Great
LLaurieLoved my stay overall. There was a champagne offering upon arrival which was wonderful. After a long drive from Michigan, it was well received and completely set the tone for the type of stay we would be experiencing. View from Room 2754 breathtaking. A welcome fruit basket was provided for our 35th anniversary stay. Ample Trump water provided. Location - Best in the City. Housekeeping was Outstanding. Reception staff were perfection. The view in Room 2754 blew away my expectations and I will stay here again in the future. Job well done Trump Hotel staff! A few things that would improve the experience are: Provide 2 Barstools for the rooms with a kitchenette island. We had to eat on the low coffee table. Replace barn door with normal door on bathroom. Privacy factor low due to the crack opening. Provide Non-Stick cooking spray for guests who use the cookware. It was awful cleaning eggs from the skillet. Invest in a few Real Dishcloths for the kitchenette. A normal Keurig coffee maker would be better than just espresso. The location was Best in the City. I highly recommend staying here! Thank you. Laurie & Kevin St.Pierre .

DDajianalidaolasipaermasitangxianzuI forgot to take pictures. The location of this hotel is pretty good. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the subway and about 15 minutes to Chinatown. It is within 5 kilometers from the city center. The room is quite big and clean. The breakfast is simple and cost-effective.

GGuest UserThis place is conveniently located close to the airport with all facilities, which was great. The pool water was warm, perfect for swimming with kids. There's also a water dispenser and unlimited bottled water available on the first floor.

GGuest UserThe location of the accommodation is really good. It is close to the city center, so it is good to walk around the famous tourist attractions until late at night. It is good for family trips because you can eat simple food, and the breakfast is also good~

GGuest UserWe recently stayed at the Holiday Inn O'Hare Area and had a fantastic experience! From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly. The front desk staff were friendly, professional, and went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable. The room was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere—perfect for getting a good night's rest before my flight. The hotel also has a well-maintained fitness center, which was an added bonus.Overall, the value for money at this Holiday Inn is excellent. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient, clean, and comfortable stay near O'Hare Airport. I will definitely stay here again

GGuest UserThe location is good but the air conditioner in the room is too noisy. And every morning, the noise of the cleaning lady chatting at the door of the room is deafening. People with mild allergies should be careful when staying here.

GGemiNOTthe1Pretty good spot if you’re there for a short bit. Just know your roommates are at the hostel’s discretion if you’re in a group of 3 or less in a quad room.

DDanson17I've never had such an experience before. In my whole life I barely give 2 stars feedback to property, honestly I just wanna give 1 star feedback but the residents are friendly and nice that why I add one more star for them. The location is really convenient, room setting is super clean and organization. However, the black old lady who works at front desk is really mean and rude, she tried to bully me when I was checking in. Her service attitude likes she's guest I'm staff, and I owed her money, too. After check in my mood is really down, so I can't get any reason is why I pay almost $400 a night come here to get treatment like that. If you come to check Chicago I won't recommend this hotel for, or if you like the hotel but don't come to check in around 11am-1pm on Saturday!

GGuest UserThe room was super clean and spacious. Cleaning ladies were very nice. The girls at the front desk were super friendly, some guys not so much. If you want to cook in the room, you can request some cooking pots, but they were overused and scratched. Their free breakfast is decent. Very nice gym with a peloton bike. Overall, I think this is good option for longer time stay.

GGuest UserMy Honest Experience After Reading Negative Reviews I was initially quite hesitant to check into this hotel after reading a number of detailed and lengthy negative reviews, especially those highlighting hidden fees and cleanliness issues. However, upon arrival with my partner, I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was clean and well-decorated, with a modern and cohesive style. Our check-in process was fast and efficient, and the receptionist was friendly and happy to answer all of our questions—especially about the fees mentioned on the hotel’s website. One of the main issues people seem to bring up is the so-called “hidden” fees. In my experience, these fees are not actually hidden—they’re listed on the hotel’s official website. That said, they could definitely be communicated more clearly. It’s important to read the fine print when booking and during check-in. While the fees may not be obvious at first glance, the hotel is legally allowed to include them since they are technically disclosed. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with enough space to hang clothes. There were multiple hangers, and the locker-style closets matched the hotel’s sporty decor. The floor and bathroom were clean overall, though I did spot a spider in the corner of the shower—but nothing alarming. The downstairs common area includes an open kitchen with a communal fridge and even a crockpot, which was a nice surprise. There were also several games available, like ping pong and air hockey, which makes this place family- and couple-friendly. Guests are allowed to enjoy drinks provided in the kitchen. If you’re sensitive to noise, particularly trains, I recommend requesting a room farther down the hall on the first floor. Our room was in a quiet spot—I barely noticed the train, and when I did, it was more like soft white noise. Still, bringing earplugs might help if you’re a light sleeper. Overall, I recommend this hotel. It’s in a nice area, the decor is visually appealing, and the stay was enjoyable. Just be aware of a $120 refundable deposit (if no damage is done to the room) and an additional $50 guest fee. Knowing that ahead of time helps avoid surprises. I’m very grateful for the pleasant stay and would return again.
