Seriously, this Snow Town hotel is ridiculously close to the ski resort. I could sleep in an extra ten minutes in the morning ⏰, stroll over to the slopes, and still not be late. Ski fanatics, rejoice! 🥳
The Xichaxuan King Room I stayed in was absolutely fantastic! The room was clean and tidy, and the super soft bed made me never want to get up 🛌. The heating was incredibly powerful, completely saying goodbye to the damp cold of the south 👋! Disposable towels, toilet seat covers, and complimentary mineral water 🫙 – they thought of every single detail.
The most delightful surprise was the hotel's free activities! Playing 'splash water into ice' in sub-zero temperatures 💦, the moment the ice crystals flew everywhere was breathtakingly beautiful, simply magical ✨. They also had free sledges available, perfect for both seniors and kids. The crunching sound as it glided over the snow was pure winter happiness 🎿!
Add to that the free shuttle service and a hearty breakfast buffet 🍜, and it was such a comfortable and pleasant stay. I've already been raving about it to all my friends! ✌️✌️✌️

__WeChat263568****Choosing the right guesthouse in Hengdaohezi is absolutely key for a great trip, and this one made our vacation incredibly happy! The owner was super thoughtful; they communicated with us in advance about our pickup time and were waiting for us at the station, immediately helping with our luggage – it instantly warmed us up in the winter chill.
The guesthouse room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the snow view outside the window was incredibly calming. The biggest surprise was the extra activities: they provided free snow tubes, so we could enjoy the thrill of sliding in the snow right in the yard – both adults and kids had a blast. In the evening, the owner organized a bonfire party; everyone gathered around the fire, chatting and laughing, creating a lively and wonderful atmosphere.
The owner also enthusiastically shared local travel tips and food recommendations, being completely genuine and transparent throughout. Whether it was the service, environment, or activities, everything was impeccable. We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit Hengdaohezi, and I highly recommend it to anyone planning a snow trip!

AAnonymous UserGreat location to stay at... close to the scenic site, just a walk over. There are plenty of restaurants around as well as there's one in the hotel.
Reception was super helpful and warm, offering to book rides for us, as well as telling us of the complimentary breakfast, which we only tried on the second day as we headed out on the first early in the morning before breakfast was ready. Great spread of breakfast, too, when we tried the 2nd day.
The room was very spacious, and we enjoyed the Mahjong table... hand a game or two during the late night.
The room was clean and comfortable.
It is likely one of the best hotels to stay near the north gate of JinPoHu.

PProsecco womenA very good hotel for such a small Chinese city👍🏼The rooms are non-smoking, clean with daily cleaning, the mattress is comfortable, soaps and toiletries in large quantities with the aroma of green tea (very pleasant), breakfasts are quite varied and tasty, a beautiful reception and recreation area (this area is smoked). They checked us in before 2 pm (we arrived at about 10 am) without any extra charge or waiting.

The interior decoration is exquisite, and it seems to have the ingenuity of ”carving out the Qionglou with meticulous care”; the utensils are arranged regularly, showing the meticulousness of ”the windows are bright and clean without any dust”. The owner is warm and hospitable, and answers every inquiry in detail, as if meeting old friends again, very cordial. When you wake up in the morning, you can see the glow through the gauze, and when you return home in the evening, you can hear the breeze blowing through the curtains. Accommodation here is not only a place to rest, but also a place for the soul, where you can forget your worries and enjoy peace. It is really the best choice.

GGuest UserI came to Hengdaohezi for a long time. I also chose Xinya Hotel for a long time in terms of accommodation. I saw on Xiaohongshu that the hygiene was great, and the boss’s service attitude was very good. The most consequential thing was that I didn’t step on thunder. We are not familiar with the route boss and carefully divided the route for us, where we need to pay attention. The next day we also played splashing water into ice, the boss also told us the best location haha, in short, a very pleasant stay experience, there is nothing wrong with choosing Xinya Hotel, recommended!

NNaraxiaolvThis is probably the best value-for-money hotel in Xuexiang. The rooms are fully smart, with two floor-to-ceiling windows! Very clean. The hotel offers luggage pickup and drop-off, a water-to-ice splashing experience, and even provides local cotton-padded jackets in the rooms. Plastic sleds for kids to play with are also free. The toiletries in the room are complete, and the service is very attentive. I'd definitely stay here again next time. The only minor issue is that the WiFi is a bit slow.

GGuest UserThe room was better than I expected, and there was a large kang (heated bed) that could sleep three people, which also served as a great activity space. The entire house was smart-enabled. Xiao Bin, the hotel manager, was incredibly enthusiastic. He contacted us even before we arrived, arranged a driver for transfers throughout our stay, and even helped us purchase a package ticket for the Ice and Snow Gallery and Da** Mountain. When we arrived in Snow Village, he proactively came to pick us up and drop us off, and even offered a complimentary 'splash water into ice' experience. On our last day, as we were leaving early, he arranged for eggs to be prepared for our breakfast in advance.
