GGuest UserI have to give a good review for this stay. The room is clean and tidy. The boss is very friendly, with the generous and open character of the Northeastern people. We arrived late at night and did not have dinner. The boss's wife even cooked for us personally. The boss and his wife are both very simple and kind people, good at talking and optimistic. This hotel in Erlanghe is really recommended for accommodation (¯▽¯)👍

MM9580****As a southerner, I've always longed to see snow, so I came to Jilin Harbin. I booked a tour, and the tour arranged a mixed-gender 'kang' (heated brick bed) for four! I heard that all accommodations in Snow Village are 'kangs,' which I really couldn't accept. So, I booked my own accommodation in Snow Village, and to my surprise, the environment at Shanyu was fantastic! It's newly renovated with a modern style, very clean and cozy. The staff member was also very enthusiastic, contacting me in advance for pickup and drop-off and helping with my luggage. Seriously, it was a great find!

MM382406****This hotel is located within the Snow Village scenic area, very close to all the attractions. A hotel butler will meet you at the shuttle bus stop for the Snow Village boardwalk entrance, help with your luggage, patiently explain the best places to visit, and enthusiastically assist with any issues you encounter. The hotel environment and cleanliness are also good, and they offer breakfast and a food heating service. If you're visiting Snow Village and want to stay within the area, I highly recommend this hotel. I didn't get any photos of the hotel, so I'll just use pictures of the scenic area instead. I rarely write positive reviews, but when I was planning my trip to Snow Village, I saw many posts saying it was a rip-off. I was actually a bit scared before I left. Maybe some travel agencies or private tour groups were intentionally creating anxiety to attract customers, but once I got there, it was actually pretty good. Overall, my experience was very positive.

MM486062****The room and bathroom were very clean, and the bed was huge—easily big enough for four or five people in a double room. It's not too far from Snow Town, and the landlady even arranged pick-up and drop-off to Snow Town, and could help book other transportation. The service was absolutely excellent, and the price was very reasonable, offering much better value than the hundreds you'd pay inside Snow Town. They also have stir-fries, iron pot stews, noodles, and dumplings available, which is very convenient.

The proprietress is a typical warm-hearted Northeasterner. She was incredibly enthusiastic and even upgraded us to their most luxurious presidential suite, valued at 3028 yuan!
1. **Location:** When choosing a hotel, location is key. The Snow Mushroom Hotel is right in the heart of the scenic area, near the big stone monument – a prime spot.
2. **Facilities & Design:** The decor and amenities are fantastic; anyone with a discerning eye would fall in love with it. There are three floor-to-ceiling windows, a Mediterranean-style design, two 2-meter king beds, and a 6-meter Northeastern 'kang' (heated bed). What's more, the room even has a swing chair and a tea table – pure luxury!
3. **Service:** Before we even set off, the hotel manager contacted me via Trip.com and created a WeChat group for Mr. Zhang's self-drive trip to Snow Town. They constantly updated us on road conditions and nearby attractions. Upon arrival, a staff member came to the parking lot to greet us and helped carry our two heaviest suitcases. In this freezing, snowy landscape, we felt a unique warmth.
4. **Overall Tip:** No matter where you travel, it's always best to go during the off-season. Fewer crowds, beautiful scenery, and great value for money.

JJTLJSlight glitches when we checked in but all in all it's a great experience & the host are very nice and hospitable. They make sure we are well taken care of and provide short introduction of the activities around the snow town.
The rooms are well decorated, cosy and very new. Rooms are A.I powered and each room are provided with 2 jackets (typical dongbei red flower jackets) which are surprising warm that keep out wind & retain heat well when I'm just on base layer. Jackets and caps are also provided in the lobby for guests for photo takings. Sleigh and snow moulds are provided free for the kids & and adults to play. Location wise they are situated rather far from bus dropoff point. However, on day of checkout their staff walked us to the station as we borrowed 2 sleighs to pull the kids out.

JJenicateoThe best decision we made for our trip to Snow Town was choosing the right hotel! As soon as we got off the car, we were touched by the thoughtfulness of Jingbei Hotel. The owner personally arranged free pick-up and drop-off, so we didn't have to worry about our heavy luggage at all. It was a super convenient journey from the station to the hotel.
After checking in, we were even more pleasantly surprised. The room was incredibly spacious, allowing us to move around freely even with our luggage, without feeling cramped at all. The most important thing was the amazing underfloor heating! After a day of playing in Snow Town, our hands and feet were freezing, but as soon as we entered the room, it instantly became warm and cozy. We didn't even need to bundle up like a dumpling to sleep at night; it was so comfortable we didn't want to get out of bed.
The hotel also has an elevator! For travelers like us with kids and heavy luggage, it was an absolute godsend, no more huffing and puffing up the stairs. The front desk staff were super nice and even thoughtfully recommended some off-the-beaten-path routes in Snow Town, and we had no bad experiences whatsoever.

GGuest UserThis is the first time I have written such a serious review. First of all, the hotel proprietress is very enthusiastic and answers questions as they come. After entering the snow village, you can take the scenic bus directly to the hotel according to the location sent by the store. Because the snowy road is very difficult to walk, remember to contact the hotel in advance to send the location. The hotel left the hotel early the next day. The car that the hotel helped to contact got up early to wait for us: they were afraid of wasting our time and were very responsible. Secondly, the hotel's catering chef. The price is compared to the outside, the same dishes are very favorable, and they are very authentic Northeastern dishes. Close your eyes and order. Don't step on thunder~ The room is very clean. Floor-to-ceiling windows. Good view. The bathroom is especially nice with dry and wet separation. This hotel is highly recommended. All aspects are good. We went at the end of the peak season. The price is also very good. It is highly recommended to come to the snow village snow season hotel.

DD12855****Overall, it exceeded my expectations. The price for a B&B within the scenic area was not expensive, at least relatively. Dining at the restaurant wasn't overpriced either. Given that transporting supplies to Snow Town is challenging, one shouldn't compare prices to market rates. The ingredients were fresh, and the taste was quite good. You could tell the owner put a lot of thought into the room's decor. From the window, you can see snow-covered houses, and the location is right in the heart of Xueyun Street. It's super convenient for stepping out to explore or take photos anytime. For someone who frequently stays in B&Bs inside scenic areas, this experience was excellent.

I like this hotel very much. There are only five plank road snow view rooms in Xuexiang, all of which are in this hotel. The housekeepers at the front desk are super nice. They will pick you up at the mountain gate. You can find the front desk if you need anything. It is very convenient and warm. And the location is also very good. It is also very close to the big stone tablet. It is very convenient to take the scenic area bus. Xuexiang is really good. The price is not as expensive as it is said. There are also many performances. It is recommended to wear a pair of non-slip and waterproof snow boots, and you must wear gloves 🧤 It is a must for the little fairy who is afraid of cold.
