"We had a wonderful stay and had the best customer experience at your hotel. The simple yet traditional decor of the lobby brings back fond memories of our childhood times. The surrounding views from our hotel room on 46th floor were superb. The welcome tea and sponge cake served was especially good. 5 stars to the excellent front desk staff especially Xiao Zhang and Xiao Wan who welcomed us with a warm and pleasant smile which made us feel really at home. They have been very patient and accommodating with our queries and the usual requests like asking for extra drinking water bottles. They went the extra mile in providing the best customer service which we have never experienced before in any hotels we have stayed in our many trips. Our appreciation to the housekeeping team on 46th floor for their meticulous and thoroughness in making up our room too.
We will sincerely recommend your esteemed hotel to our relatives and network of friends when they visit Chongqing.

"I had a most enjoyable stay at this hotel which is within walking distance from the 3 places which I wanted to visited - Jiefangbei, Hongyadong and Chaotianmen.
The room was bright and sizeable and it is nice to be welcomed into the room with cute ”assistant” Xiao Du's voice. I like that the room has sufficient lighting.
It appears that the guest's needs were taken into consideration with regards to the room and amenities. The room comes with a laundry basket which I find thoughtful as it is easy to collect my laundry with the basket.
The hotel does not have restaurant or eatery for breakfast but there was a tray of local snacks in the room which served as ”afternoon tea”.
The staff were also friendly and patient with explanations; I am an English-speaker with limited command of oral Mandarin.
Overall I had a most comfortable and enjoyable stay."

"I booked the Magic View room (the most expensive option) because the photos showed a view of the Raffles City building. However, the room I got was a different type. When I asked the staff, they said the room with that view is only one unit and located on the other side. I was quite disappointed.
The room itself was beautiful and clean, but not very functional — it was a bit inconvenient to use. For example, the bathroom didn’t have any hooks or shelves for clothes or toiletries.
The soundproofing wasn’t great. I could often hear dragging noises from the room above, and car horns from outside woke me up around 5 a.m.
The staff were average — not bad, but not particularly impressive either. The housekeeping lady was very nice, always greeted me, and kept the room clean every day during my 5-night stay.

"A Refreshing Upgrade ISEYA Panoramic Hotel (Chongqing Jiefangbei Flagship)
I originally booked a different hotel on Trip.com, but after checking in, it just didn’t meet my expectations. So I walked over to ISEYA Panoramic Hotel, which I had also seen on Trip.com and it turned out to be the perfect decision.
The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, they took the time to show me different room types until I found exactly what I was looking for. That kind of flexibility and kindness really made a difference after a rough start to the day.
The location is excellent, just steps from Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street and in same building of a mall (Yingli International Financial Center) with lots of dining options, including a halal Turkish restaurant on the 6th floor, which was a great surprise.
The room itself felt welcoming with the layout, Nespresso machine, projector with sound system, and a stunning view of the Chongqing skyline. The curtain system was thoughtful: a combination of sheer shades and blackout curtains gave me both privacy and beautiful daylight throughout the day.
Tip: If you’re staying on the 59th floor, you’ll need to switch elevators on the 58th floor. not an issue, just something to note."

"Wonderful stay at this hotel! The front desk upgraded our room upon arrival. The hotel room and view was stunning. The hotel was very responsive on WeChat for any services that we needed. Only complaint would be the room was cold, we tried turning up the heat and needed to ask for another sleeping blanket. Btw it’s off peak travel season and winter time right now."

"We really liked the accommodation, the view was amazing, the bathroom had a beautiful view, the reception staff were very helpful and helped us with everything. There was a housekeeper who cleaned the room every day. It's near the subway, and there are taxis waiting in front of the hotel for convenience if you want privacy. If we have the chance, we will definitely come back to stay here again."

"This high-rise hotel in Chongqing is absolutely insane! Window-side bathtub + night view equals pure magic ✨
Seriously, who understands this feeling?! I stayed at a high-rise hotel in Chongqing where romance was practically *welded* into the room!
As soon as I opened the door, I was speechless:
✅ 270° floor-to-ceiling windows + high-altitude night view: I could lie in bed and watch Chongqing's dazzling lights. The moment the city lit up at dusk was so beautiful it made me want to scream!
✅ The window-side bathtub is genius: Soaking in the tub while enjoying the night view, the ambiance is just off the charts (the hotel even thoughtfully provided bath bombs!).
✅ Details that hit different: Instagrammable soft furnishings + floating bed + niche aromatherapy, even the toiletries came in luxurious packaging.
✅ The art installations in the public area are super photogenic, any pose you strike turns into a great shot.
After a whole day of exploring Chongqing, coming back to soak in a bath and relax by the window watching the night view – *that's* the charm of the Fog City~ (They even gave Chongqing hotpot seasoning as a souvenir!!!)"

"Location is great, walkable to many eateries, 八一街 and 解放碑. There's also a nice massage place right opposite the hotel. Hotel room is huge with two rooms and huge dining area. Water machine and dryer available.
Staff is friendly, welcome and goodbye gifts provided.
There's like free refreshments besides the reception. Reception is at level 5 btw.

"The location is excellent, right downstairs from Hongyadong. You can see the Qianximen Bridge and Hongyadong from the room, and it's about a 20-minute walk to Jiefangbei and Chaotianmen. The room hygiene was good, and the service was great. We even received a complimentary afternoon tea. There's an outdoor terrace at the lobby's afternoon tea area with river views. When we left, they gave us a Chongqing twist-doughnut souvenir. I'll definitely choose this place first next time I'm in Chongqing."

The rooms are immaculately clean, tastefully appointed, and filled with thoughtful small touches that pique your interest in the new surroundings. Despite being nestled among residential buildings, there was absolutely no noise or disturbance.
The young lady at the front desk was polite and efficient. She thoughtfully provided a breakfast guide video and the Wi-Fi password during check-in, and later in the evening, a complimentary fruit platter was delivered to my room. Upon checkout, I was surprised with a bag of local specialty snacks, explained as 'something to enjoy on your journey.' It's these small, comforting gestures that truly make a difference.
As a business traveler, this kind of thoughtful attention to detail is exactly what we look for.

DD11619****The hotel boasts an excellent location with convenient access to transportation. The room's layout is well-proportioned and smartly partitioned, offering good privacy. I booked a garden view room and was delighted to catch the sunrise from it in the mornings.
After making the reservation, the guest services team proactively reached out to me, meticulously inquiring about my check-in preferences and even arranging pillows precisely to my liking.
The concierge service was incredibly thorough and helpful, assisting with luggage and parking. The front desk staff were also very considerate; when our room wasn't quite ready at check-in, they thoughtfully ushered us to the lobby lounge to wait and even provided complimentary beverages.
Breakfast was extensive and delicious. If you're fortunate enough to snag a window seat, you can enjoy a lovely outdoor view and perhaps spot some birds through the glass.
The room's minibar was well-stocked, not just with soft drinks, but also with unique Chongqing local snacks. A capsule coffee machine was provided, along with the thoughtful addition of disposable coffee cups.
Room amenities were ample, and they even offered a personalized bath menu. I opted for the lemon bath, which included fresh lemon slices and salt – I regret forgetting to take a picture!

CchamsaeyyBack here for the 2nd time ! And the service is still as good as ever! Staff gave us a free upgrade and this hotel is just fabulous. The only downside is that the aircon in the room was abit hot. But other than that everything was perfect! I really love it! And the front desk staff -Lydia was extremely nice! Really made our stay a wonderful one! Thanks Lydia!! Her service was top tier :) No regrets cancelling other hotels to come back to here . They even have porridge for guest to eat at the lobby. Its so sweet of them ! I recommend everyone to stay here!!!!

It's also very close to Jiefangbei and Hongyadong. Transportation is super convenient with a subway entrance right at the doorstep, and there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The room was spacious and bright, with complete facilities. The bedding, in particular, was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The staff were warm and friendly, making us feel right at home. It offers great value for money, and I would definitely choose to stay here again next time.

GGuest UserHotel is in a great location, surrounded with malls, eateries and subway. I had requested for a quiet room and was upgraded to a corner room at 11th floor. Due to the proximity to the walking street, I could still hear the bustling street noise at my room. Fortunately all of these goes away after midnight. The upgraded room is big and spacious, very clean, 2 bottles of water are replenish everyday, strong hot water pressure for showers, shower gel, shampoo, smart toilet bowl and big TCL 55” TV.

The TV was a massive screen, perfect for binge-watching. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, and the shower head provided strong, even water flow. Plus, there was a fridge to chill drinks – having one at night was just delightful. With these amenities, I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

CcrystalxxlThe supervisor and the receptionist at check-in assigned us to the 16th floor, which had a great view outside the window – very satisfying. It's very close to Jiefangbei, and Hongyadong is right next door. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance.
However, the front desk didn't proactively offer the fridge magnet for leaving a review when checking out. I only saw others getting them and had to ask for one, which they reluctantly gave. Considering we stayed three nights and had two kids with us, it would have been much better to generously offer two. That would have significantly improved the customer experience.

The service provided by the hotel staff was the initial highlight of this wonderful experience. The front desk and concierge teams, in particular, greeted us with such warmth and proactiveness, instantly easing any apprehension a traveler might feel upon arriving in an unfamiliar city. During check-in, the front desk staff patiently and thoroughly explained the hotel's facilities and surrounding attractions, even recommending niche yet authentic Chongqing eateries based on our travel preferences. The concierge team truly acted as 'walking Chongqing guides.' One young lady proactively offered to help us with our large luggage, and they were always quick to respond to our needs, making every guest feel like family with their professionalism and enthusiasm.
Its excellent location is another core advantage of the hotel, a true paradigm of 'worry-free travel.' Situated in the heart of a bustling commercial district, the hotel boasts an extensive transportation network, allowing easy access to popular attractions like Hongyadong and Jiefangbei via light rail, saving travelers the hassle of long commutes. What's even more surprising is that the vibrant Wanda Plaza is right downstairs, and Tianjie and Xiecheng Starlight Plaza are just a short walk away – with three major commercial centers surrounding the hotel, it's as if a 'shopping paradise' and 'food haven' have been brought right to your doorstep. GGary SeetThe hotel might seem a little aged at first but the service and interior still wow from the first moment you step in. The room I booked was clean and spacious. The housekeeping did their job excellent. They have everything inside you could ask; washing detergent, iron, laundry rack, etc. Front desk was superb; fast check-in, great advice when asking for recommendations, and efficient when asking for items like extra water. The robot was a great thing to have as all my delivery are sent to my doorstep. All in all, this is a 10/10 solid stay. Oh, the breakfast have a great great selection and taste great too. And there is vending machine in lobby if u need any last minute groceries or even a wake up coffee. Thank you.
