We recently stayed at the Chongqing Ashan River View Hotel (Jiefangbei Raffles Square Branch), and it was an amazing experience! The service was truly outstanding. Despite the language barrier, the front desk staff were incredibly kind and helpful. One of the lovely ladies even went out of her way to pick us up from the mall, which was such a thoughtful touch. Our room was upgraded to a beautiful river-view duplex, and I have to say it was absolutely stunning. The room was spotless, and the tranquility of the place made for a peaceful and restful stay. There were no disturbances, and I slept like a baby, which is always a huge plus when traveling. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, beautiful rooms, and great location. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Chongqing!

I always check reviews and wonder if they are legit. This absolutely is :) We stayed with 2 adults and 2 teen children in a double room. If you are wondering if it’s enough space, it is. Note that this building has multiple hotels in one and check in is not on the bottom floor. Check in was smooth and check out was unattended at the time, but no issues. You will have to ask for an extra key if you need one and with a deposit. Service was fantastic with cleaning every day for us and thoughtful fast responses to any inquiries. Location is incredible: 24/7 eateries on the same street! There’s also a handy store and massage place on the bottom of the building. Would absolutely stay here again

There are three washing machines and three dryers in the top-floor laundry room, and there is almost no situation where you can't get a room. The gym is also good. The most impressive thing is that the mirror in the gym is really clean, which is a great compliment. Finally, let's talk about breakfast. The environment and tableware are clean, the dishes are delicious, and there is a large quantity, so you won't have nothing to eat if you come late. Finally, let's make a small suggestion. The breakfast area can add a coffee machine. It should be the kind that grinds beans. It doesn't have to be expensive. The style of the hotel will be much higher.

The location was in more Chinese district with nothing around for Westerners which makes it difficult to eat if you don’t like Chinese food. The outside of the hotel was noisy very late at night meaning people talking loud till late. Little amenities in the room like only black tea being very Chinese. The breakfast was very Chinese not really catering to Westerners at all. Affiliated with the Hilton group but not really at all like Hilton Hotel. The rooms were modern and towels etc all new in good condition. The tv again all Chinese not in English and despite hotel staff gave me assistance I couldn’t get on the hotel wifi being annoying. I wouldn’t stay here again. I’d look at the Radisson for not much more in cost and better location.

Banshan Garden Hot Spring: The hot spring in the package was also very comfortable. We rushed in the first wave. There were few people, the water was very clean, there were many pools, and the scenery was amazing. The service in the changing and shower areas was average. The towels were not delivered in time, and sometimes there was no one. I hope this can be improved. Customized travel photography: The travel photography was good, Teacher Zixuan was quite professional, and it was pretty good overall. One suggestion: the hotel facilities are a bit old, and the original design may not have considered too much, and it is not very friendly to people with inconvenient legs and feet, especially the lobby and hot springs, where there are no elevators. Because the breakfast room is on the bottom floor, the battery car can only be parked on the road, and you have to take the stairs to eat or go through the formalities in the lobby. I hope the hotel can consider upgrading it.
