Four issues:
1) Although a non-smoking room, the first room smelled cigarette smoke. This side of the hotel (left side of 3rd floor corridor) is overlooking a metal construction/bridge without view to anything, depressing scene which you cannot easily realise at night. Asked for another room.
2) The second room did not smell so much but there was another construction/wall right in front of the window, not visible when a guest moves in at night. Asked for another room.
3) The third room was on the right side of the corridor. Not smelling. View to the airport. Problem with cleanliness: there were finger-nails on the carpet from a previous guest = was not vacuumed at least for three days (before me and during my first two days). Bed sheets where not arranged by house-keeping. Used towels were not even picked up from the bed.
I argued with the reception staff (who were young and inexperienced, but quick learners), to eventually have housekeeping rush to clean the room and vacuum it.
4) Breakfast was 99.9% Chinese, apart from their ability to make (solid) eggs and availability of bread slices and jam. Coffee available was only with "yest like" taste (strange).
