty of power outlets. The printing and copying services are efficient, and the soundproofing is excellent, so you won't be disturbed even when working late at night. The value for money far exceeds other hotels of its kind~

Sharon 1984Location is perfect. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Easy access to everywhere with bus and underground station just a few mins walk away. There is a huge Tesco Superstore just within 2 mins on foot. The room is spacious compared to other hotel in London. It comes with kitchenette, simple cooking is more than enough. The hotel provide room cleaning everyday, and breakfast is provided daily with the same selection. Overall i would say it’s a great choice if you are looking for spacious room with reasonable price.

Ezgi F.The location is very good, we reached many places on foot. I loved having technological fixtures in the bathroom, the room was spotless and organised. There was an iron, ironing board, hair dryer in the room, I would be happier if there was a mini fridge. In addition to the English breakfast, there were also healthy options that appealed to many people, you can order pizza etc. when you are hungry in the evening. It was also great that he left in front of the shuttles to Stanstad airport.

The view outside the hotel is really beautiful. Located next to Thames River. Cooling but not too windy. Within 5 minutes walk to subway station, Elizabeth Line. Easily access to tourist attractions in London.
Breakfast at level 1 was wonderful. Varieties are good. The dining area is clean, bright and spacious. The service staffs, including the cooks, are really cheerful and gave excellent services. Same goes for the receptionists.
The carpets in the hallway next to the hotel rooms needed to be clean. A bit moldy smell.

Guest UserThe hotel boasts a strategic location, perfect for classic shopping trips and sightseeing. The rooms are larger than average for London, and the services are good. The building itself is quite old but well-maintained and partially modernized. The tea room and Indian restaurant are excellent. The main drawback, typical for hotels of this kind, is the bathroom – while efficient and clean, it's definitely dated and offers limited amenities.

Great location of having Gloucester Road underground tube in picadilly/circle/district line. Waitrose/Tesco express/ Starbucks/ Gail’s bakery/ Post Office/ Money Exchange / Unico Gelato (pistachio flavor super yummyyyy) and Sainsbury slightly further in 7mins walk.
Easy access from lifts with short waiting time. Very warm bid goodbye from a tall beautiful housekeeping staff! 😁
The only thing is probably.. pillow is too soft for me, but totally fine😁

Alison’s Silk Road TravelsI stayed in room 302 in March 2026 for 1 night. I chose this hotel because I stayed there before and I was very impressed. This time I was given the same room again, I liked the room. It has a large comfy bed and a nice clean bathroom. The breakfast was really good as I like vegetables and they do great omelettes and fresh vegetables. The reception staff are very kind and helpful during my visit and remembered me from the last time I stayed. The hotel is in very easy access to the underground. On this visit the Elizabeth line was closed and I had to get a bus to agents Hill. This was very easy. There are plenty of places to eat around the hotel including an all you can eat from £11.99. I always have a good Stay at this hotel. There is a kettle with plenty of T and coffee. Some people staying on my floor were very noisy but that was all I can criticise really as it wasn’t the hotels fault. Very kind staff. There is a decent TV in the room and plenty of towels. During this trip and overnight stay I visited the Ramses exhibition at Battersea and images are included in this feedback. A good hotel to stay in that’s great value just outside central London about 20 mins on train.

I've lost count of how many times I've stayed here, always drawn back by its great value for money and excellent service.
First off, the location isn't central, but there's a subway station right across from the hotel, making public transport super convenient. The hotel also has its own parking lot, so it's a good option if you're driving. It's not far from Wembley, either, so it's a solid choice if you're here for a concert. Plus, there are lots of restaurants across the street, mostly fast food, but there's this one Turkish place that's really good. Honestly, a few times we've booked this hotel just for that restaurant! There's also a cinema nearby.
The room facilities show some wear and tear compared to a few years ago, but it's within a reasonable range. There's air conditioning in the room, and you can adjust the temperature yourself. Just note that the hotel doesn't provide toothbrushes, toothpaste, or slippers, so remember to bring your own.
We didn't eat at the hotel, so I can't comment on the dining. They do have their own restaurant, though.
The front desk service is excellent. Staff members who've seen us before even greet us specially – they're very friendly. If you need anything, you can just call the front desk directly, and they're pretty quick to respond.
Overall, it's a hotel with great value for money.

BoYanboThis is a 'decent' hotel. Yes, that's the word. The facilities aren't brand new, but the mattress in the room is still comfortable, the towels are still soft, the toilet paper is still thick, and the hygiene standards are consistently good. The breakfast is a classic English breakfast, meeting the expected standards for a four-star hotel. The location is excellent, situated in a wealthy area of London with very convenient transportation; the subway station is right next door. And the price, especially during the off-season, offers fantastic value for money. Backed by the Millennium Hotels Group and Singaporean capital, it's surprisingly good – the hotel's own restaurant serves authentic wonton noodles and Hainanese chicken rice! Plus, guests get discount coupons! If I had to summarize in one sentence, I'd say this is a well-managed, old-fashioned but not outdated hotel.
