We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Before our arrival, the hotel team contacted us via WeChat and checked in with us to make sure we wouldn't have any trouble finding the hotel and shared the exact locations we can use on the map or share with our Didi driver. Their hospitality began even before we arrived. They greeted us upon getting dropped off, helped with our luggage, and made us feel welcome immediately. The check-in process was warm and personal. We were delighted to receive a complimentary room upgrade, and even more surprised to find our room beautifully decorated after mentioning that we were celebrating our honeymoon. It was such a thoughtful touch that made our stay extra special. The room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. We especially loved having our own private outdoor area with a stunning view. Throughout our stay, the staff were incredibly attentive and even helped us arrange takeaway meals after we checked in. One of the highlights of our stay was a complimentary photoshoot at the hotel, which gave us some wonderful memories to take home. To top it all off, the hotel also gave us complimentary gifts when we checked out. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful, personalised, and memorable experience. This private hot spring is quite close to the city center. I booked the 'Zuiyue' room type, which includes three suites, a mahjong room, a public restroom, one large hot spring pool, and one small hot spring pool. The water is drained and refilled for each new guest. It also comes with complimentary tickets to the RONGHUI public hot spring area, making it perfect for families with young children on weekends, especially those who love playing in the water. It's a great spot for family fun. The environment is lovely, and the staff are incredibly enthusiastic. A special thanks for the Christmas decorations!

I never expected to find such a warm and inviting hotel hidden away in Ciqikou Ancient Town. Traveling with kids, finding the right room type is always a headache, but the family room we booked this time was perfect – the beds were big enough, the space was generous, and my child didn't want to get out of the bathtub. Even better, you can take a taxi directly to the main entrance, and there's an underground parking lot too. It's so convenient, it hardly feels like you're in an ancient town. In the center of the courtyard is a pavilion, surrounded by small stools. When the fire was lit, a singer played guitar in the pavilion. I sat by the fire with a craft beer in hand, feeling the warmth on my face, and my mind just emptied – I wasn't thinking about anything, just the crackling of the firewood. In that moment, it felt like I was sitting in an old courtyard deep in the mountains, where time slowed down enough to hear my own heartbeat. Xiao Qing and Xiao Tuo at the front desk were also very attentive, reminding us about the fire and singing in the evening when we checked in. The hotel is called 'Yueyin Chongqing Courtyard', and it's such a fitting name. It truly feels like a hidden courtyard in the city, full of life and human touch. Next time I come to Chongqing, I'll probably detour here just for this fire again.

The in-room smart system is incredibly convenient, allowing for one-touch control of lighting and curtains. The separate wet and dry bathroom design is great, and the thermostatic shower provides a fantastic experience, complete with quality toiletries and a high-end hairdryer. The king-size bed offers a perfect balance of softness and firmness, and the silent air conditioning runs smoothly. A desk and high-speed WiFi cater to work needs, while a mini-fridge and water dispenser add to the convenience. The hotel also features self-service laundry and a full range of gym equipment, all public facilities are well-maintained. The hardware is solid, and every detail has been thoughtfully considered, making for an excellent user experience. It offers great value for money and a very comfortable stay.

I've stayed at this hotel multiple times, and it's always great with excellent staff service, especially Ms. Yang at the front desk. The moment I approached the front desk, she greeted me with a warm and genuine smile that was instantly comforting, melting away a good portion of my travel fatigue. During check-in, she quickly verified my reservation and skillfully explained the room type, breakfast location, and surrounding transportation options, completing the whole process in under three minutes – incredibly efficient. What's even more impressive is that before my arrival, I received a call from the hotel asking about my preferences. I casually mentioned my preferred room type and floor, and Ms. Yang was incredibly thoughtful, directly arranging that specific room for me. At check-out, she also inquired about my stay, and her sincere concern felt far from a mere procedural courtesy. Ms. Yang seamlessly blends professionalism, efficiency, and a personal touch into every action and smile, instantly building my trust and fondness for this hotel. Having a front desk employee like her is truly a blessing for the hotel and a stroke of luck for its guests.

I booked a river view room this time, and the night view was absolutely stunning! There were also complimentary alcoholic beverages and soft drinks in the fridge. The hotel's manual corkscrew was a bit too fancy for me to figure out, but a staff member kindly helped me open the wine. He was such a gentleman and opened the bottle so professionally. The front desk service was also excellent, and the breakfast was delicious. There was even a cute Miffy welcoming guests at the breakfast entrance! All the breakfast staff were very polite as well. Thank you so much! The two staff members outside the hotel also helped with our luggage, and the internal staff even carried it upstairs for us. The meticulous service was truly outstanding. I stayed at Niccolo Chongqing for a total of 7 days this time, and my overall experience was excellent. First and foremost, the hotel's location is superb, right above IFS. It's perfect for both business travelers and tourists. The area downstairs is relatively quiet and pleasant, great for an evening stroll. If you want to visit attractions, you can just cross the bridge. Secondly, and most importantly, a good hotel ensures a good night's sleep, and Niccolo Chongqing excels at this. As soon as you enter, there's a subtle, soothing fragrance. The bedding is soft and comfortable, guaranteeing a peaceful sleep. Finally, regarding the facilities, the hotel's gym is relatively well-equipped and can meet most fitness needs. The hotel pool is also located on a high floor, offering beautiful views. Speaking of which, the hotel itself is on a high floor, providing breathtaking views outside the window, directly overlooking Hongyadong and the confluence of the two rivers. A big bonus was adding the butler, Heidi, on WeChat. It was incredibly convenient to contact her directly whenever needed, which promptly led me to extend my stay after a few days.

The Banyan Tree Chongqing Beibei is located right within the Old North Hot Spring Park, a place famous for its 'Ba Mountains Night Rain' and as the 'Homeland of Hot Springs.' It's a must-visit, especially for the ancient North Hot Springs, which is surrounded by lush greenery and a thousand-year-old hot spring temple. It offers a very serene and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding and clearing your mind. The private hot spring on the room's balcony is incredibly comfortable and great for alleviating fatigue. Owen provided exceptional service. The hotel's design is very distinctive, with every room offering views of the Jialing River.

Choosing the Westin Chongqing Jiefangbei for my trip was absolutely the best decision! I have to give it a huge five-star rating! First off, the location is unbeatable. The hotel is right in the heart of the Jiefangbei central business district. It's just a few minutes' walk downstairs to Jiefangbei Monument and Bayi Delicious Street, making it super convenient for shopping and dining. The nearby subway station also makes getting to various attractions incredibly easy. Then there's the service, which was truly exceptional! The day before check-in, a staff member from the hotel's guest experience department proactively called me and then added me on WeChat. They sent detailed check-in instructions and various practical tips in advance, which made me feel completely at ease even before arriving. During my stay, any questions I had on WeChat were answered promptly, with a very quick response time. From the front desk to housekeeping, every employee was warm, attentive, professional, and efficient, truly making me feel at home! The breakfast was another major highlight! The variety was incredibly rich, with both Chinese and Western delicacies, plus authentic local specialties like Chongqing noodles and spicy wontons. Every morning, I had a super satisfying meal! Finally, the room was spotless and tidy, with extremely high hygiene standards. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the Westin's 'Heavenly Bed' was truly amazing to sleep on – I had a wonderful night's rest! In summary, this stay was perfect, and I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Chongqing. I highly recommend it to all friends visiting Chongqing!

I wanted a quieter hotel and ended up choosing the Marriott. It's definitely much quieter than the bustling downtown area of Yuzhong. The hotel is a bit older, so the facilities are a little dated, but the room we stayed in was well-maintained. The breakfast is great for those who don't eat spicy food, and the *xiaomian* (noodles) were delicious! I especially loved their homemade chili oil – a spoonful in the noodles made them fragrant without being too spicy. In the evening, you can go up to the observation deck to see the night view, with the neon lights of both banks stretching out before you.
