Before setting off, I read a lot of posts about Xuexiang. We were worried about the dirty food and accommodation all the way with our children, so we made complete preparations. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the B&B we had chosen. There was no smell in the room and toilet, the beds were clean, and the pillows were I brought all the condoms with me, and I didn’t change them because they smelled good. A humidifier was also provided, and the snowy scenery outside the window was beautiful. The boss is very nice, and he provides free snow equipment, free flower jackets, and everything else. I missed the breakfast that ended at 8:30 and had two main meals. The food was delicious and there were no flaws. On the first day we arrived in Xuexiang, we stayed at the Xueyun Holiday Hotel. I felt so bad when I checked in that I immediately decided to change hotels. After the change, I felt super satisfied. There were three adults and one child in total. We stayed in a quadruple room. The room and bathroom were very good. It's big and clean, especially the male boss is super nice. He took the initiative to pick us up and help with our luggage. The boss's food is delicious, the price is reasonable, and the portions are sufficient. The boss also provides free coats, crampons, gloves, and sleds. Playing with snow toys was great. I stayed at his house for two nights. I will stay there again next time.

The room was much cleaner than expected! The boss is also very nice. He patiently answered all my questions before I went, and also helped to book chartered cars and tickets for attractions. Children especially like their dumplings!

I chose this one because the reviews were pretty good. I always knew that Xuexiang was only doing one-time transactions and there were no repeat customers, so there was no service at all! From check-in to departure, it was always good. The room was not big, but it was OK. The location was not very good, but there was a big slope at the door, suitable for children to sledding! However, when we finally left, the waiter who checked the room insisted that we soiled the sheets and had to pay for it! At first glance, it looks like a usual routine. . . The code was correct and we had to rush the car, so we didn't have time to argue with the store, so three or four people gathered around and talked about it. It couldn't be washed off, and the price was clearly marked again. . . ! I insist not to pay! I won’t come again, and I won’t encourage this kind of trend! The stains turned white after washing. . .
