Price: cheap Location: good, walking distance to the mrt but the walkway is quite dark at night, not suitable for solo travelers The room: spacious but a bit run down. Can see the carpet and some of the furniture were old. The beds were soft and comfy but the pillows were quite thin

Stayed here recently and had a pretty solid experience 👍. Location's great, super close to LRT Asia Jaya so getting around was a breeze 🚆. Rooms were clean and comfy, staff were friendly and helpful 😄. Only thing was WiFi was a bit iffy at times, but didn't ruin the stay. Breakfast buffet was decent too. Overall, good value for money, would stay again 👍.

We had a really pleasant stay at Paxtonz Premium Suites Petaling Jaya. The room was spotless and very well maintained. You can tell they take cleanliness seriously, which made us feel comfortable right away. The amenities were excellent, especially the pool and gym facilities, which were clean and enjoyable to use. The location is decent and convenient enough to get around Petaling Jaya, though you may need a short drive to reach some main attractions or malls. Service was generally good, staff were polite and helpful when we needed assistance, though there’s a bit of room for improvement in responsiveness. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, especially for couples. We would definitely consider staying here again for a short getaway.

Honestly, the first thing that stood out was the self-check-in kiosk, which was not functioning well. There was a staff member sitting there but only assisted when the machine malfunctioned, instead of proactively helping. The location is good, about 20 minutes from the airport, making it suitable for staying one night before or after a trip. The room was moderately clean and acceptable for the price. There is also a 24-hour mamak stall nearby, so getting food is not a concern. Overall, it’s a decent budget stay for short-term transit.

Everything about This hôtel was amazing my kinds regards to the staff especially Fara at the reception who was very Kind and helpful , i recommand this place , the room was clean , confortable with everything you need , the food at the indulge restaurant was amazing the breakfast choice was insane , so many options and really tasty . I really enjoyed the pool and the gym who was really clean with all the necessary .

The room was very clean, tidy, comfortable, and beautiful. The front desk upgraded our room type, and we enjoyed a complimentary dinner—perfect! We also enjoyed the art exhibition on the second floor! It's connected to Terminal 1, and the electric shuttle service is very convenient!

The hotel environment is really nice and comfortable. You can enjoy beautiful views, and it feels like a vacation without even leaving the city. The staff are very friendly and the location is excellent, really close to the mall.

Front desk was super smelly , toilet smell.. with flies.. check in process was slow.. Swimming pool water was smelly and too much chlorine.. Breakfast was average, not tasty Kids bed was not cleaned properly, itchy.. toilet small and door was not done properly... View was good, deco room okay

Surprise with earlier check in! Service up to standard, at least able to handle simple question like location, explain to how go swimming pool. Attentive with my lost expression.- helpful Small incident Day 1, for room cleaning- did not clean the two cups Day 2, water bottle - I broken the open (like canned opener), they replaced it with plastic mineral bottle Small sofa, materials seems not recommended- causing itchy skin.. not sure due to.. me or the sofa materials or the hygiene. Aircond seems quite cool.. luckily is adjustable. Refurbish at the acceptable level. Overall feel moderate not antique. Walking to shopping mall is the best for choosing the place. Good sound proof too.

The hotel is great, right next to i-City Mall, making it my first choice for business trips in this area. The food is also good, though the breakfast buffet selection is a bit limited; everything else is fine!
