Dreamy garden, brand-new room facilities, the waiters are all handsome men and beautiful women. Except for the restaurant I want to go to, I just have a rest. It's a little regretful. I can still stay here if I have a chance to pass by next time.
Very nice hotel!
We have booked our stay to enjoy and relax in the pool and steam room. Service was great everything was available for us all the time. Pool open from 8 am till 8pm, plenty of time to use it. Not very crowded. Staff very friendly, bar food available and too many options to choose something tasty. Restaurants nicely decorated and no problems with booking. Really worthy to visit.
From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel truly valued as guests.
The hotel itself is set in stunning grounds, offering a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. Our room was beautifully presented—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a relaxing stay. It’s clear that attention to detail has been prioritized.
One of the standout highlights was the spa. The facilities were excellent, and the atmosphere was tranquil—perfect for unwinding. The pool area was spotless, and the treatments were first-class, leaving us feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
Dining at the hotel was also a fantastic experience. The food was beautifully prepared, full of flavor, and served with a smile. It’s evident that the team takes great pride in the quality of their service.
Overall, I’m delighted to say that Voco Lythe Hill Hotel & Spa has more than redeemed itself in my eyes. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with top-notch service. Can’t wait to return!
I spent a total of three days at the Hotel whilst on a work trip which included needing some time to do computer based work in the evenings. It turned out to be the perfect place to stay. A comfortable and quiet room with all the facilities you could ask for, a great breakfast with friendly staff and a kind of 'make yourself at home' feel about the place.
I did not use the restaurant as I was working late but did enjoy pie and mash ordered from the bar area one evening, (along with a pint), and both went down a treat. There is a health spa there too so next time I will remember to pack my swim shorts. All in all it was an extremely pleasant stay and I saved money by booking through Trip.com too.
We live fairly local but decided to stay here as my daughter & her friends prom was at the wine estate local to the hotel, we wanted to make our girls prom a little more special.
Staff we’re very helpful friendly went above and beyond to make our stay perfect Cold water in fridge fans in the room and the weather has been hot. Food we ordered from the menu in our room was great & friends eat in the bar area which was also very good. I would recommend and would definitely stay here again.
love it hotel, very convenient as there's any shop nearby just walk within few minutes. Breakfast is good and delicious and definite will choose this hotel again.
OMG, what can I say about this hotel? The hotel is beautiful, but the room is so small. Two people are fighting each other even if they turn around, and the luggage cannot be opened. There are two chairs, but there is no room for legs. No more, the bathroom is even smaller. Well, I went to live in a servant's room in a large manor. After staying for two nights, there was no cleaning service, towels were not changed, and there was no mineral water. The problem with all these hotels in the UK is that they have to set a specific time for breakfast, which is troublesome. The breakfast environment is very beautiful and quaint, but there are actually very few breakfast varieties. It’s nothing more than a continental breakfast or Bank Dick eggs or Spanish omelette or something like that
We had a lovely stay and it is worth highlighting the staff who all were very friendly and service orientated. We would have written expressing our admiration for the staff if you hadn’t sent a survey
There are two reasons for booking this hotel. First, it is close to Heathrow Airport and driving for half an hour. Second, the next morning, I will go to a big junk market next to Amoy. The hotel is in a good environment, just a few steps to the banks of the River Thames, parking is free, the room is quiet, breakfast is good.

GGuest UserWe booked this hotel so we could use the steam room and hot tub however both were out of order for 3 days which was the duration of our stay. The food in the hotel - the service was appauling I waited 1.5 hours for a vegan beef wellington to then be brought a caulifour risotto which I didnt order and was given the excuse that the chef didnt have enough time / it would take too long to make a vegan wellingotn- even though it was a sunday roast meal and they knew I didnt eat meat 4 hours before the meal and I was told originally I would have to wait 10 minutes for my wellington after queing up at the cavery- so all I had to eat were sides. The room was great- and hotel immaculate

QQIUFANGThe hotel is nice and small, but European hotels do. The breakfast buffet is 12 pounds and 15 minutes away by taxi from the centre of the UK. Just ask the front desk for help. You can't take a bus or walk because the doorway of the hotel is a lane without pedestrians, which is very dangerous. Going back to the graduation ceremony, the hotel in the town is either fully booked or too expensive, so I set it a little farther. Not far away is the new lands corner, the scenery is super good, you can drive there in 5 minutes
