NAMR..Good budget stay in Kuala Lumpur. The room offers a nice view and is comfortable for a short trip. The swimming pool is decent and well-maintained.
Check-in was smooth, but the room floor was slightly wet when I arrived around 3 PM, likely due to recent cleaning. One issue encountered was the safety lock, which suddenly engaged by itself and couldnāt be opened from outside. Thankfully, the maintenance staff responded quickly and helped resolve it.
Parking is available but comes with an extra charge.
Overall, still a value-for-money option with decent facilities, but there is room for improvement in maintenance and room readiness.

Guest UserI had a wonderful stay at Mutiara Ville, Cyberjaya. The room was clean, spacious, and very well maintained, making it extremely comfortable throughout my stay. The highlight was definitely the awesome cityscape view ā waking up to the skyline and enjoying the lights at night was truly refreshing and relaxing.
The amenities were excellent and thoughtfully provided. The building offers great facilities, including a well-equipped gym, swimming pool, and secure access, which added a lot of convenience and peace of mind. Everything was easily accessible and well managed.
Overall, Mutiara Ville is a great place to stay in Cyberjaya, especially if you enjoy a beautiful city view combined with modern amenities and a calm environment. I would highly recommend it for both short and long stays.

Seng TatThe hotel is quite clean and nice.
I booked for a night king bed room. The room is spacious and clean, quite nice.
However, there is no plug point besides the bed, only have usb port where not all electrical charger is fit and cannot be used.
For the toilet, the water draining system is bad, cannot drain water at all during showering.
For the access card given, one cannot open the door. I went to reception and inform the issue, the receptionist checked and asked another staff to assist me to my room and help me open. We walked till my room and the card cannot open as well. The staff then told me is because of the lock has running out of battery, need another 10 minutes to go down and get physical key to open the door. He then brought the manager comes and she could open the door with her card. So eventually is the second access card problem. I not sure the problem is with the receptionist or the lock got problem. Not a pleasant experience to kee me waiting standing outside my room for them to sort the issue

Ashikin FadzilThe unit itself is clean and fully furnished, which I appreciate. However, there are several serious issues that the owner should address before accepting future guests.
1. Air-conditioning issue (major concern)
Please ensure the air-conditioner is properly fixed before hosting guests. During our stay, the unit became extremely hot, especially at night and even worse after sunrise. I was travelling with my elderly parents, and it was honestly uncomfortable and distressing to see them sweating while trying to sleep. This is not a minor inconvenience, it significantly affected our stay.
2. Inadequate cooling for unit size
The unit is spacious, even IF the air-conditioner had been working, one small AC unit is clearly insufficient to cool the entire space. With the AC not functioning properly, the situation became unbearable.
3. Serious bathroom privacy and safety issues
Both bathrooms have critical privacy concerns. One bathroom has a floor-to-ceiling frosted glass window, but one panel has lost its frosting, creating a large clear section where anyone could see someone showering.
The second bathroom has a large unfrosted window near the top, facing the hallway. I personally checked from outside, and it is possible to see clearly into the bathroom.
This is a serious safety and privacy issue, not a cosmetic flaw. These problems should be fixed immediately before allowing any other guests to stay.
4. Deposit amount and payment method
The security deposit is very high, almost equivalent to the rental cost, which already feels unreasonable. What made it worse is that the deposit was required to be transferred outside the booking platform via WhatsApp. The full check-in guide was only release after transfer is made.
One of the main reasons people use trusted platforms like Trip, Agoda, Booking or similar services is for safety and protection on both sides. I had already paid in full through the platform, and all my personal details were available there. Being pressured to transfer a large deposit outside the platform puts guests at unnecessary risk and defeats the purpose of using a secure booking system.
I hope the owner takes this feedback seriously as an opportunity to improve, rather than dismissing it. With proper fixes and more transparent practices, this unit has potential but in its current condition, the experience was disappointing.

Thereās something truly special about staying in a hotel room that instantly makes you feel at home. From the moment I stepped inside, I was welcomed by a calm, elegant, and thoughtfully designed space. Every detail reflects comfort and sophistication, creating the perfect environment to relax after a productive day.
One feature that immediately caught my attention was this beautiful white wingback chair. Its timeless design, soft leather finish, and classic button-tufted backrest add a touch of luxury to the room. Positioned beside the floor-to-ceiling curtains, it creates a quiet little corner thatās perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee, reading a book, or simply taking a moment to reflect.
The roomās warm lighting complements the neutral color palette, creating a peaceful and inviting atmosphere. The plush carpet, comfortable furnishings, and spacious layout make it easy to unwind, whether youāre here for business or leisure. Every element has been carefully chosen to provide both style and functionality.
A great hotel isnāt just about having a place to sleepāitās about creating an experience. This room delivers exactly that: comfort, elegance, and tranquility. Itās the kind of space where you can recharge, stay productive, and truly enjoy your time away from home. Without a doubt, this has been one of the most comfortable and aesthetically pleasing hotel rooms Iāve stayed in, and it has made my trip even more memorable.

aDAa zAInWorth the price.
Thereās no carpet, and the floor can feel quite cold. Indoor slippers are not provided, so if you donāt like walking directly on tiled floors, itās best to bring your own slippers.
A nice place for a short vacation.
The building at the back looks a bit scary, but thereās actually nothing frightening about it.
There are pickleball and badminton courts downstairs.
Highly recommended.
Parking: Basement parking is available at RM6 per day (Touch 'n Go payment accepted). š
