AAlicia RaffoneFriday we got there got to check in early which was great we was on the 8th floor view was great I out the air at 65F bout two clock after hours being gone at 6 clock the room was hot I called down the first desk no problem I’ll have mateinice come right up two hours later nothing I called back down and talk to someone else they insure me that someone will be up an hour I called down and said since no one is coming can I get extra blankets so I can sleep on the floor 450 for a night and they brought the blankets up in no time, very not happy

DDajianalidaolasipaermasitangxianzuI forgot to take pictures. The location of this hotel is pretty good. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the subway and about 15 minutes to Chinatown. It is within 5 kilometers from the city center. The room is quite big and clean. The breakfast is simple and cost-effective.

SSteven nguyen 1990The hotel is beautiful and clean, located right in the city center. However, the service from the baggage handling staff was not enthusiastic; we had to carry our own luggage into the hotel, find our own luggage in the storage room, and carry it out to the car ourselves.

GGuest UserThe room is large and there is almost no airplane noise. The airport pick-up is at T2 CLL, which runs every 40 minutes (it is recommended that this be reflected in the hotel). It is a 5-minute walk from the CTA Blue Line. Please note that the subway ticket does not give change. It takes an hour to get to the city center. It is very convenient.
Facilities: You have to go to the front desk to get a toothbrush and slippers in the room. There is no kettle. There is a swimming pool downstairs, which is comfortable but relatively old.
Hygiene: Most of it is OK, but the details are so-so.
Environment: There is nothing to visit around, but it is very quiet.
Service: The front desk service is OK, and the restaurant service is OK. It is recommended to book a room with breakfast. The housekeeping service is bad. No tip, no service.

Recommended for those who pursue a convenient location. The service facilities are also good. It is quite satisfactory. You can also order takeout and leave it at the front desk.

DDimel HarderLocation is good with a beautiful view. Just a heads up bring your own slipper and dental kit and drinking water because they don’t have complimentary of such. Overall we had a great sleep and we enjoyed our stay.

However, Ctrip completely failed to inform me that, besides the $15 city tax, there was also a $4 miscellaneous fee, and what's even more infuriating, a compulsory $25 charge. The staff member who checked me in deliberately withheld this information. After checking out, my card was then hit with exorbitant charges.

AAnonymous UserSkilled check-in-check-out service was good. The breakfast was good, but it was a bit distracting and didn't feel luxurious. The room was nice, but the soundproofing wasn't good so it was very noisy. There were days when it was especially noisy even after midnight.
