The advertised butler service was not as responsive as others we have experienced in Chongqing. When we raised our concerns, however, the staff were apologetic and took on board the complaints. Customer service could have been more prompt from the beginning, but overall, the team responded professionally and made a genuine effort to resolve our issues. Despite the initial issues, I would stay here again."

"I wouldn't recommend staying at this hotel, I'd rate it a 1 out of 10. Firstly, getting to your room from the lobby is a hassle as you have to transfer elevators multiple times. Secondly, the bathroom is incredibly cramped; if you're even a little bit on the larger side, you won't be able to turn around. The blackout curtains are also terrible, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. When you order takeout, the delivery person isn't allowed to bring it to your room, and the hotel staff won't help deliver it either. You're forced to go down and get it yourself, which is a major inconvenience with all the elevator transfers. Even a Vienna hotel would be better than this place. I strongly advise against staying here for the next few months. To top it off, there's construction going on early in the morning, which is a headache, and the staff didn't even mention it when I checked in. Absolutely do not recommend. Vienna hotels are superior."

Despite the hotel being new, there was no strong renovation smell in the room, which was a huge plus. The only minor drawback was that the twin room didn't seem to offer views of Yuzhong, which was a bit disappointing. Breakfast was excellent – not only was there a rich variety of high-quality options, but also many local Chongqing specialties. And while enjoying breakfast, you get an unobstructed view of Chaotianmen. Overall, a really great experience! ❤🎆"

"This was my first time staying at a river view hotel, and while it wasn't huge, the service was absolutely excellent. Both the front desk staff and the guy who picked me up were great. The room was very comfortable and clean, with absolutely nothing to complain about. Since I don't have a local phone, the hotel staff helped me call a taxi and even loaded my luggage into the car, which I really appreciated! The complimentary day trip offered by the hotel was also quite good. I don't live in China permanently and find independent travel a bit challenging, so my experience here was truly fantastic. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Chongqing."

I forgot to take pictures of the room, but it was really excellent, so I'll just share some scenic shots instead!"
