"I was really impressed by the service at this hotel. I stayed at the Yashan Hotel for a business trip to Chongqing, and my entire experience, from check-in to check-out, was incredibly smooth and comfortable. The front desk staff was very welcoming. When they learned I was on a business trip and needed to work, they thoughtfully upgraded me to a suite with a desk. That kind of attention to detail really makes a difference! The room was spacious, well-decorated, and the Wi-Fi was fast. After finishing my work, enjoying the night view was incredibly relaxing. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Chongqing!"

"This hotel is really close to Jiefangbei – just a short walk away. However, the bathrobes in our room were mismatched; one was soft and plush, while the other felt like a regular towel. The mini-fridge only had one can of beer, which was a bit odd, and they didn't restock any drinks the next day. On the bright side, the housekeeping staff were very friendly, and the Chinese food at the hotel restaurant was delicious. One thing that stood out, though, was an elevator decorated with ice cream motifs that had a strong, unpleasant paint smell."

"The environment here is lovely – very warm and cozy. It's also spotless; both the room and the hallways were impeccably clean. First off, the hotel's location is fantastic. It's right by Jiefangbei, with tons of food and drink options just downstairs. You can easily hail a taxi right outside, and the subway station is just a short walk away. The front desk staff were also incredibly welcoming and attentive, always happy to help with anything we needed. There are a few standout features worth mentioning. The cleaning staff and other hotel employees were always friendly and greeted us with enthusiasm. Outside our room, there was even a small restaurant and a coffee/tea station, and the complimentary tea flavors changed daily and were quite good. When it was time to leave, I was rushing to catch my flight and didn't have time to go up for my luggage. A front desk attendant kindly brought it down for me, which was a huge help and truly went above and beyond. Thanks to their assistance, I made my flight on time. This hotel definitely deserves five stars! I'll absolutely stay here again if I return to Chongqing and will recommend it to any friends visiting the city. If you're reading this review, you can book with confidence. The only minor regret is that I was so busy with my itinerary that I never got to try the hotel's coffee. On my last day, I finally had a moment to crave a cup, only to find the machine was undergoing maintenance. I hope to get a chance to try it next time!"

"A true gem of a hotel for families with kids! My little one fell in love with the castle-like exterior at first sight. The indoor kids' club is fully equipped, and they even offer childcare services, which is a lifesaver for parents. The lake view is stunning and expansive; a stroll by the lake with the breeze was incredibly relaxing. The heated pool maintained a perfect temperature, and the kids didn't want to leave. The rooms are spacious, and the family suites are well-designed. Breakfast includes kid-friendly options, and the front desk staff were exceptionally kind. Everything from dining to entertainment is covered in one place, making it a completely stress-free trip with the little ones. I've already recommended it to all my mom friends!"
