5/5PerfectI would recommend this hotel to everyone if I could! Every single staff member was super nice and answered all my questions fast. The LOCATION is PERFECT! I was staying here for Lollapalooza and it was just a 8 or so minute walk to grant park. Being right on the river was incredible! The inside is very nice and clean and the room was very spacious. Will stay here gain if I ever come to Chicago!

4.2/5Very GoodLocation was excellent as the hotel had a really nice view of the river. Service is good, checking in was a breeze but we had to ask twice to get some bedroom slippers. The hotel had average amenities (although the gym was pretty nice) I feel like the hotel should have good supply of toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

3.2/5The gentle man a check in was rude, told me I booked a double bed room, I tried to show him my conformation email where I had booked a king. He continued to ignore what i was saying. Said it was hotel discretion on what room i got. So we sat down and waiting for our son to come from The Pendry (where he is manager) to come over and help us with this situation. He got this resolved for us. Tried for 2 day to get substitute sugar.. never did.. the room was very nice and the view was awesome

Swissotel is awesome! The service was great and friendly staff. I especially appreciated Kia that works at the hotel. I was celebrating my birthday and she had something special sent to my room (a card and a fruit tray). She made my day - Thank you Kia! I would most definitely recommend this hotel! The amenities are amazing and the view is the best! I saw reviews stating there are no robes and no one came to clean and I can definitely disagree. There was a robe in the front closet and not only did someone come to clean but they provided us with warm towels! Best service and friendly staff!
