Check-in was smooth and easy. Concierge were always helpful. The quadruple room was comfortable and suitable for our stay. However, in terms of space, it was just enough for four people and felt a little tight, especially with our luggage. Overall, the room was still comfortable and practical. There was a wide variety of dishes to choose from with limited option to suit different tastes. Distance is the main reason for me choosing this hotel. The walk from the hotel lobby to the tower entrance takes no more than 3 minutes, and from there, it’s only about a 2-minute walk to the mosque entrance. The walk was mostly indoor which is a plus point during summer.

Their kindness and dedication genuinely make you feel happy and welcomed from the very first moment. They go above and beyond to serve guests and make the stay as smooth and comfortable as possible, especially the reception team, who were incredibly professional, helpful, and courteous. 2. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of options, and the room was absolutely amazing—beautiful, comfortable, and prepared to a very high standard. 3. One of the most outstanding features of this hotel, especially if you choose the Gold stay option, is the private prayer area overlooking the Kaaba. This is truly a remarkable privilege, as it allows you to perform all your prayers in a peaceful atmosphere away from the crowds. In addition, there is a private entrance and dedicated elevators that take you directly to the Haram, which adds an exceptional level of convenience and comfort to the entire experience. 4. The afternoon lounge was also excellent, both in terms of atmosphere and service. I was especially impressed by the female staff there, who were highly dedicated, respectful, modest, and genuinely committed to providing outstanding service. 5. In short, this was a truly memorable stay in every way. My sincere thanks and appreciation to all the staff for their hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail. I will definitely stay at this hotel again many times in the future, and they have my warmest regards and gratitude.

My stay at the InterContinental Jeddah (IHG) far exceeded my expectations! The location is absolutely superb, right on the Red Sea coast, and within walking distance of the Corniche. My balcony offered a direct view of King Fahd's Fountain, which was a spectacular sight at night. The room itself was spacious and elegant, with comfortable bedding and excellent cleanliness. The service was professional and warm; both the front desk and concierge were very prompt in their responses. Breakfast was a lavish spread, featuring a great mix of Western, Chinese, and Arabic cuisines. The outdoor pool, gym, and spa facilities are all top-notch. It's truly perfect for both business and leisure travelers – definitely my top choice in Jeddah!

The staff, reception, service, cleanliness, and everything else were truly excellent. Honestly, I'll definitely be coming back again, and your prices are fantastic!

The hotel is beautiful and comfortable, with an excellent location overlooking the sea, the promenade, and the corniche. I'd like to thank Mr. Marwan for his professional service. We were also happy to receive an upgrade.

I had a very pleasant stay at Sunday Hotel Jeddah. The location is excellent—within comfortable walking distance of the Philippine Embassy and several other embassies, which makes it extremely convenient for travelers with consular appointments or official visits. The Ramadan hospitality was especially commendable. Both the Iftar and Sahoor meals were delicious, well-prepared, and offered a good variety, creating a warm and welcoming experience for guests observing the fast. Overall, the hotel provides great convenience, good service, and satisfying dining, making it a highly suitable choice for visitors to this area of Jeddah.

The truth is, their work is clean and their facilities are great. The problem is the closing time of the facilities; there's no nightlife, which is a favorite among the people here.

The people were very kind, helping me in any cost. Everything were super amazing! The buses and shuttle provided was super excellent!! All the staff were very kind ! Thanks to receptionist counter staff, thanks to kitchen staff, even the cleaners also we veryy kind!! I love them so much! Thanks to Siddiq and another his friends because helping me to keep my luggage and thing during i performing umrah before check in and after check out. Hebba receptionist calming me during my check out because im crying to say goodbye to Makkah! Everything was super AMAZINGG!! I definitely will come at this hotel again. 🤍🤍🤍

There’s a genuine issue with the lifts - before and after prayer times, expect to wait 10-20 minutes. The room I booked had a kitchen but no utensils, making it impractical to cook. The breakfast buffet offers very limited choices - usually just one gravy dish, with the rest mostly sauces and salads. The dining area staff were few and unresponsive, and it’s hard to get assistance when needed. Food quality also falls short of what you’d expect from a 5-star hotel. On the positive side, the hotel’s location is unbeatable — the entrance to the Mataf is right in front, and there’s a food court and shopping mall within the same building, so everything you need is under one roof.
