Overall it is a pleasant experience staying in LK Pandanaran. I certainly would vouch value for money staying here. What I can provide here is areas for improvement to the Hotel Operator. There was a slight leak in shower head connector. Breakfast menu needs more variety rather than auto repeat daily, and freshness of salad bar/green condiments can be improved. All of which is not a deal breaker. Location, cleanliness, service, facilities - are all good. Would definitely repeat my stay here next time.
It’s my first stay in Louise Kienne Pemuda. I love the fact that it is located in the centre of the city and it is literally next to a shopping mall, only 2 minutes walk, I can actually see the mall through my hotel window. The lobby was clean, the security guard was very respectful, the front desk lady was helpful, I requested room on the high floor and they provided me with my request. The roof top pool is probably what makes this hotel so famous, at night, you can view the whole Semarang city. The house keeping staff was also helpful.
Their breakfast is mostly Indonesian and very few western choices. Not my best breakfast experience but overall I am not complaining because they perform good service.
Location is excellent. Around 15 mins exit Kali Kangkung toll road. But the I think for 4 stars hotel there's much to be improved such as : swimming pool is quite dirty, breakfast needs to be improved, sound proof treatment needs to be improved because the sounds from the alley are quite loud heard inside the room. Overall quite ok
Good:
- Friendly staff
- Spacious room
- Spacious bathroom
- Nice hot shower
- Soundproofing windows
- Great bed and pillows
Bad:
- Nothing 👍🏼
The mosque is right out the door, so the noise can be loud. But inside the room, the sound level is tolerable.
Second time stay at Padma hotel very satisfied, clean hotel, big room, all staff are nice and helpfull, many atraction for guest and also Children, big swimmimg pool and like the yoga class in the morning..will come back again when go to semarang
All is well, but we have a not good experience with the bathroom water that suddenly dirty, the engineering already fix it until late night, i appreciate that, hopefully the hotel can make a mitigation on it before happen again
The hotel is good, room is clean, staff is helpful. But their parking lot is no.1 worst parking lot in the world. It’s extremely small and narrow. I don’t know what was going through their mind when they built it. If you have such a big car, don’t ever think to bring it inside. Try to park outside or somewhere else. But overall no complaints regarding the service.
As expected from a four-star hotel. Although the room is a bit small, the modern décor is stylish and very comfortable. Both the reception staff in the lobby and the housekeeping team were extremely professional. Overall, it truly deserves a five-star rating, instead of four.
AAnonymous UserGood room, breakfast, service, and access. Maybe, you can increase the lighting on the room, it's little bit too dark I think. But overall, it's a good job! 👍
SSugitoHotel is situated in a good location, but hotel is a bit old and needs renovation, the room have a old wed smell to it. But the staff was friendly and service was good, breakfast alot to choose from but quality was not so good. Better smaller selection but improve quality of food.
DDrThe room is very small, but it's fine for a short stay. They do have a common area with free tea and coffee, which is a nice touch. However, what I didn’t like was the number of staff present during breakfast. It felt like they were watching what we ate too closely, which made me uncomfortable—almost as if they thought we were going to steal something. It would be better if guests were made to feel more relaxed and trusted.
GGuest UserI can't find any other word to describe this Hotel that fits more than Exceed Expectation.
I stayed here for six nights, and almost every day, the Housekeeper made some cute animal towels in the room, not to mention that the room was brand new and sparkly clean.
Let's talk about Breakfast. I was surprised by how wide the varieties of Breakfast were, starting from authentic Solo delicacies, Indonesian dishes, and some Western options. Aside from that, all of them were Yummy!
For the price I paid. Worth the bucks. If I compare it with some hotels I have stayed in outside Indonesia, Solia Zigna is still the winner.
On the second day of my stay, I remember the staff from Front Desk sent me some chocolate to the room, talking about exceptional service! Thank you so much.
I would say this Hotel is very suitable for someone who wants to chill on holiday and make a short business trip to Solo. Next to the Hotel building, there is Canting Londo Restaurant, the perfect place to set up some business meetings or meet up with some clients. Later it's nice to walk around Kampung Batik Laweyan, Located right behind the Hotel (exit from the Front Desk door ).
Overall this Hotel deserved Five stars review from me.
For the Price - Location - Food and Beverage - and Service, IT SO WORTHED!
See you again Solia Zigna. Thank you for everything
PS: One little note, I wish they provide plant base milk for a Lactose Intolerance person like me.
( even if it's not free but at least they provide some )
but no Judge, most restaurant or Coffee shop in Solo doesn't have Plant base milk.
AAnonymous UserThis is always my first choice for me whenever I travel to solo. I love the cleanliness and fast check in process. However the parking space is very limited but they have extra space across the road right in front of the hotel.
GGuest UserThe location is very close to the department store, but when I entered the room, I saw women's hair on the pillow. The WiFi signal in my room was very good, but the signal in my friend's room was very poor and there was often no signal . My room shower gel and shampoo are normal, but my friend's room shower gel and shampoo are diluted with water
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is good, the facilities are complete, only parking is lacking, especially for motorbikes. Yesterday I was staying on a motorbike, it was raining at night, my helmet was all wet. Maybe that's the suggestion

KKang卂乙丨乙the location is amazing.. around 600m from the poncol station...
walking a little is not tiring
there are also many food stalls around
for fairly clean facilities
the towel is rather gloomy
the water is hot, just a little warm
the water sprays well
oh yes for the price of 200k
There is already a mayan android tv
Sorry, breakfast is not included yet
