The gym and 24-hour laundry room are excellent amenities, ideal for travelers. Overall, everything was top-notch, no complaints here. Upstairs is quiet and separate, ensuring neither person disturbs the other. The room is very spacious, and the high ceilings prevent it from feeling cramped at all. The window looks out directly onto the river, and waking up every morning to the sight of the river and sunlight just puts me in such a great mood. The subway station is right downstairs, making it super quick to get to Jiefangbei and Hongyadong. The front desk lady was so sweet and gentle; she answered all our questions and was really thoughtful!"

"The hardware facilities are decent, and I really appreciate the heated pool. The sky garden on the building is also quite nice. However, the service was disappointing. Despite booking through Trip.com with a free room upgrade noted, we didn't receive one. The included Ice and Snow Town tickets were not mentioned at check-in at all; we had to call and ask, and then they told us we could pick them up at the front desk if needed. To top it off, a faucet in the bathroom's bathtub was broken that night."
