We got the 270 degree room and lord was it the greatest room I have ever stayed at. We saw the entire skyline from our room and the tub is right next to the window too. At night I turned off the lights, filled the tub, and just laid there looking at the city for about 2 hours. They have a 2nd floor on this unit too just for sleeping in. The bathrooms were also very high tech and clean. I saw my first bidet in China here and man was it an upgrade from the squatty pottys from everywhere else. Only complaint was that they had construction going in next door and it was loud sometimes. 9.5/10 recommend, will be booking this again when I return to Chongqing.

The meal entitlement can be used any time in the day up until 7pm. The workers in the food serving area are helpful and hard working women who do their best to facilitate. As for the reception staff - the youngest of the women on there are totally useless, at least when it comes to assisting non-Chinese speakers. They are more concerned about making their face up and staring at their mobile phones. But while doing so they have certainly not mastered translation software to assist international guests at the hotel. However, there is a slightly older young women who is very hard working and uses her initiative to assist translation and works hard to provide an excellent service. If not for the her then, I would have categorised the reception girls as ‘pretty but extremely dim’. But that hard working, intelligent and hands-on practical young women was there and so she should be given her due credit. The place is clean, a good location with plenty of places to eat etc and very close to the metro station JinYu (walking distance).

This stay was perfect! From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I could feel the warm and professional service of the staff. The front desk staff, Li, checked me in efficiently and quickly, and took the initiative to help with the luggage, showing his thoughtfulness in every detail. The room was warm and elegant, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the dry and wet separation design of the bathroom especially swept away all the fatigue. The hotel is also very conveniently located, with Metro Line 9 downstairs, making travel very convenient. Whether it is a business trip or a leisure vacation, this is the best choice, and I will choose to stay here without hesitation next time! Highly recommended!

This is a newly opened hotel with a nice environment and convenient transportation. There is a light rail station not far downstairs, and there are many restaurants downstairs. It takes only five minutes to get to Times Paradise Walk, so it is relatively close to everywhere.
The overall decoration style of the room is very good, the stay experience is very good, the TV screen is quite large, and you can also project the screen, and the air conditioning and heating effect is also good.

This isn't a Huazhu hotel, but an independent one. It probably isn't a franchise anymore.
The decor is very new. I booked an upgrade, but it wasn't offered upon check-in. After dinner, I went downstairs to the front desk, and they upgraded me. The upgraded room was indeed much larger than the one I stayed in. However, for the 360 yuan room rate, it didn't come with a drink. The Holiday Inn Express I stayed at on my first day also included a drink. This might be the difference between chain hotels and independent hotels.
The toiletries were Intercity style.
There's a scenic restaurant on the 26th floor with a view of Wulong. You can order food in the evening, but it's quite expensive and the portions are quite small. I ordered spicy chicken (which was average) for 58 yuan (not spicy or numbing). The ordering equipment didn't mention a problem. The waiter asked the kitchen, and they said it was. The chicken was not only small but also small. And shouldn't the portion be quite large in a county town? Not very cost-effective. A small bowl of rice was 3 yuan, and the main course was expensive. Lettuce was 27 yuan. The total bill was 88 yuan. I should have ordered takeout earlier.
The breakfast was okay and quite filling. The laundry room has four washing and drying machines, but someone was using them to dry shoes. There were no instructions. But they're not LG, so they're probably commercial.
Also, I saw an uncle smoking in there.
There were small sachets of disinfectant from Huazhu Club, which is pretty good. 👍

The air conditioner has to be turned on extremely cold to stay on all the time. If you turn it up a little, it will automatically shut off after a while and you have to turn it on manually again. The soundproofing is extremely poor. I was kept woken up by the sound of people opening and closing doors and the sound of the aunt cleaning in the morning. The pillows and bed were also uncomfortable. It was terrible. It feels like the area is not as big as indicated, there is just an extra small hall that is of little use. Because it was a duplex, the windows were very short and dirty, and there was no so-called city view.

The front desk service is very good. The hotel is very close to Longtousi North Station. We took a taxi to Chongqing and it was very close. When we arrived at the hotel, Xiao He greeted us very warmly at the door. Check-in was also very fast. We were very satisfied with the room we were assigned! I booked this hotel to listen to Zhou Shen's concert ~ The hotel is very close to the sports venue, about ten minutes away, and there are many places to eat and shop next to the hotel. The location is really convenient! ! The hotel is also clean and tidy, the rooms are comfortable, and takeaways can be delivered to your door or to your room by robot. Everything about the hardware is good. I just hope that the security can be more convenient. You can go to the room without swiping your card. There was no waiter in the lobby when I came back late twice in the evening. For breakfast, the noodles are made to order and are delicious. The rest is not hot at all and is extremely cold.

GGaryWe stayed at The Regent for two nights and are very happy with the experience. At check-on, June and Nicole were patient with our inefficient Putonghua while introducing hotel services and facilities in details such as pool's open hour, whether swimming cap is included and the complimentary mini bar and laundry etc. The hotel is beautifully designed with dark wood rendering a sense of serenity and elegance. Our rooms enjoy captivating views of the river and Hongya Dong. The interior of the room aligns the design of the hotel with aesthetic details such as red tissue box, red stationery box, collateral with soft floral illustration. The bed is very comfortable, the firmness of the mattress is just rigjt.The hotel offers a range of amenities for our convenience which is thoughtful. The complimentary mini bar included soft drinks, white wine, beer and snacks, a very nice offerings..Each room received complimentary laundry of 3 pieces of basic garment which suit our needs. We enjoyed the complimentary special bath as well, rose bath and lemon bath, it is a fantastic gesture. We had breakfast at the Lounge, the buffet quality and selection were wonderful. The Chongqing XiaoMian was the star. The local breakfast specialities and the western choices were all tasty including the fried mackeral, steamed dim sum and the fresh salad. The hotel pool is nice, it is 25m and is indoor. The Regent is located in the financial district, adjacent to a shopping mall. There is a good variety of restaurants and local stores. The Concierge team is friendly and helpful I was not able to catch the team member's name but he has assisted us with our luggages and saw us off with a sincere smile. We had a very memorable stay!

SSM2We stayed in the summer duplex villa. This a spacious two storey accommodation with a bedroom and bathroom upstairs. Overall the facilities were comfortable. It’s a more expensive accommodation yes, but reflected in the facilities, private hot spring and lovely service. Quanbieyuan was our host and very helpful. We loved the private hot spring. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, I couldn’t finish all of it although I wanted to. It was my husband’s birthday and they brought him a lovely cake. We also had tickets included to the hot springs next door which were wonderful. They give you VIP tickets which means access to a slightly more private change area. Across the road is a restaurant and shopping area, if you keep walking right then you will reach many well priced restaurants, supermarkets etc. It’s actually a pleasant area. There is no metro nearby but a bus stops in front of the resort if you need.

AAnonymous UserI recently stayed at the Conrad Chongqing and had a mixed experience. The hotel is new, and the room was impressively spacious and comfortable, equipped with all the amenities one could need. A delightful surprise was the free minibar on the first night, which added a nice touch to my stay.
However, there were a couple of drawbacks. The central window had a locking issue, leading to poor sound insulation. Even on the 47th floor, I could hear honking from the streets below, which disrupted the otherwise peaceful ambiance.
The location is a bit farther from the city center, but it’s a short walk to the metro, making it convenient for exploring. Plus, the exclusive Conrad bear is a charming addition to the experience.
Overall, while the hotel offers a luxurious stay, some improvements in sound insulation would greatly enhance the experience.

GGuest UserThe room was very satisfactory. We brought a 16-year-old son. The two rooms were very well set up. They had their own hot spring pools. The water was provided in a loop. It was very convenient and comfortable. The bed was also very comfortable. The cloakroom was a little small, but the space was reasonable. The hotel facilities were a little old. The plugs were not enough and there was no USB port, which was a little inconvenient.
The hotel environment was excellent. It was right by the Jialing River. The North Hot Spring Spring was right next to it. The air was super fresh. You could hike along the riverside trail when the weather was good. Unfortunately, we didn't have enough time this time and it was raining. We didn't have time to walk to King Kong Village. We can try it next time.
The hotel provides pick-up and drop-off services. The car was very comfortable, the driver was on time, and the service was thoughtful. It was very good.
The hotel is not far from the downtown of Beibei. You can take a taxi there for dinner.
Banshan Garden Hot Spring: The hot spring in the package was also very comfortable. We rushed in the first wave. There were few people, the water was very clean, there were many pools, and the scenery was amazing. The service in the changing and shower areas was average. The towels were not delivered in time, and sometimes there was no one. I hope this can be improved.
Customized travel photography: The travel photography was good, Teacher Zixuan was quite professional, and it was pretty good overall.
One suggestion: the hotel facilities are a bit old, and the original design may not have considered too much, and it is not very friendly to people with inconvenient legs and feet, especially the lobby and hot springs, where there are no elevators. Because the breakfast room is on the bottom floor, the battery car can only be parked on the road, and you have to take the stairs to eat or go through the formalities in the lobby. I hope the hotel can consider upgrading it.

NNBVery comfortable bed, nice and warm room, nice toiletries, including body lotion! Good location near Ziwei Road where there are lots of nice restaurants and coffee shops. Great deal with the afternoon tea, early checkin and late checkout if you get the voucher on trip.com

GGuest UserI have mixed feelings about this hotel. It seems to provide a good service, according to its category. I found two main issues though. The room I was given does not exactly match the photos of the room I booked. In particular it was a very dark room with a very small window and bad views. I am surprised this hotel is considered one of the top scenic views im Chongqing. All others I have been provided better views. Either I was given a lower category room, or the published photos are deceitful. The second issue is about breakfast, it was really chaotic. For example, after a first course, I went to pick some more foods, then when I was back I noticed the hotel personnel had already removed everything from my table. The place feels overcrowded and noisy, and food quality is average. Even if I had already paid for it, next day I decided to save myself the uncomfortable mechanics and I skipped.

With multiple activities to choose from, a private hot spring as well as an array of public hot springs with different health benefits. Nestled perfectly in the mountains, our room had a stunning view of the greenery. The host, Clover, was very attentive and took excellent care of us! We would definitely return.

AAntonioThis is the best view from a hotel. I don’t think that in this price range anywhere in the world you’ll find a better view, a better hotel in this budget. Me and my wife we simply loved it. Definitely recommend. Besides the view and the room itself you also have the best location. Everything is close to you. Everything that you will find: attractions, things to do, restaurants, everything is close to you. Nicely done! 10+/10
