ab112233Had a great stay, came back to London after a tour around the UK and checked in again. The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance of Kensington Palace, Hyde Park, and the Royal Albert Hall. The bus stop is right outside. I particularly enjoyed the shops on both sides of the street leading to the subway station; it has all the well-known chain stores in the UK. Honestly, the price on Trip.com was the best option among all booking platforms.

GudemaolinMy stay at this hotel was absolutely delightful. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I felt a sense of warmth and comfort. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, and the check-in process was quick and efficient. They even thoughtfully provided recommendations for nearby restaurants and attractions. The room itself was spotless and spacious, with a soft and comfortable bed and fresh, clean linens, ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom was fully equipped with plenty of hot water and all the necessary toiletries, which was very reassuring. The hotel's breakfast offered a wide variety of options, both Chinese and Western, and everything was delicious, catering to different tastes. The overall environment was quiet and elegant, perfect for relaxation or business travel. What truly stood out to me was the professional and attentive service team. Whether it was bringing water, cleaning the room, or answering questions, I felt valued and cared for. I was extremely satisfied with this stay and will definitely choose this hotel again when I return to the city. I would also highly recommend it to friends and family.

The view outside the hotel is really beautiful. Located next to Thames River. Cooling but not too windy. Within 5 minutes walk to subway station, Elizabeth Line. Easily access to tourist attractions in London.
Breakfast at level 1 was wonderful. Varieties are good. The dining area is clean, bright and spacious. The service staffs, including the cooks, are really cheerful and gave excellent services. Same goes for the receptionists.
The carpets in the hallway next to the hotel rooms needed to be clean. A bit moldy smell.

Guest UserFriendly, efficient check-in. Foyer was decorated beautifully for Christmas. Rooms were more spacious than expected; well equipped, clean and comfortable. Location was perfect with transport, food options and attractions very close by. Breakfast was fresh and enjoyable (same offered each day); did get a bit busy and tight (crowded) but staff were excellent at seating and arranging guests. By the second morning, my daughters’ gluten-free toast order was prepared and delivered without delay. Thank you for a great stay!

Guest UserAmazing location, amazing service. It was my birthday and the room was decorated beautifully with complimentary drink and chocolate. Could not have asked for more. The only negative was the room was extremely hot which made is very uncomfortable to sleep. On the second night spoke to front desk and they advised to turn all air con/heating off and brought us a fan up so the second night slept like a baby in very comfortable beds. The pool area was beautiful but u fortunately we ran out of time but when we have another stay at the beautiful hotel we will certainly visit it.

The room isn't huge, but it's clean and well-equipped. The staff are friendly, and the location is super convenient for transport. Especially the transport! This hotel is only about 400 meters from the tube station and 100-200 meters from a bus stop. London's tube and bus systems are excellent, getting you to almost all the main attractions easily.

Alison’s Silk Road TravelsI stayed in room 302 in March 2026 for 1 night. I chose this hotel because I stayed there before and I was very impressed. This time I was given the same room again, I liked the room. It has a large comfy bed and a nice clean bathroom. The breakfast was really good as I like vegetables and they do great omelettes and fresh vegetables. The reception staff are very kind and helpful during my visit and remembered me from the last time I stayed. The hotel is in very easy access to the underground. On this visit the Elizabeth line was closed and I had to get a bus to agents Hill. This was very easy. There are plenty of places to eat around the hotel including an all you can eat from £11.99. I always have a good Stay at this hotel. There is a kettle with plenty of T and coffee. Some people staying on my floor were very noisy but that was all I can criticise really as it wasn’t the hotels fault. Very kind staff. There is a decent TV in the room and plenty of towels. During this trip and overnight stay I visited the Ramses exhibition at Battersea and images are included in this feedback. A good hotel to stay in that’s great value just outside central London about 20 mins on train.

Service: The front desk staff was very enthusiastic and provided excellent service, offering free luggage storage which was perfect for my last day before catching a flight.
Facilities: The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, and the coffee was delicious.
Environment: There are plenty of places to eat and shop around, from large supermarkets to smaller ones. I even found a Chipotle open late for a late-night snack! 🥳 It's within walking distance of the Natural History Museum and super close to the subway station, which was incredibly convenient.

Guest UserI had a wonderful stay at Copthorne Tara Hotel London Kensington. The hotel was very clean, and the room was spacious, especially by London standards, making it a comfortable place to relax after a day of sightseeing.
The location is excellent, with High Street Kensington Tube Station just a short walk away, making it easy to explore London and reach major attractions. There are also plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafes nearby.
Overall, a great hotel with comfortable accommodations, a convenient location, and good value for money. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting London.
