4.2/5Very GoodThe service was perfect. They were all nice for everything. The breakfast is good and the location is perfect. You are in the Loop close to the Millennium park and all the other things in downtown. The room are clean and the dorms are nice and clean

5/5PerfectI didn't feel very safe staying in a hostel, but it was highly recommended to me. I loved that despite the fact that I shared a room with more people, each bed had its privacy, having two plugs, a lamp and a curtain per bed. Be sure to bring your padlock in case you want to store valuables. The guys at the reception are very friendly, and there are people who speak Spanish and English. If your room is not yet ready for check-in, you can rely on them by leaving your luggage in a cellar. For check-out, they have lockers available in the lobby, so once again a padlock is essential. I was in a room of 10 people for reference. For the included breakfast they could have a little more options.

Haven't found the right property yet?
I stayed here for a total of nine days, and as my first time in a hostel I think it was very nice. The location is great, right in the middle of Chicago. There was only one day where the water was out, but they fixed it quickly so it was not too bad. The people at the front desk were also super helpful. And if you've never stayed before, they do free daily activities for everyone to enjoy.
