Many friends warned me that the Dominican Republic could be a hit or miss, but we were so lucky to choose this hotel – our entire trip went incredibly smoothly. The facilities are new, and security is top-notch. The hotel staff are generally very friendly, and we constantly saw people cleaning the beach. Hot towels were always available by the pool, no matter the time. Room service was available 24/7, so even though we arrived late at night, we still got dinner. The hotel boasts a total of 6 bars, 4 lunch spots, 5 dinner restaurants, plus a coffee/dessert/ice cream bar. The breakfast selection was extensive. For lunch, the Mediterranean restaurant above the pool is definitely worth trying. The Italian restaurant served the best dinner, while the Japanese restaurant (Teppanyaki) offered the best service and was the most surprising, with interactive performances and even dancing for birthdays. The French restaurant, which I was most looking forward to, was quite mediocre, but their champagne was excellent. The only drinkable coffee was from the coffee bar; the breakfast coffee was undrinkable. The hotel had a wide variety of activities every day. You could do yoga during the day, and at night there were music performances and magic shows, creating a fantastic atmosphere. However, there were a few downsides: 1. The Wi-Fi in the room was terrible, practically non-existent (this was the biggest drawback). 2. The mini-bar in the room had very few snacks. 3. The hotel is far from the airport, and there's no free shuttle service, even for a four-night stay. 4. The daybeds by the beach surprisingly required reservations.

Food was god awful. Disgusting.

A reliable all-inclusive hotel with no pitfalls. The food in the restaurant is good. The hotel itself is very good, but if you book through Ctrip, there is nothing wrong. If there is a problem, there is no one to help solve it. Ctrip and the hotel pass the buck. For example, we arrived late due to air reasons, and Ctrip did not extend our check-in for one day. When we checked in and left the hotel, the hotel said that if we booked directly with the hotel, we could extend it. Ctrip did not extend the time or refund the money.

I went there with my friends during the Christmas holidays. The reason for choosing this hotel is that it is relatively new. By the standards of a resort hotel, it is pretty good. The all-inclusive price actually includes relatively little. Many free items listed on Ctrip need to be paid for by the hotel. The service is good, and the food in the hotel is also great. Overall, it is fine except that it is expensive.

The only complaint I have is the cleanliness of the room, the rest was fine.

Muy lindo hotel, buen desayuno y personal simpatico. La comida no es mala pero puede mejorarse, no reponen el mini bar/ amenities de baño si no lo pides. Los fines de semana no retiran el sargazo que esta en cantidad. Ni siendo cliente vip/aqua la atencion es especial. Le falta en varios aspectos para hacer sentir especial al cliente, hacen el intento pero fallan en los detalles
