Stayed here on Friday evening with my daughter. We live local but we stopped over night to have a couple of days hunting for sea glass. Lovely friendly welcome from the lovely Adele, such a brilliant staff member who made us both feel welcomed. She gave my daughter some sea glass and we will return again and give her some sea glass art my daughter will make for her ❤️ The room was normal premier inn style, everything you need and comfortable. Had an issue with the plug in the sink and bath, the night receptionist came straight round and tried his best to fix it but couldn’t do it, he left me a screwdriver for when I wanted a bath so I could wedge it back out after, slightly weird but I was happy to have a bath and he gave us a free breakfast for the inconvenience which was appreciated. Absolutely fantastic location, right on the pedestrianised promenade at the beach. Kids can play safely outside without worrying about cars. We ate dinner and breakfast in the beefeater and the food and service was also brilliant. Highly recommend this hotel for beach stays, we usually stay at the caravan park at the other end of the coast but we will be returning here definitely! Thank you Adele and the premier inn team

We had a fabulous long weekend stay at this hotel, the staff were all so friendly o reception and the girls were happy when they were presented with some bubbles to play with on the beach. Nice touch with rock in our rooms and a complimentary snack table in the hotel reception was a nice touch. We had a lovely sea view and the location was excellent, would definitely stay here again.

Well you know what you're getting at Premier Inn and this did not disappoint. Clean, comfortable and welcoming. The staff here are excellent too, nothing was too much trouble, and they were all very pleasant. Will definiutely stay again.

I booked the hotel for ourselves and our friends back in Feb 2024, so 5 months previous to our visit. I asked if possible to have sea view which was what we got. However, I also specified that we did not want rooms with adjoining doors as we have found these to be troublesome in the past on hotel stays. On arrival, we were very disappointed to find that we had a room with an adjoining door. I expressed my concerns to the receptionist and she replied telling me that the hotel was full and she could not move us. Over the course of the stay, we were kept awake by the very loud TV in the adjoining room, the TV went on way into the early hours of the morning, finally going off anytime between 2-3am. I tried calling the reception to see if they could maybe have a quiet word with the visitors next door but there was no answer to my several calls. By the end of our 5 day stay we were exhausted through lack of sleep !!

A clean and comfortable Premier Inn with council run car park nearby. Restaurant attached / next door. Situated on the promenade really handy for the sea front ameneties. Only slight critisism is that the shower water oressure was a bit low,

How can something so good be so bad? Big rooms, lovely bed, nice shower, coastal location to kill for, decent price ... but wifi slower and more patchy than a 1990s modem, swipe cards that fail on an hourly basis, power card-holder that fell off the wall, hit-or-miss room cleaning, and more besides. The desk-staff were constantly and genuinely apologetic, but with all maintenance out-sourced, there was pretty much nothing they could do to help.

We are a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 children and had a 2 night stay here midweek due to work being carried out on our house. It was a lovely convenient hotel. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great. We ate at a table overlooking the sea and we felt like we were on holiday - so it was a nice escape from the chaos of building work at home. We live locally so now will definitely be coming back for breakfast again! The rooms are all very clean and the beds very comfortable. We had a bedroom with a sea view which was nice. Parking was not an issue and good value at £3 for the day between 10am and 6pm. There is no charge during the night. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
