Super super great location, close to Lawang Sewu, a mall, and a bus station. A cathedral and an army museum are within walking distance (tho you can skip the museuk tbh). Staffs are great, very polite, helpful, and quick to offer solutions. Quite loyal with the food and they provide water in the corridors. With that price, ofc there will be some setbacks, amenities are minimal, no fridge, no hair dryer (you can ask them directly), but they do provide water bottle everyday. Overall a great service and a pleasant stay

The hotel is nice, the rooms are big, the mattresses are soft, and the facilities are very good for families, there is a children's playground and a swimming pool. I personally don't like the parking location because it's quite narrow and initially quite confusing. I also dislike the breakfast because the food options are very few. maybe for the next order I will not include breakfast. Very good and strategic location.

Booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. Spectacular view when you wake up in the morning. Breakfast spread was great for both days. There is a small playground beside their cafe that my kids could play as well. Service was awesome. Will come again if I visit Solo again.

Abrikri Village has provided excellent services during our stay in Dieng, Wonosobo. Starting from the pre-departure service when the staff member contacted me personally to assist our reservation for 16 people— especially when I asked their assistance to arrange our breakfast mode to be made at 2AM due to our specific agenda. When we have arrived at the Abriki Village, they were very responsive in accommodating our reservation by making the check-in process hazzle-free. The staff members were also really acommodating our needs, showcasing a true-identity of Javanese welcoming services. The Villa is actually even BETTER than the pictures. The rooms are very clean and spacious, especially the Three-Bedroom Villa and the Two-Bedroom Villa. The in-room and out-room facilities work properly without any issues. Our family also had no issues on the wifi provided as it can be accessed in all the area of the Villa. As for the breakfast, even though the breakfast menu are quite standard as it serves the basic Indonesian buffet style, yet our family really enjoyed the food and beverages provided. The location for the Villa is also convenient as it’s located 5 minutes from Alun-alun of Wonosobo City and 40-50 minutes to reach Puncak Sikunir Dieng. For me personally, this villa deserves a 5-star due to its excellent services, facilities, and locations. However, there are still rooms of improvement, such as additional services like Netflix for each room, more varieties of breakfast option, and the balcony/terrace of 3-bedroom and 2-bedroom villa’s entrance that should have a roof that would cover us from the rain when entering the villa. Nevertheless, if I had chance to go back to Dieng, Wonosobo, I would CERTAINLY BE DELIGHTED to stay again at the Abriki Village again. That’s for sure. There is a noticeable precision in how everything operates—from the smooth check-in process to the overall atmosphere of calm efficiency. It’s clear that someone is paying close attention to the finer points that many hotels overlook. The staff deserve special recognition. They are consistently polite, professional, and impressively efficient without ever feeling rushed or impersonal. Service here strikes that rare balance between warmth and competence. Breakfast is another highlight—genuinely exceptional. The quality, variety, and presentation go beyond what you would typically expect at this level, turning what is often a routine meal into something to look forward to each morning. Location-wise, it’s hard to fault. Perfectly positioned for exploring Solo, everything feels conveniently within reach. All things considered, the 3-star rating is genuinely surprising. By international standards, this hotel comfortably performs at a 4-star level, if not beyond in certain aspects. FIM by Zigna is a standout example of what happens when strong management, attention to detail, and genuine care for the guest experience come together.

I have been staying at this hotel for a long time and it has always been one of my familiar choices whenever I visit the area. The location is convenient and the overall atmosphere still feels comfortable and welcoming. However, it is a bit unfortunate that the hotel is starting to show its age. Some facilities seem a little old compared to before. Last night was slightly difficult because there was a loud fan or machine noise coming from outside, which made it a bit hard to sleep. I hope the hotel can check this issue because it could affect guests staying in nearby rooms. Aside from that small inconvenience, my stay was generally satisfying. The staff were friendly as usual and the service was reliable. I still appreciate the comfort and memories I have had here over the years, and I hope the hotel will continue to maintain and improve its facilities in the future.

The room is very small, but it's fine for a short stay. They do have a common area with free tea and coffee, which is a nice touch. However, what I didn’t like was the number of staff present during breakfast. It felt like they were watching what we ate too closely, which made me uncomfortable—almost as if they thought we were going to steal something. It would be better if guests were made to feel more relaxed and trusted.

In terms of atmosphere, this hotel actually met our expectations quite well, especially as we prefer a place that is not too crowded, with a natural tropical landscape and an ethnic-rustic architectural style. The room size was also quite spacious, noticeably larger than a typical hotel room. Another plus point was the Smart TV, which made the children happy as they could watch Netflix comfortably. However, we were rather disappointed with the condition of the room, particularly the bathroom. There was a strong unpleasant odor, similar to a septic tank smell, coming from the toilet/WC area, which was quite disturbing and affected our comfort during the stay. The bathroom also seemed poorly maintained, as seen from the cracked/chipped toilet water tank. In addition, the bathroom ceiling looked untidy and appeared to be sagging on one side. Another issue that bothered us was the presence of many large black ants inside the room, especially around food. The swimming pool was also not very comfortable, as the chlorine level seemed too high, causing irritation to the eyes and nose when exposed to the water. As for the restaurant, the food variety was rather limited. What surprised us even more was that omelets or eggs were limited to one portion per guest. Overall, we believe this hotel has good potential in terms of atmosphere, concept, and room size. However, for a 3-star boutique hotel with a rate of around IDR 900,000 per night, the condition of the facilities and the overall stay experience did not feel proportionate. In our opinion, the hotel is somewhat overpriced.

I had a very pleasant stay here. One of the best things about this place was the location because it was very close to the shopping mall, making it easy and convenient to buy food, shop, and spend time without traveling far. The staff members were also very kind, welcoming, and always ready to help whenever I had questions or needed assistance. Their warm attitude made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. The room was clean and the atmosphere was relaxing. Overall, it was a great experience and I would happily visit again in the future.
